Avoid using this company at all costs. It took three weeks and four attempts to finally receive the washer and dryer that I ordered from Home Depot. Their employees are simply useless. The first driver claimed that the phone numbers that were listed on my account were not correct. They were. The second driver reached the bottom of my driveway and determined that it was too narrow for his truck. Neither driver simply walked the 100 feet up the driveway to knock on the door in an attempt to make the delivery or even just out of courtesy to the customer. The third driver claimed that he could not find the house. The excuse of "no cell service" was given as in explanation of why we were not contacted even though half a mile from the house cell service is just fine. Explicit notes about logistics were completely ignored by most of these drivers. There is simply no excuse for this lack of accountability and customer service. Find a different company to do your job. read more

So... I got my washer, eventually. But if I'd known what I know now, I would've bought the same model elsewhere, Home Depot gift card be damned. The delivery window is 7-10am. They called as promised 40 minutes before they expected to arrive, but my phone was on silent. Still, I head to the delivery address (haven't moved in quite yet) and arrive a few minutes ahead of the truck's estimated arrival. With no sign of them, I assume they're in traffic and give it about an hour before following up-- after all, that's within the original window. I call: according to their system, the driver reported no one was home. However the number I called is in SoCal and the rep says I have to talk to the regional office in Hayward that dispatched the truck. But the regional number is BUSY (not on hold) -- for HOURS. This takes my time wasted past the original delivery window and into my workday. I try calling back both Home Depot's customer service line and the original number, but Home Depot was no help and by then, the original number was busy, too. Hours later, I reach someone who offers a "description of the house noted by the driver" as "proof" the driver was at the correct address, but 2/3 details are incorrect: they think my house is gray & green with a 2-car garage, when it is yellow & green with a 1-car garage. At first, I gave the driver benefit of the doubt: maybe they came early and didn't wait, etc. But by this point I'm convinced this truck never made it-- they could've looked up my house on Google Street View for more accuracy. The rep insists the house description errors are minor, suggest the driver is colorblind, etc. I'm tired and cranky and give up and move on to rescheduling. They want to reschedule 3 weeks away because they insist they can't deliver any sooner. But I was on a deadline for a rebate program and needed it installed within a few days (original delivery was already 3 weeks after I purchased the machine). I escalate to a manager, put up more of a hissyfit than I like to, and they agree to "squeeze me in" on the last possible day for rebate eligibility, leaving no wiggle room for error. The second attempt worked without incident but I'm still so scarred by the first that I'm never ordering from Home Depot ever again, and I'll look at who is servicing deliveries at other vendors before making a purchase. read more

Due to recent homeowner complaints in our building we have had to caution residents from ordering appliances from Home Depot. Home Depot uses a third party delivery service called Temco Logistics. The Temco guys who have our Downtown route have gone to great lengths to avoiding in-unit delivery and/or installation. Some of the patterns reported by homeowners have been: 1. Showing up outside of the delivery window as early as 6:30 and often before the Engineer arrives 2. Insisting that appliance and placement measurements are not compatible when they are 3. Insisting that water valves are broken when hooking up anything that relies on water -- such as refrigerators, dishwashers, and washing machines. If you shoot down excuse after excuse he will continue to make up something and eventually refuse to install. Temco then offers to dump the appliance in the living room or kitchen without installation and claiming they will return when the problems are "fixed." They also want to leave the old appliance plugged in instead of taking it with them -- saything they will "be back." Right. Subsequent visits from multiple plumbers then confirm that nothing needs repairs. Further research with other delivery companies as well as the Better Business Bureau, Yelp and Google Reviews, and other resources has confirmed these patterns. When complaining to the company, the manager defends and condones this behavior -- and says that this individual has "good stats." Of course he does -- He dumps the appliance without installing so that he can delivery twice as many appliances. Don't know his motives other than that Home Depot sometimes offers "free installation" so I guess this guy can get paid the same if he plays these games and dumps the appliance. They may pay him whether he delivers or not. So there are a lot he doesn't even deliver--and blames it on the customer. What a scam on Home Depot, his company, and the customer. After my building shared this warning with other downtown buildings, some have reported back that they had the same experience. My neighbors are now saying they will never buy another appliance from Home Depot until they dump the contract of such a dishonest delivery service. Requested their address so that I could makes things more official and finally received a call from someone who said he was looking into both the delivery guy and the manager. Hope they do something about both of them. After all the complaints I see about multiple attempts and property damage, I feel like I dodged a bullet after reversing the sale following the first horrible experience. read more

My refrigerator was delivered earlier than originally scheduled, so I was happy about that since I went without a refrigerator for a week. The gentlemen were very nice and moved quickly. I am assuming that I was the first delivery of their day since it was quite early in the morning. As the gentlemen began to remove the old refrigerator, we informed them that the doors had to be removed in order for it to fit thru the walk way/ doorway. They measured the area and proceeded to attempt to move the refrigerator with the doors on. Needless to say it would not fit, therefore, furniture needed to be moved, which it still wouldn't fit. The doors ended up being removed and the refrigerator was successfully brought out of the property. As fast as these guys were working, they would have saved themselves more time if they had just removed the doors from the beginning. I had no where to go, so it was not an inconvenience to me. It just seemed that the guys, we're trying to complete the delivery and installation efficiently and effectively to get to their next job. read more

