Ridiculous. The delivery workers who brought in our new fridge literally whipped the power cord at our BRAND NEW cabinets and it chipped! After trying to call their number and pressing the numbers to get directed, I am put on hold for a really long time and nobody answers the phone. FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY. Until this horribly-managed facility pays for the damage they made on my property, I will continue to call their phone number and email them until I get a reply. I bought a new washer dryer from Home Depot and had them delivered last weekend. The only fault is that they arrived a few hours after my time window. I didn't mind too much since we gad no plans due to the quarantine. The team was super-friendly, answered my questions, was quick to haul away the old appliances, did a quick check inspection to make sure everything was installed. My refrigerator was delivered earlier than originally scheduled, so I was happy about that since I went without a refrigerator for a week. The gentlemen were very nice and moved quickly. I am assuming that I was the first delivery of their day since it was quite early in the morning. As the gentlemen began to remove the old refrigerator, we informed them that the doors had to be removed in order for it to fit thru the walk way/ doorway. They measured the area and proceeded to attempt to move the refrigerator with the doors on. Needless to say it would not fit, therefore, furniture needed to be moved, which it still wouldn't fit. The doors ended up being removed and the refrigerator was successfully brought out of the property. As fast as these guys were working, they would have saved themselves more time if they had just removed the doors from the beginning. I had no where to go, so it was not an inconvenience to me. It just seemed that the guys, we're trying to complete the delivery and installation efficiently and effectively to get to their next job. read more

OMG. Had I only read all the reviews about TEMCO before delivery, I'd have saved a lot of angina. They delivered a new GE refrigerator from Costco. They could not get the old one out of the door until I showed them how to detach the screen. None of the shelves were installed, or tape removed. Temco staff, said that is not their job. However, some of my friends had all that done by the delivery people. I mentioned that a manual had not been left. I was told that refrigerator does not come with a manual. There was a manual inside the drawer, under the shelves. I was not getting any water dispensed. They set up a repair call for 10 days from today. I read the manual, which said, hold the dispenser in for a few minutes to clear any air that might get stuck. Temco, obviously has no support staff that could have given me that information. I called to cancel my work order. I was told to call back tomorrow. I told them it was no longer my issue and they could give themselves a note to call back tomorrow. Nice GE refrigerator though :) Whew. read more

This is absolutely the worst delivery/setup company I've ever had the misfortune to do business with. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It all started on 6/29 when we purchased a new washer and dryer from Home Depot in Santee, CA. Delivery was scheduled for 7/7. Temco showed up at our home. We found out, after they left, that they had damaged the door frame (between the garage and laundry room) in several locations, inclusive of punching a hole in the frame. We also discovered that they did not level the dryer, the door would close on its own. I immediately called Home Depot and complained. They provided me with contact information to file a damage complaint. Home Depot contacted Temco regarding the incomplete installation. Temco didn't return until the 16th to complete the installation. That was a different team of delivery drivers and they completed the installation as it should have been done the first time. Regarding the damage, the claim was filed with Sedgwick Claims Management. They, in turn, contacted Temco. On 7/12 Susana Canizales phoned me from Temco. She requested info regarding the damage. She advised she would send me information in an email. I subsequently sent her an email containing photos of the damage, requesting confirmation of receipt. I never received an email from her, and never received confirmation of her receipt of the photos. I sent that email twice on the 12th, and again on the 14th. They are ignoring the damage claim. I contacted Sedgwick and advised them of the issues I was having with Temco. They contacted Temco again, advising them to address my claim. Temco continues to ignore the claim. Per Sedgewick, Temco (the delivery company) is contractually obligated, if liability is determined, to compensate for any loss directly related to the delivery/installation of the appliance. I'm not rolling over on this. I will pursue this until it is resolved to my satisfaction. As a final note, BBB gives them 1 star. Their customer reviews are complaints. YELP has about 1150 reviews, 99% complaints. 1.5 stars. read more

Do not hire this company for anything! If I could give zero stars I would. We bought a washer/dryer from Home Depot, they sent this company to deliver and install. They took 10 days to come out, said plumbing work needed to be done, we finished plumbing work, waited another 5 days for them to come back. They arrived and said the washer and dryer has 2 big dents on them, they have to call Whirpool and order new ones. They came back 10 days later, and said they didn't have the hoses with them to install. I told them to go to Home Depot and buy whatever hoses that they need. They go to their truck, come back and say the new washer/dryer also have dents, and they'll have to order new ones!? Please dont waste your valuable time, with this joke of a company! read more

