I want to give a negative 5 star. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. This company hires independent contractors to deliver products from companies like Home Depot. If you get stood up by a delivery, Temco takes no accountability. None what so ever....not even an apology. I was on hold with Temco for over 25 minutes. Spoke to several first line customer service reps who basically transferred me to a supervisor. When I asked to speak with a Manager, I was told that they were all in a meeting and the supervisor who i spoke to couldn't do anything. I basically have to wait another 5 days to have my dishwasher installed. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HOME DEPOT THAT NEEDS INSTALLATION OR DELIVERY. I will not recommend to buy appliances from Home Depot or Lowe's as long as they keep using this company call temco logistics. If I only knew what unprofessional and rude they will be. A driver-technician came to my home to deliver a dishwasher and a new refrigerator and from the beginning his demeanor was totally rude with a bad attitude his name tag said Dwayne when I tried to explain him that there's a slide big gate on the back of the yard so it would be easier to unload the two appliances. He interrupted me and demand to get inside the house once inside he started to asking if I want just delivery or install as well. I told that I requested installation. After that he started to asked me technical questions about a valve that i need it to have already. ???? Then he told me that after he shut off the water. Why it still running water from the faucet. ???? I tried to explain him that there a shut off valve outside the main entrance. But then again didn't let finish when he started to get out and told his aid that it need to put back the appliances. And he leave . I thought for a moment he would started attacking me. read more

Wish I could give zero stars. This company came out to switch out a new refrigerator with one that was not working. The new refrigerator was leaking when they try to install. So we asked them to retrieve our old refrigerator back off of the truck and return the new one they were delivering since it was leaking. The driver drove off and took both the old refrigerator that is my property and the replacement.Now I have no refrigerator and all of my food sitting out. Apparently my husband hurt someone's feelings so they just left with our belongings in their truck. Stay away from these people read more

They arrived in the time they gave me. They were polite, efficient and tidy im the delivery and removal of my washing machines.

We purchased a microwave online and it was delivered August 11, 2021 by Temco Logistics. They were to remove the old over-the-stove microwave and install the new one. During removal the installers scratched the cabinets on either side of the stove and the install could not be done. We contacted Temco and sent pictures. They accepted the claim on August 19. Our calls and emails were ignored. We tried phoning but the claims person was always "away" or on the phone and never called back. September 1st we emailed expressing impatience at no response. Finally, September 7th"Misty" emailed that we must get estimates. It took three weeks of frustrating calls but we submitted them on September 28. No response. Resent October 4th, 5thand 7th. Nothing. We contacted Costco who contacted GE who contacted Temco. On October 14th Temco selected an estimate but wanted Temco employees to do the install again! We returned the unsigned release telling them the estimator bid the entire job, not half. Plus, we never want Temco employees here again. Email resent October 21st.. On October 26th we Contacted Costco again. They arranged for a third party to work with Temco but on November 2nd we received an email from "Misty" saying they were standing by their "offer" of $300 and credit for install. Unacceptable. Bids were $420, $490, $550. It is now December 7th and Temco ignores us and the third party. Bad company! read more

I will be suing this company together with Homedepot if I don't get my claim resolved in a timely fashion. A new fridge delivered and installed on 11/22/2021 by Temco(Homedepot order) at one of my rentals. Waterline was not hooked properly and leaked to downstair unit and the common area of the building. Paid $800 emergency plumbing service and $3500 deposit for water damage remediation so far, looking at at least 10k repair cost. This is for Seattle, WA. Claim has been accepted 12/2/2021 by Sedgwicks request but no one from Temco has contacted me yet. I will keep updating this review as the claim process goes. read more

We needed a new Front loader washer, we purchased from our local Home Depot. The team there made it happen within a few days ! Fast forward to The delivery team, calling ahead, and arrived promptly at the beginning of our " 4 hour window". Sometimes your in the middle and that's fine, but we were first and that was a super bonus for our day. The delivery team gentlemen were very professional, efficient courteous. The team was bilingual which made it easy for my wife and I. The install and removal went smooth. Let me put it this way, .. it went the way it was supposed to go. Very much appreciated. One star is over rated for this company. Home Depot using this company as their third party delivery service is a reflection on the cheap labor that Home Depot uses. Temco will do anything to avoid doing work, that includes not showing up for a delivery and saying that did and no one was home (lie, home all day). Forging customers name saying they were not prepared for delivery (lie, they never showed up). This list goes on and on... The Temco office staff are idiots (you can hear them talking, thinking they put you on 'Hold'), the delivery personnel are lazy dumb assholes. They're just there to collect a pay check because Home Depot does nothing about the quality of their outsource work, otherwise, drop this shit company. read more

Temco sent a large tractor trailer type truck to SILVER LAKE, a residental area full of narrow hilly streets so they cancelled on me. Shouldn't a delivery company know where they are sending something and what type of vehicle is appropriate? Shouldn't that be part of the logistics? Our street isn't even that narrow, especially compared to others in the area. And for whatever reason, they couldn't reschedule when the called to cancel (at least they did call I guess!) so I have to wait until tomorrow to even find out when the fridge I have been waiting a month for already will come. I was hoping it would be a priority and the new appt would be very soon, since they were the ones who cancelled, but based on other reviews, probably not. read more

