This is the delivery company from hell. They deliver appliances for Home Depot. They out and out lie about when they will deliver - twice to me. They called the night before and said they would come on Thursday between 2:30 and 6:30 pm. At 6:30 they called and said they never really had the item so we're not delivering. They said they would come the following week on Tuesday after 4pm. They showed up at 11am - the paperwork they had me sign clearly said deliver after 4pm. They didn't change the doors which was on the paperwork and there was no light in the fridge - their attitude...so what. read more

I would give zero stars. This company is the worst! They are contracted by Home Depot. I ordered a wash tower. The first delivery attempt the tower was severely damaged and I did not accept the delivery. It took two more weeks for the next delivery. They showed up brought the wash tower in and left it at the entrance to my living room. They then discovered the was too short and they told me if I didn't let them leave it, it would be two more weeks, but if they left it they would come back in three days to install. I called to confirm and then they told me the soonest they could come to install was 16 days later. Completely unacceptable. Home Depot manager tried to help and they came out to install 4 days after they dumped the unit in my living room. The installers that Tempco sent out were more than unprofessional. They said they couldn't bring it up the stairs because there was a sconce in the way. I asked them to take the unit back. They refused and as I went to call the company, they literally scurried out my front door and ran to their truck so they would not need to deal with the unit that Tempco dumped in my living room. After insisting they take the unit out of my living room they finally got approval from their manager, but they were rude and unprofessional. Would never use this company. read more

Worst delivery company i have ever encountered. Driver was 1 block from my house, couldn't find it despite my home being the only remaining address on the road. Temco put me on hold for over 30 minutes, said manager would call back - never did. Said they called me multiple times - One missed call on my call log and I called them back immediately with no answer. Lied to me that they couldn't get to my address despite the driver taking a picture of my mailbox. When I called them out on this obvious lie, they said a manager would call me. Hung up on me multiple times. Put me back on hold multiple times with no resolution. Never called back or followed up in any way. read more

They didn't even open my dishwashers box When they delivered it on Jan 22. They just looked under my sink and said they couldn't install it cuz I needed an adapter. Told me which one. I went to Home Depot immediately purchased the adapter called their office made a new install appt for tues 1/25 New person came said he couldn't install it either even tho I had the part. He said I needed a plumber Then he left. He didn't open the box either I tried to get my own plumber but they couldn't get rid of my old dishwasher so I finally called back Home Depot they sent out some installer. He said the plumbing wasn't a problem for him but he couldn't install my dishwasher cuz it wouldnt fit. I went to Home Depot to set up a return /refund for the too big dishwasher. They said since I hadnt requested the return within 48 hours my dishwasher was unreturnable. I then called your office at 619-371-9600 and talked with your supervisor Jesse. she assured me that hd had to honor my return and I should see the store manager and ask for a reverse logistics order i did I spoke with Brandon. He insisted there was nothing he could do and was standing on his 48 hour rule After I complained loudly Brandon did say that he would email the vendor on Monday to ask if they would accept the return and let me know . In hindsight I realize I should have insisted that your delivery person should have opened the box and inspected the dishwasher and then checked to make sure it would fit before he left. This company is probably the worst company of ALL time. Super unprofessional and when you call customer service, the girl at the front desk just puts you on mute when there's an issue and HANGS UP. I have been waiting 7 WEEKS for my dishwasher that I got from Home Depot to get installed. 5 attempts to get this done and it STILL has not been done. When they came in to deliver the dishwasher we were told they don't install it. WHAT?!!! You're a delivery and installation service and you don't install??!! This is the WORST EXPERIENCE ever and I truly hope that Home Depot ends the contract with this company because it has put countless customers through hell and back to get ONE thing done!!! Apparently having a "system failure" in Temco's office means their driver's phones stop working too. Promised delivery of Home Depot appliances between 7 and 11 am, after I called them 3 times, finally at 4:30 I'm told that the driver's no longer in that area and won't be coming back. Either I have to wait two more days (and take day off work) or wait until after the holidays. Amateurish, dismal, lazy customer service. And clearly from all the reviews here, they consider that to be business as usual. How on earth does a company that treats end users this badly stay in business? Ordered a dishwasher through Home Depot in early December. They gave us wrong information about why they couldn't install the first time because their people were flat out lazy. Rescheduled. Then said the hose they had wasn't long enough. Rescheduled. Didn't show up on the date they rescheduled for. Called and got a new date. People who came to install say they have no record of needing a longer hose. Rescheduled. People flat out didn't show up again. Ended up going to Home Depot and just cancelled the order. Missed out on the free install promo during the holidays due to their complete incompetence. These guys are the definition of people who should not be in business. And the fact that both Lowe's AND Home Depot use them is telling. Too bad there isn't a competent company to challenge this company's incompetence. read more

