As another reviewer stated, this is the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my life. I bought a dishwasher from Home Depot and until they stop using these awful people I will never use Home Depot again for any type of installation!!! The first time they came, they broke my valve. So I had to hire a plumber to get that fixed. The second time they came, they brought a dishwasher with broken legs. When they finally brought and installed a decent dishwasher, it leaked, so I had to hire a plumber again. A few days later I noticed there was a ding/flaw in the dishwasher, so I set-up an exchange. When the driver came to do the exchange, he refused to install it because he said the diverter under the sink was incorrect. However, it was NOT incorrect because I just hired a plumber to put a new one on! I put the driver on the phone with my plumber and let them hash it out. But it didn't matter, because the driver was dead-set on not doing the install. So suddenly Temco's driver's are plumbing experts? He was literally telling my certified plumber, who services my entire HOA, that he did a mickey mouse job, which was not true at all! The plumber actually used the correct part needed. They made me hire a plumber a THIRD TIME. So I called and said, "I will NOT be paying for the plumber AGAIN." The customer service lady said, "no problem, email us your invoice to claims@temcologistics.com and we will reimburse you for the plumber." As instructed, I sent them my Invoice and they never replied. So a month later I follow-up and they now tell me they have no notes of incident and refuse to reimburse me. So clearly I am delusional and made this whole story up, and that's how I know their claims email....because no one ever told me I would be reimbursed...right.... I have spent hours and hours on the phone with Temco and everyone just transfers me to another department that doesn't help. Customer service tells me to talk to Claims, Claims tells me to talk to Customer service, they've transferred me to G.E. who has absolutely nothing to do with anything! And I'm pretty sure I've been transferred to every department they own. Home Depot does the same thing, lets me sit on hold for an hour and transfers me to other departments who claim to be unable to help. Oh, and every time they've been to my house, they scratch my floors and leave mud ALL OVER. I spend an hour cleaning-up after them every single time. Please don't use this company ever. This is the absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! Find a local small business to support and give them your money instead. Trust me please!!! read more

Why doesn't Yelp have the option for minus stars??? ~ If they did, I'd give Temco Logistics a minus 5. Beginning of December 2022: Sears Warranty promised a new replacement microwave in 2 to 3 weeks. 5 weeks later Temco Logistics finally calls to set an appointment. 1st APPOINTMENT: Appointment between 1 pm and 4 pm. The service tech calls approximately 5:30 pm saying he hadn't eaten lunch; therefore, he's canceling and he'll have "the lady" call in the morning and set up a new appointment. 2nd APPOINTMENT: No call for almost 2 weeks 3rd APPOINTMENT: Appointment between 10 am and 2 pm. Just before 6 pm, I received a call from a female TemCo employee stating they were canceling and needed to reschedule. Set an appointment for the following Tues. 4th APPOINTMENT: Monday Lee called confirming the installer will arrive between 2 pm and 6 pm 5th APPOINTMENT: Monday I hour later a male employee from TemCo called confirming the installer will arrive between 1 pm and 5 pm. I explained Lee had already confirmed an appointment for 2 pm and 6 pm, so which is it? Man would have to had to call back as unbeknownst to him, apparently, I was scheduled twice for the same day with two different installers. I told him this was unacceptable between the canceling, not returning calls, and double-booking, He became rude and huffy, telling me to call and reschedule for another day. I told him in no uncertain terms "I don't work for your company; you're not paying me to do your job". He was not nice, but by then, neither was I. 6th APPOINTMENT: Installer Antonio called assuring me he'd be arriving "absolutely" no later than 5:30 pm even though the appointment was set for the 1 pm to 5 pm window. 7th APPOINTMENT: Antonio called at 5:30 stating he running late and won't arrive for another 40 minutes. 8th APPOINTMENT: 6:13 pm ANTONIO and ERIC ARRIVED!!! Super nice and extremely efficient young men. They are the ONLY redeeming value Temco Logistics has to their name. Eric told me if they'd been apprised of the trouble I'd had with their business office they would have made sure I was the 1st install of the day. ***** PS... I would give both ANTONIO and ERIC 5 PLUS STARS ***** for their GENUINE RAPPORT, GREAT ATTITUDE, and FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. My recommendation is that Home Depot needs to sever their relationship with this third party vendor. Temco is absolutely horrible. I like Hone Depot and have made several purchases from them. But when it comes to the delivery and set up this where I wish I took my business elsewhere. 11/30/19 I purchase appliances from Home Depot. 12/04/19 they are delivered. I realized that I should bought a stacking kit to give me a little more room in my laundry room. The unit fits but if stacked more room. The guys from Temco tell me order the stacking kit and someone from the company would come out and stack the washer and dryer. Washer and dryer installed. Checked to ensure it was working. Guys leave. Stacking kit ordered. Stacking kit delivered. Stacking kit missing pieces. Temco could not complete the project. Another appointment needed to be set up. Stacking kit reordered. Stacking delivered. All kisses are in the kit. 12/13/19 Temco calls to confirm appointment for 12/14/19. Temco cancels my appointment without telling me they cancelled it. I literary took a day off work to be there. No explanation why. They cancelled it. 12/28/19 Temco come out again. The guys tell me they cannot stack my washer and dryer because it is a liability and they do not want to risk damaging the units. The original tram who installed it has to come back out band stack the units. Are you kidding me? I do not recall any where in the transaction that this was told to me. Had all information been shared different options would have need considered. Perhaps not to install. Not to purchase. But how was I to know. The techs continue to tell me that the previous team installed my range incorrectly. Who does this? Teammates against teammates. I immediately go to Home Depot and there is only 1 manager on duty. No one higher up the rank is on duty at Home Depot on 12/28/19. Kinda weird. But this manager tells me that they have complaints about Temco all the time. Is it worth it to lose customers by continuing to use a sub par vendor for delivery and installation. So today is 12/30/19. My washer and dryer are not stacked. I'm stuck and hoping that the manager at Hime Depot Chris will be helpful and follow through on him getting involved for a resolution. read more