Purchased a dishwasher through HomeDepot online, mainly because they were the only ones that had a Kitchen Aid in white without a one month lead time. Temco handled the delivery and installation. The first dishwasher they delivered was not working and I did not accept the delivery. The guys were actually great about it, tried to diagnose it (problem with the controls and electrical), did not succeed, and reinstalled our existing machine. They did not reinstall the kickplate, which if we had ended up keeping it would have been a pain to replace ($50 new). They deserved the extra star here. Temco had to place a replacement order with Maytag, and it took over three days to even find out if one was available and when. A new one was delivered exactly a week later (not to bad). This time the delivery guys had no idea what they were doing. This was the most expensive KitchenAid that they sell, the 39dB super quiet model. These guys TORE OFF all of the batting insulation that surrounds the machine, including the insulation that goes behind the kickplate. There was an orange sticker right on it that says DO NOT REMOVE. Without this insulation the machine is not quiet of course! I insisted they go get it from the box they were going to throw away, and I had to go back out to dig through and find the kick plate insulation. Next they installed the handle upside down, allen screw holes facing up. There is a sticker on the handle that say 'This Side Down'. Idiots. They did not level the machine, nor verify that it worked correctly. I had to pull it out, level it, flip the handle and reinstall it so that it was fully seated in the opening. Thankfully it works fine. NEVER NEVER NEVER buy from a big box store. But we all know that don't we. read more

We went to Home Depot Sunday to purchase a washer & dryer. The prices were competitive and the sales guy was knowledgeable and helpful. After choosing the washer/dryer he explained that all new hoses and ducting were required for liability reasons (makes sense); he was very adamant that the installation crew would NOT install the washer/dryer using old hoses or ducting. We mentioned we needed to have a minimum of 12 feet of dryer ducting, which he entered into the service order notes and that we would not be having them haul away the old units since there was a fee for that. The delivery date was set for Thursday. Overnight we had a change of heart and decided on getting a front-loading washer/dryer so we could stack them to avoid the 18" above the floor requirement for garage installations. We went back to Home Depot cancelled the first order and placed a new order. Now the fun begins. Home Depot uses a logistics company named Temco Warehouse & Distribution. I really should have researched this BEFORE I decided to purchase from HD. A simple Yelp search would have sent me in a totally different direction. Temco showed up with 2 washers (one top loader, one front loader) and 2 dryers - I'm thinking this is Home Depot's fault for not cancelling the original order. Not to worry - they had what we ordered and started the install, removing the old washer/dryer. The delivery guys offered to haul away old units even though we did not pay for that service and put them on their truck (I'm guessing they were going to sell them for junk or possibly repair & sell them - someone loses out on the haul away fee). Now the dryer ducting they brought with them was too short, nowhere near the 12' mentioned specifically in the delivery notes. The installer said he could complete the install with the old ducting but we couldn't mention this to anyone (remember the sales guy was adamant they wouldn't install using old ducting for liability reasons) and would have to sign the order as if he used the new ducting (which we paid for, and therefor would not be able to get a refund). We declined and offered to run to HD (5 minutes away) to get the correct ducting. The installer declined and said he'd have to take the washer/dryer back if we didn't agree to use the old ducting. We refused and he removed the new washer/dryer and just dumped our old units in the garage (not installed just dumped) and left. We called Home Depot, explained the situation, and they contacted Temco in an effort to get them to return to our house where a Home Depot employee would meet them with the correct ducting. Temco refused and said they would not return until Tuesday which was their next available opening. Home Depot apparently has no influence over Temco, stating our options were to wait until next Tuesday or cancel our order. We cancelled, hopped in our car, drove to an appliance store, purchased a washer/dryer for a competitive price (and a 60 day price match guarantee), had next day delivery with FREE haul away of existing units, and we now have our washer/dryer installed with new hoses and ducting. Lessons learned - 1) Home Depot has NO influence over their sub-contractors, regardless of how badly they reflect on Home Depot. I am still amazed that Home Depot accepted a reschedule for Tuesday - I thought Home Depot was a big company. But that might be part of the problem; when you're a $176 billion company $1842 isn't a lot of money. 2) Temco must have one heck of a contract to be able to tell Home Depot that they (Temco) screwed up a delivery and will not take any steps to rectify the situation in the name of customer service. Temco also employs people with a lack of integrity which should be a concern for Home Depot since any liability issues will impact them regardless of the contract with Temco - guaranteed Home Depot has deeper pockets. 3) You want to buy appliances - go to an appliance store. I learned this the hard way. Temco Warehouse & Distribution has a lot to learn about customer service, though why would they care since Home Depot takes the hit, not them. I will not be buying ANYTHING from Home Depot in the future. Even though Lowe's is a couple of miles further I'll be using them for any home improvement needs since its apparent that Home Depot has lost the ability to hear the voice of the customer. And I'll definitely be sure to steer people away from Home Depot for any major purchases. read more