This is absolutely the worst company to work with. We ordered a dishwasher and Fridge from Home Depot in December. They were scheduled to be delivered on January 12th. The delivery guys showed up and were not helpful at all. First, they told us they couldn't install our fridge because the water valve wasn't set up properly, which I understand is a liability should anything go wrong. We figured out where the shut-off for the valve was and they were able to install it. Then they couldn't fit the fridge through the door and they wanted to remove my mom's screen and then told her they would just throw it away and not reinstall it. My mom said no they cannot remove her screen. They got the fridge and dishwasher hooked up. But they did not clean up. They left all the wrapping on both appliances and didn't install the handles on the fridge. However, since it took too long, they didn't finish the job because "they had other jobs to get to." I had to have my neighbor come help us clean up and finish the installation. The delivery guys were absolutely rude to my mother and treated her poorly. We called to have someone else come out to check the installation since they didn't finish the job. They didn't even put an install blanket around the dishwasher. They were supposed to come out on January 19 but couldn't because they didn't have the right part to install and needed to order it. We told them about the issue on the 12th and somehow they didn't think to order the part ahead of time. It has been nearly 3 weeks and we still do not have a solution. Every time they promise they will send out a new team to check the install they either don't show up or they change for a different day. We have called several times and there has been no resolution. The last time I talked to them they PROMISED me they would come out on February 5th to make it right (since they only come to our town on Wednesdays and Saturdays). Well, my mom just called me and they aren't coming out on February 9 now, which who knows if that will even happen since they keep kicking the can down the road. They keep telling us they want to make it right but yet every time we make a request they say they can't help us. I am so disappointed in them and in Home Depot. This is a pain in the ass and poor customer service in general but we are also dealing with the recent loss of my father and this has been a completely terrible experience to add to our already stressful time. The guys who delivered the fridge KNEW we were grieving since they witnessed my mother cry but they were still so extremely rude to her. We have been on the phone with customer service and upper management several times and they have not done anything to resolve. read more

Purchased four new appliances. fridge had a ding in it. dishwasher couldn't be installed because it lacked a "dedicated outlet" separate from the garbage disposal; had to hire an electrician to come in, pull the old unit out and say, "there's the plug, right there," delivery guys never pulled it out from the wall. called for a re-delivery, waited a week, for a call this morning saying we'd been taken off the list because the appliance was damaged; they'd submit a damage report and LG would reach out to me. I advised that it wasn't damaged when it was sitting in my kitchen waiting to be installed and was essentially called a liar. thanksgiving in three days, no dishwasher. read more

We ordered a new refrigerator from Home Depot and waited two months for it to come in. Today was our delivery day and we were given a four hour window. Our delivery was spot on time and we were called half an hour before they arrived. I was very concerned about the hardwood floors we have threw out our home. Dennis and Jesus arrived and carried the old refrigerator out and the new one in. They were pleasant, friendly and efficient. I was EXTREMELY happy with the delivery we received today. Will never order another appliance from Home Depot again. This is who they use to install any appliance. We ordered a Dishwasher. First time out the guys were determined to not work that day said we needed a replacement valve and to reschedule the installation. Plumber came out and we actually did not need a replacement valve so beware this is what they say so they won't have to install your dishwasher. Two weeks later another group comes out and they install it however they have a missing part so the dishwasher can't be secured and the installer says I don't know what to tell you. Called this idiot company to figure out how to get someone out with the missing parts and the guy on the phone said yes, he lied to you and to get your missing parts you have to go through Samsung and then we can schedule a work out a few weeks out. This company needs to be shutdown! read more