NOTE: THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE NEW TEMCO LOGISTICS IN THE SF BAY AREA, 31145 Wiegman Rd, Hayward, CA 94544. HOME DEPOT USES THIS COMPANY FOR SF BAY APPLIANCE DELIVERIES AND INSTALLS. BEWARE!!! THEY ARE OVERWHELMED AND ALL OF THEIR LOCAL STAFF ARE INEXPERIENCED. This company apparently just arrived in the SF Bay area and does deliveries and installation of appliances for Home Depot, although they are well-established elsewhere, including the LA metro area. I was told that wen they picked up the Home Depot account they were left with hundreds of undelivered orders from the previous servicing company, and that all of their Bay area staff are new hires. They cancelled or rescheduled my delivery of the same Home Depot appliances three times in a row without notice, and when I called, they promised to get back to me "within 15 minutes" or "a half hour" but never did - NOT EVEN ONCE. They made promises of delivery that they did not keep. A classic "who's on first?" situation. I must have spent three hours on the phone with them or on line with Home Depot. Finally, after the THIRD cancellation/reschedule (again without notice, and while I was actually on line with Home Depot, who saw it happen), they dispatched two installers "special delivery" in a pickup truck with just my washer and dryer, 45 minutes from Hayward. The installer was experienced, professional, efficient and courteous. He also was from LA/Pomona. Temco sent him to the Bay area temporarily, two weeks turned that has turned into two months - to try to pull things together. Bottom line: RIGHT NOW THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO INTEGRITY. THEY AREN'T HONEST AND STRAIGHTFORWARD, AND MAKE PROMISES THEY DON'T KEEP. FRANKLY, THEY LIE. IT WOULD BE BETTER TO ADMIT, "HONESTLY, IT'S A MESS HERE, AND IT MAY TAKE A MONTH BEFORE WE CAN DELIVER YOUR APPLIANCES." That wouldn't be encouraging news from a "new kid on the block", but is it better to lie to and hide from customers, insulting and disrespecting them? I sent a message to the manager of the two Temco delivery guys that came to my home last Friday 8/4 for my Home Depot appliance order. This is what I wrote to the manager: "I asked for your contact information from your two wonderful delivery guys, George and Dakwan. I firmly believe supervisors and managers like you need to be aware and hear from your customers like me of how amazingly courteous, friendly, kind and helpful they are from the moment I opened the door for them and seeing their happy faces, to respectfully putting on their shoe covers when asked, and hauling away my old dishwasher with patience, and carefully putting in the new appliance in. They were also so nice to my little pet. I even got a courtesy call from them 30 min prior to their arrival compared to others in the past that would just either give me a 5 min courtesy call or none at all. They were professional, polite, personable, respectful and went above and beyond to give a customer like myself an excellent customer service experience. I have had so many different appliance and furniture deliveries in the past, but these two- George and Dakwan stood out from the rest. They were the best delivery guys I have ever encountered by far. This is the one of the very few times I have actually taken the time to not only provide a feedback on customer survey but to also personally reach out to their superior to give them all the stars these two deserve and more. It is my pleasure to write this positive review and recommendation on George and Dakwan in hopes that in a way this will help them earn deserving salary increases to incentivize them to stay with a company such as yours that values star employees like them. This is absolutely by far, the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. At all cost DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! To begin, I purchased a gas stove, dishwasher and microwave from JCPenney. This delivery company removed my working appliances and then went to install the new appliances. But I noticed the dishwasher and microwave were both scratched and dented. I told them I wanted them replaced with appliances that are not damaged and they said they will reorder them, but they cannot reinstall my old appliances. So basically, they were going to leave me without a dishwasher and without a microwave and without water in my kitchen for 2.5 weeks...even though my old appliances were all still in working condition. I told them that is completely unacceptable and I heard one of the workers discussing it with another employee. I noticed they started putting the new and damaged appliances back on their truck which was fine as long as they were going to reinstall my old ones. One of the workers told me he was just going to wait in the car because it was going to take a long time. A few minutes later I looked outside and they were gone. They also left me without water to my sink. So after they decided to leave I had no water in my kitchen, no dishwasher and no microwave. I then called JCPenney and they had called them to go back to install my old appliances so that I would have something while I had to wait until the 21st to have my new appliances delivered. Numerous times I told the workers I needed my appliances reinstalled and they said it was against their policy to reinstall old appliances.....maybe they should have checked to make sure the new appliances were not damaged before removing my working ones and leaving me with nothing. Their customer service is awful and this entire purchase makes me rethink ever purchasing appliances from JCPenney if they hire delivery companies like these. Oh yeah and to top it all off they left trash in my yard and this 1st delivery attempt took 3.5 hours for them to only install a new stove. read more