Whoever said Home Depot cancelled their contract with this pos company is sadly misinformed. They were supposed to deliver a refrigerator today & the truck broke down! Ok, stuff happens, I expected to hear my delivery would be later tonight. Nope, she can't even schedule a time for for 2 days!!! No other trucks available to pick up the undelivered items & everything is already out if my refrigerator!! I'm so pissed at this unprofessionalism I could spit nails!! I know this isn't the call takers fault so I ask for a name & phone number of someone who has power to do something about it. She gives me the name John Anya. I'd publish his number but idk if that's allowed. It doesn't matter anyway, because after about 50 rings the voicemail belongs to the person who took my call originally! I call back & try to talk to her but it's a call center with no way to talk to her. So I ask again for someone I can talk to, she tells me she's it, but get this: despite the fact that my caller ID says TEMCO LOGISTICS (it's spelled in all caps) I'm actually talking to their call center & "we are not allowed to give you direct contact information for TEMCO". Stay tuned, because I will hunt down contact info for them & give them a piece of my mind they won't soon forget! Next call: Home Depot who says they have been trying to get rid of them for years! It's been brought up to Corporate but apparently they don't care. Maybe they will care when I call & tell them I'm in the market for a dryer, but I will happily pay more money at Lowe's if they don't use this delivery company! Kudos to HD, they were very apologetic & offered me a little money back for the inconvenience. Update: I got a call from the VP of Operations & my new fridge has been delivered! Carlos & Adrean provided excellent customer service. They were polite, efficient, & quick, & turned a bad experience into a positive one. read more

I made an order from Home Depot of a small appliance. The driver arrived at my residence and called to let me know the truck was too big for my driveway and would have to send a smaller truck. On the phone I asked him if he could walk the 100 feet with my dishwasher on a hand cart. He said no. For a company that says in their message that their "Goal is World Class Service", they fall very short and either need to hire some drivers who aren't so lazy. I had to call to reschedule and was on hold for an hour and 10 minutes before I reached an operator because I was call number 5. Avoid this company at all costs. Tell Home Depot that you don't want Temco to deliver your merchandise. read more

This company deserves all the zero star reviews people try to give. This so-called "professional" delivery company is unable to provide a Certificate of Insurance for an appliance delivery I ordered from Home Depot. A COI is standard for most condo buildings in the area. After numerous hours of trying to get on the phone with them, their only method of providing proof of insurance is via fax. And two different fax machines and 5+ separate calls to their customer service, they were unable to fax over proof of their insurance. Based on other reviews, this is not an uncommon occurrence from this company. So many failed deliveries, it's hard to believe that a store like Home Depot would partner with them. read more

Update on the below and increasing from 1 to 3 stars. Terrible experience initially but once I flagged this on Yelp, submitted an email Tabatha called me, was super responsive and made it happen. Delivery professionals were in and out and it was a pretty seamless delivery. Part of my stove was missing - but temco got me on the phone with GE straightaway and that part is now in the mail and I should be all set. Worst experience ever. If you order something from Home Depot and they use these guys, cancel, your products will never come - but you'll enjoy wasting hours of your life on hold. The men who installed my dishwasher made no attempt to protect my floor; they tracked mud and leaves in and did not use a plastic mat while they worked. They installed the dishwasher crooked so part of it was under the cabinet and park stuck out. They turned it on and left. When I washed the floor I found several scratch marks inches long on the wood and the dishwasher stopped working. I called the installers within 10 minutes and told them these problems. Basically they said there was nothing they could do about them. Now 7 weeks later I have a different, working dishwasher installed by someone else and Temco said they were not going to do anything about the scratches they made in my floor. Be careful if this company comes into your home. read more

Not happy with "verbal policy" that a paid for service of appliance installation was denied because it was not scheduled within 30 days. In my case it was 29 days after delivery due to remodel delays, that I called to schedule. Home Depot tried to get a 30 day extension...going the extra mile for me, but firmly told "No," by a Temco employee. I was never advised in writing of their policy. read more