Alright so, it got to such a horrible point that Home Depot OFFERED to deliver our fridge themselves. It was a total of FIVE reschedules and FIVE missed appointments. Worst! Worst! Worst! God I wish I could leave minus 1000000 stars. I can't believe these guys are still in business. They tried to deliver my washer dryer 7 TIMES and each time it was because of something stupid that they were responsible for. Half of the time it was because the truck driver did not want to take the item up the stairs. I called several times and mentioned there was stairs and they said it was no problem and that they would bring 3 people. Each time only two people turned up. The other times it was because the washer dryer was damaged or they scheduled the delivery in the past. Lol how do you even do that??? The other issue is that the people in the office take no responsibility or do not care that they and their team messed up. All they say is "Sir we can reschedule your delivery" shows that this is normal for them and is the standard they are used to working at. I cannot believe that a company like Home Depot uses this pathetic company! I had to email the corporate office of Home Depot and only then the manager of Temco called me and organized his best guy to come and deliver the item. That guy was actually professional and good thank god. I hope they lose the Home Depot contract because they are completely incapable of handling it properly. read more

Dealing with Temco has been one of the most horrific customer service experiences of my life. After having me wait around an entire day while my dishwasher was supposedly going to be delivered during a specific window of time, they flaked on delivering it at all (with no notice about that). We had to reschedule for a week and a half later via Home Depot (where I made the order) - that day, they showed up late, did not install the dishwasher as contracted over a technical issue that would have been very easily solved by any professional, and left very quickly without trying to rectify the situation. I called them almost immediately and they agreed to come back but not for a week. We waited They never showed despite me being scheduled, I waited all day - apparently the installers lied to their dispatcher and said they stopped by our house and tried to call, neither of which happened (we were watching the driveway all day). read more

Can we please give negative stars? This company should not be in business, and Home Depot should certainly provide a better delivery and installation service for customers buying appliances from them. It took seven delivery appointments waiting at home, hours on the phone, calls that weren't returned, long waits for trucks that never came (even within the stated four hour window), to get a dishwasher delivered and installed. The first one had a broken rack and their solution was to replace the whole thing. A Home Depot rep admitted to me that this is the worst company Home Depot uses. Final insult: installed and working (yay!). A week later we get a recorded call that our dishwasher will arrive between 7 a.m. and noon the next day. More time wasted on another call to sort that out. The last (and successful) delivery guy told us they are scheduled for up to 20 stops a day and simply skip some because they are running so late. Any excuse about traffic, no one home (even when they are) etc. Costco for us from now on for appliances. read more

Few comments reinforcing what others have said: a) Dishwasher installation seems to be a problematic issue with them. I am now one full month in and 4 unsuccessful attempts (various issues) b) They have never called in advance of delivery, but at best only when onsite. For some of the "attempted" calls we have no trace. c) I will not buy again from Home Depot or others, if delivery is by Temco. I am generally very happy with Home Depot, but this is a deal killer for me. d) Somebody observed if the owner reads reviews. I have the impression that probably the owner manages well up (I mean towards Home Depot). ZERO STARS FOR THESE ASSHOLES!!! WORST COMPANY DO NOT USE THEM!! We ordered a Fridge, Range and over the Range Microwave from Home Depot. They use this company for delivery's apparently. We live in crestline and they delayed our delivery's for almost a MONTH!! I'm so pissed off at them and they would tell us oh you'll get it next weekend, next weekend. Then finally they show up and it's only one person we live in a two story home and our kitchen is upstairs. The delivery guy said oh I can leave it outside. Um what I payed for installation too. He called his boss and they said to take it back to the shop. WHAT!! After being delayed for so long you want to take it I'm beyond livid!!!! I told the delivery guy to leave it outside I don't care your not taking my things that I payed for with my hard earned money!! Fuck that! This place is a rip off!