This vendor is commonly used by Home Depot for delivery and installation services for appliances. One problem is that the personnel are not equipped to handle any "nonstandard" issues. I fully understand that the Home Depot terms and conditions state that delivery/installation only covers "standard" installation. However, the person ordering the appliance is not fully able to judge this (I realize Home Depot has guidelines). The personnel have a very small tool kit and no additional parts that might be needed in various scenarios. They are also not authorized to go and get any parts from a nearby store (including Home Depot). Therefore, they improvise the best they can which is not necessarily good. In one case, they overtorqued a mounting bolt for an over-the-range microwave and range hood, breaking the weld on the microwave. They then proceeded (without telling anyone) to screw through the kitchen cabinet into the side of the unit (not a good idea for several reasons including control wiring is in that area). In another case, the microwave range hood was installed without the exhaust damper, and the vent duct transition would block the damper opening fully (restricts airflow). They were unable to go and get the required part (I did this independently later). On the plus side, Home Depot, acting as the general contractor for this subcontractor, fully replaced the unit (twice) due to these issues. The poor Temco installation team has a tough job, handling many (13 or more) deliveries per day, with lack of tools and ability to handle common issues. It's just a flaw in the way logistics are setup. In many cases, a quick install can be done, but if there is any issue, even rather minor, Temco isn't setup very well to handle it. read more

What a disgusting & rude company Temco Logestic is & what a terrible service. I have ordered a new washing machine from the Home Depot in San Diego. This was a replacement authorized by my Home warranty company back in July 2019. The Home warranty company needed a proof of installation from a professional firm together with proof of purchase. Temco Logistics installed the washing machine, when asked for a simple installation certificate so I can get a refund they simply refused. Since July of this year 92019) their rude staff kept passing me from one rude employee to another and from one rude manager to another. Also the staff have been passing me from one head office to so many other sub offices. When I explained to them that without an installation certificate I would not be repaid, their reply to me has been ""this not their problem"". I think Home Depot should struck off this lousy firm of selfish worms entirely. For months since July they have been wasting my time by passing me from one head office to another. They are full of lies & BS. Bunch of inconsiderate selfish and rude men and women. They even refused to give me their office addresses so I can put my home warranty in touch with them. Amongst the nastiest of them was John who is a manager in San Diego. Also Anna & Kelly on switch board. In my honest opinion everyone is best advised to keep well away from these irresponsible, very rude, unpleasant & selfish cow boys. I am taking this up with the Home Depot and the BBB and other government agencies who are responsible for their disgusting conduct and poor service to the members of the public. read more

After two days of attempting to communicate with two of the most unprofessional, defensive and unreasonable service reps I may have ever encountered I threw in the towel. Mercedes who stated "she was the manager" continued to over talk me, not listen and was determined to defend her position rather than try and help me the customer. She continued to stress how I was given incorrect information and that was that. When I asked to speak to her manager she shared that he was busy and would tell me the same thing that she was telling me. I concluded with requesting that he return my call of which he did not. The following day I spoke to Jessica who obviously never took Customer Service 101 either shared " I am reading the notes and I can see that they already told you that they can not meet the original delivery date." I once gain asked to speak to Ben, the manger and was told that he wasn't in and that she did not know when he would be." And, then she added, "I don't why you want to talk to him - he can't do anything - he doesn't deliver the items. The only relief I found was in the fact that when I decided to share a Yelp Review, it confirmed all that I experienced, and made it pain stakingly clear that I should surrender any expectation of receiving my item as originally quoted. Lesson learned: Make certain you check to see which company will be delivering your products before you place the order. Check them out and if you discover what I discovered after the fact, insist that the seller/manufacturer offer an alternate delivery service. read more