Update: I ended up going back to Home Depot and canceling my order. I went to a local appliance shop (Kitchen concepts in San Bernardino) and ordered another dishwasher and got it two days later. They installed it perfectly! This is probably the worst and most irresponsible company I have ever dealt with. I had ordered a dishwasher from Home Depot. When it was delivered by this company, it was massively damaged so I had them take it back. It was very hard to contact them to set up a new date to bring out another dishwasher. So two weeks later they were supposed to have delivered it and they called up at the last moment and said there wasn't enough room on the truck for it. So then another date was set up for two weeks after that. Delivery time was between 12 and 4:30 pm. Again they did not contact me until 4:30 To tell me that there was not room on the truck for it. When I tried calling the company, the message said that I was 17th in line and to leave my name and they would call me back which they never did. My phone rang during dinner And it was the delivery company. I could hear a television in the background but nobody responded after I picked up my phone. I cannot believe that Home Depot uses this company, they are the worst! So unfortunately, I will never order anything to be delivered that I buy at Home Depot again. read more

I don't even want to give a star to these people. I ordered a dryer through Home Depot, and was delayed multiple times under ridiculous reasonings (forgot communication relay, etc) and no apology. They work with GE Appliances, who manage the deliveries for Home Depot orders but because they lack in proper management, even the supervisors seems to not be able to control the workers from Temco. Do your self a favor and don't buy any heavy appliances etc from Home Depot. The delivery service would screw you over. read more

This delivery and installation company used by Home Depot was very efficient, timely and friendly. They called me with the delivery date and later gave the 4 hour window. The driver called me about 20-30 minutes before arriving as promised. The purchase was for a refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher plus old appliance taken away and installation of new. The dishwasher was damaged somewhere during transit so a replacement had to be reordered and second delivery setup but the delivery people knew the process and got it resolved in a timely manner. About 1 week for replacement to installation completion. Good experience and would recommend! read more

Installers are thieves. My wife dropped 100.00 bill, one of the installers picked up. They left in a hurry didn't even install the microwave. Said it was damaged and left. When my wife looked out the door, they were high fiving. Talked with Management they must want thieves working for them. No morals. Temco is the absolute worst. No common sense at all. They were supposed to deliver a dishwasher and botched the order 3 times: calling the wrong number, delivering a dented appliance, deleting the accessories, cancelling the installation. The dispatchers have no critical thinking skills - no ability to problem solve basic logistics - and no particular concern about wasting the time of customers they clearly don't care about. I ended up canceling the entire order with Home Depot - because being stuck with Temco gave me zero confidence I'd actually receive a working product. Shame on Home Depot for scraping the bottom of the barrel and working with such an incompetently managed organization. read more

THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. They show up an hour and half late, say that our water line is broken and it's not. I told them wait 5 minutes I can have maintenance look at it. They refused packed up the fridge and left. Then they were suppose to redeliver 4 days later they scheduled delivery and then morning of they don't show up and they have CANCELED our order said their sending back to manufacture. Said that we weren't home and refused delivery. But we were home waiting no one came. WTH!!!! I am livid. They are so unprofessional, rude, liars and frauds. The Latino guy with big eyes who delivered my refrigerator was not nice. He did not want to take off his shoes when entering my home. I offered him to wear shoe covers that I usually provided to delivery people, but he REFUSED to wear them. He was being so rude about how his shoes were clean and that he does not need to take them off. That's not the case since his shoes had so much dirt on them. The back of the refrigerator also was dented and there's no ice tray included inside the freezer. Since he did not wear shoe covers, I had to install it all by myself. Listen, if you don't wear shoes in the house and are expecting delivery from this company, I suggest you to cancel it and find a different delivery provider because the workers refuse to take off their shoes read more

My wife and I bought a new washer/dryer combo as part of a Home Depot Labor Day sale. We scheduled the delivery for 9/7 (between 7-11am). The delivery person was a No Call/No Show that day; and upon calling the customer support number, I was told that our items were picked-up on 9/4 but could now not be delivered until 9/21 (the earliest date available). In my discussion with them I learned that Temco was the deliverer. Upon calling them the customer support representative was not very friendly, didn't listen to my issue the first time I said it, confirmed that 9/21 was the earliest our stuff could be delivered, and never once apologize for the error that was clearly on their part. These guys obviously suck; but my wife and I clearly question why we continue to purchase items from Home Depot when this is the 3rd large purchase we've made with delays and/or issues. It has been two months since they came to deliver my new Home Depot fridge and were supposed to haul the old fridge. Well, the 2 men that delivered the fridge said our fridge was too large to be hauled just with 2 men so they asked me to reschedule it again and ask for 3. Week after week, they either do not show up, or they come shorthanded. Sometimes they call the night before, sometimes they don't. Week after week I have had to call to complain and reschedule. Escalating and complaining and calling Home Depot has not helped either. I am giving up and will never order from Home Depot again if they continue using this service. read more