This is one of the worst companies to deal with. I purchased my appliances from Home Depot and Temco Logistics was suppose to deliver and install them. First of all when the driver arrived last Wednesday he told me that he could not install my microwave because I have a tile backsplash which, don't most people have a backsplash. Then instead of cancelling the installation, he cancelled the whole microwave order. Then he told me he could not deliver my refrigerator because the railing was in the way. Did he ask me if the railing could be taken off, NO! When I called the office they asked me if the railing could be taken off but by that time the driver left. Then they tried to deliver the refrigerator on Friday and even thought the driver had the same exact truck as the first driver, re refused to pull into the driveway or deliver the refrigerator from the truck. I have a spoke who several people, even went to Home depot yesterday to talk to a manager. I still have no answer as to when of if my refrigerator will be delivered.They have tried to deliver my refrigerator 2 times and both times had some excuse why they could not deliver it. I have taken 2 days off from work to be here for the installation and still do not have my refrigerator or microwave. Lesson, make sure who is delivering your appliances before you buy! read more

By the time that we wiped down the refrigerator and cleaned it up we notice the damaged areas, Home Depot has a no return policy so now we are stuck with the refrigerator. If you plan to buy any appliance or furniture consider Sears Or Macy's, their delivery team doesn't rush the delivery and also cleans up after themselves, wiping down walls, doors, and furniture. Ask the place that you are buying your appliance from "what company delivers our item" and if they said Temco... This is the best Delivery Team on the planet! I have dealt with many delivery companies and no one compares to Temco. Rinno has assembled and incredible team. I have an very difficult stairway to navigate. Other companies have told me they can't deliver a refrigerator up my stairway. Gustavo who coordinates the drivers sent his top team that he knew could navigate my stairway. That team was Martin and Norberto. They were able to deliver my refrigerator with ease! And these guys couldn't have been nicer, friendlier or more professional. They were an absolute pleasure to interact with! You could tell they have a ton of pride in what they do! I can't say enough great things about these guys! They also brought another guy named Q to support them who was also a great guy! Ronnie did a great job following up with me! I've used a ton of delivery teams in my 64 years but no one compares to Tempo!! These guys are the best of the best!! I will never use anyone else. First they reschedule without letting me know then they claim they can't find my dishwasher and have to do a dock search. One week later and they are still searching. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never buy major appliances from stores that use this as a delivery service. I bought a dishwasher and gas range from Home Depot and these two guys came out and (a) couldn't figure out how to get my range out (It has a screw holding it in from each side cabinet and (b) improperly installed my dishwasher which now leaks from the air gap, as well as the hose clamp. They didn't clean up after themselves, leaving sawdust, dirt, and water. Did not install my gas range but they left the new oven in the middle of my kitchen with the old one pulled out half way and then took off in their truck like a bat out of hell!!! First attempt they damaged my counter top trying to install an appliance. Then second attempt I canceled the installation because they said I have to take everything out and have it ready for them to just pick it up and load into their truck. Beware of incompetent and negligent service. Tempco delivers for Home Depot. The first dryer was dented and we denied. The installers left the door off the laundry room and just left. We smelled gas, and had to contact them three times to finally get someone out to check the connections and the dangerous gas leak. The next pair of installers check for gas leaks, and supposedly reattached the connectors, and checked for gas leak. We still had a strong smell, but they refused to acknowledge. We finally had the gas company come out who discovered that they did not attach it correctly or with the dope product that helps guarantee it will not leak gas. In my experience you are better off installing yourself instead of the headache of their services! Home Depot should hire another more professional company. read more

I purchased a refrigerator from Home Depot , and had it delivered a week ago. The guys were nice , but seemed like they were on a hurry. They had many more deliveries to make they said. When I opened the door hours laTer to my good back inside , the frjdge moved forward. They never locked the wheels ! I had nEver lUchades a friDge before , so was unaware that something underneath had to be screwed down. I called customer service , they blamed it on Home Depot saying it was there issue. Terrible ! I had to call Home Depot and speak to a manager . They told me it was the delivery services job to check that. The manager called Tempco, and called me back saying someone was scheduled to come later in the week. I call the day before to verify and they do not have the job in theIr computer. I call Home Depot back , and they had the name of the gal from the delivery service who supposedly scheduled it. Of course no one is available for the day it was supposed to be scheduled. They finally show up today. The guy did lower it and lock it. , however that should have been done 10 days ago!! Too much back and forth with this ! This was my first big appliance purchase. . I like Home Depot , but it makes me think twice about buying from them again due to the fact that they use this delivery company.