This place is terrible. They pass the buck all the time and don't care about their customers. First of all, the girl who answers the phone talks so fast you can't even hear here. When you ask her to slow down she doesn't listen. When you talk to her she does not listen. They don't listen to their customers. I scheduled a delivery from them-they never showed. When I called them up they passed the buck. They said they had other work to do and could not deliver on that date. They never called me to reschedule, nor did they apologize. In speaking with this company everyone who works here talks to fast you can't even hear them, nor does anyone listen to you. You ask a question everyone who work here starts talking about something else. This company is the most unprofessional and so obviously does not care about their customers I have ever had the experience to deal with. They started in 2013-there is only one truck. They tout themselves as a family company-yes it is. The entire company consists of a few unprofessional people who obviously don't know care about their customers-all they care about is getting their money. And It sounds like they speak a foreign language when you call them-you can't even understand what they are saying. Home Depot uses them as a delivery company-there are so many terrible reviews about Temco Delivery in Valencia; Everyone says the same thing about them-that they pass the buck. Don't use them. Really ridiculous service. I ordered appliances from Home Depot and waited 10 days for delivery. Delivery day comes and they came to the building and the security door on the building was locked as it is supposed to be. They called at 7:48 a.m. and left a message that we had to call them back by 8:00. Within 1 minute at 7:49 we called back the number they left but it was forwarded to a regional dispatch facility in Vegas and we were put on hold then disconnected. By the time I got someone back on the line it was past the 12 minute window they gave us to reply, and said they could do nothing for us. their guy had left. "We are only required to wait 15 minutes." they said they would be back in 12 days. I had someone moving into that unit. We couldn't find anyone outside the building, they didn't bang on the front gate, or say "hello" or honk the horn. I even offered to go pick up the appliances at their warehouse or meet them at the next delivery site or a parking lot... They said they couldn't do that. "We are only required to wait 15 minutes." over and over they said this but they never gave us a way to get hold of them within that 15 minutes and said it is against their policy for the delivery guy to leave his number on the message. crazy... was finally given to "Supervisor Jennifer" after 41 minutes on the phone, who told me she would call me back... waiting... still no appliances and no way to get hold of anybody outside of Vegas. This place is so poorly run, it is a wonder they stay in business. I am seriously rethinking doing business with Home Depot as a result. I have been waiting for a refrigerator to replace in a tenant occupied unit for over two weeks. The first delivery they refused, on the day of arrival because they were too dumb to load it on the right sized truck. I had help in the area and was willing to offer assistance but they refused to do anything that was customer service oriented. Then they hung up on me 3 times. I finally got a date another week away. Meanwhile my tenants don't have food. Guess what, the next day when I finally got ahold of a manager, I was pushed out another day. When I got my day ahead call for the 4 hour delivery window, I confirmed they were using the proper sized truck....No! Now I was told to wait two more days. Meanwhile their supervisors are never available to talk and when you finally get someone who calls himself a manager, he does nothing to assist. So here it is, the day I was supposed to get my 2nd delivery attempt, that was postponed because they messed up the truck again. They call to say they are trying to deliver it! Then they say if I dont receive it today, I will have to wait another week. Beyond bad. If I ran my business this way, I wouldn't last a minute. Someone must have an inside connections to keep accounts with companies like Home Depot. read more

they were quick, cleaned up their mess, and helpful afterward with answering questions. i've had previous alliance deliveries from other companies where the guys never even tried to bring fridge inside, and forced us to refuse the delivery a week before i gave birth to my son (side note, we needed a fridge immediately since our old one died). instead, these other guys stopped at our front door and complained that we shouldn't buy a fridge like that without owning a house with a two door entry..... needless to say, i've been a nervous/anxious basket case ever since when it comes to replacing any other appliances in my house. For this appliance delivery, i was terrified we bought a range oven microwave too large for the spot above our oven (we were replacing an old range hood - original to the house, and we thought there wasn't enough clearance above the stove). these guys came in and didn't even bat an eye. Assured us almost immediately it passed code requirements, and got straight to work. Had the microwave installed in less than 30 minutes. then cleaned up the mess afterward! you might think that's an obvious step that follows- but trust me; "clean up" is not a standard practice i've seen with other companies. I highly recommend this company, if you ever need to have new appliances installed in you house. read more