This company has no idea what it's doing. Well at least the SD location doesn't. Ordered a washer and dryer through Home Depot and this is their delivery company. Took two days off work for a deli ery of my washer, first time was lied to and was told they couldn't deliver because of the cars parked, I call BS because fire engines drive through here, no vehicle can be so oversized that they can't make it thru, you live in CA, everything is tight, the Second time I get my washer and the hoses are hooked up wrong, the brackets to make my set stackable weren't attached because they state the size of the dryer (exact match of washer) could be sized differently. Totally a bold faced lie. When you call the company you are on hold for a minimum of any hour and good luck on getting someone to call you back....that will never happen. Good luck on even talking to a supervisor, that won't happen either. Their employee turn around is just ridiculous, one employee stsed he has been there three months and they are looking to promote him? Really? He hadn't set up my washer correctly. Hopefully Home Depot will be dropping this company, I will be pushing for it read more

Horrible delivery service. Home Depot appliances are a great way to purchase appliances; however TEMCO Logistics is horrible. We have now had our third bad experience in the last year. We will never buy another appliance from Home Depot, as long as they use this service. Logistics in the name implies that they should be organized and qualified. Their systems are horrible. Drivers not receiving proper instructions to haul away the old appliance, and then refusing to even confirm with their dispatcher despite our having paid for that service. This is the company that Home Depot online contracts with to delivery appliances and other things. They scheduled a delivery for 10:30 - 2:30. They called at noon and said they would be here in 10 minutes. They never showed up. I called the installers line at 1:15 . No answer and they don't have a VM setup. At 1:30 p.m. I called the dispatcher. They told me the delivery people already went home for the day and they could reschedule in a week. It was a hot day. Sounds like a case of a couple of people who didn't want to make their last deliver in the heat and called it quits early. Very professional. I would not hire them for anything and am surprised that Home Depot uses them. This is the second time a Home Depot online order has fallen through like this. read more

When we looked at refrigerators at Home Depot, our GE was drawing its last gasps. We found a model we liked but we're skeptical that it would be delivered on time. We were pleasantly surprised by the communication and timeline that was exactly what we requested. The company kept us up to date with emails, tracking and phone calls from the driver. The delivery people were fast, and friendly. Good job Home Depot in contracting with this group. They make you look good!! read more

Costco needs to discontinue their relationship with this company ASAP. Completely disorganized and unprofessional and not to mention their install work is complete garbage. They installed a washer and dryer at my home leaving a leak in the gas line. Had to go back and forth with them numerous times to get the issue addressed. They called me yesterday telling me a repair tech was coming out and I called today to follow up and they tell me they have no record of the request. Completely wasting my time. I spoke to their manager and she refused to give me her name. I mean how often are people complaining for the manager yo withhold her name? Avoid this place! TEMCO Logistics contract with Home Depot to deliver appliances. They were supposed to deliver both appliances on a certain day, but only one appliance showed up. I called TEMCO and after half an hour was able to talk to someone who was equally puzzled as to what happened to the second appliance. After keeping me on hold for 20 mins, he found out that the second appliance did not make it on the truck due to shortage of delivery drivers. Whereas Home Depot's website's delivery schedule kept showing this appliance was just 2 stops away!! Now coming to installation of the first appliance which was a gas cooking range (delivery_installation), the installer kept telling us that the plug we currently have is too big; we need the smaller one. We could not understand, then we realized that he was talking about 240V vs 120V! Maybe trains these guys to use the correct terminology? And then he held the plastic handle to lift the heavy range, and cracked the handle. The only good experience was the customer service guy was very helpful and did his best to help me. read more

MINUS 10 STARS!! I had a delivery scheduled for today, and the drivers stated that we did not answer the phone or answer the door, they called my number only once when they also had my husband's number, that they didn't call by the way! They said they came to our gate and no one was here, my husband was sitting by the door and they did not get off the truck. Now I'm being punished for the lazy, lying drivers, after waiting a month for my appliance, I am now being told I have to wait another week!! This is bad service at its best!! I called Temco and service rep proceeded to tell me drivers drove away because my appliance was not on the truck and not in stock until aug 5th their next delivery date, when I called Home Depot to complain the rep stated that they had alot of the appliance I ordered in stock. Temco is now seeming to punish me for not going outside with a white flag waving that this is the address to deliver something I've been waiting a month for! HOME DEPOT SHAME ON YOU FOR STILL DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY AND PUTTING YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS THROUGH THIS S***!! The delivery crew came to deliver and install a fridge from Home Depot to my garage (no appliance removal or ice maker hook up) and did not level the rear leg, so the appliance was crooked. When I asked them to level the rear leg they said they "Don't do installations" and took the appliance away. read more

Awful. After confirming a delivery date and time, they somehow canceled our order. It took over an hour on the phone to escalate the problem to a manager who informed me that she will have someone else call me to reschedule for nearly two weeks from the original delivery date. I've waited a full day, and no one has called to reschedule. Home Depot contracts with this company, so beware of buying from Home Depot if the purchase involves a delivery. I wish I could give them 0 stars. DO NOT use them. They refuse to install my fridge because I didn't had a shutoff valve behind the fridge. 6 months ago another company installed my small fridge at the same place where this new one is supposed to go. It seems like the valve was under the kitchen sink but they said due to liability they only shut off valves behind the fridge and I need to get a plumber and install a valve behind and then they will come and install. They could have told me that when they called to confirm the delivery date. Amazing how these people work. Its such a shame that Home Depot uses companies like this. UPDATE: After they left I was able to find the shutoff valve in less than a minute, which was under the kitchen sink. Apparently they do not shutoff any valve unless it is right behind the fridge due to liability. My husband was walking out the door when they came (4 pm) and he talked to the second guy who was outside and according to the second guy they had several more deliveries and he seemed upset that they would not be done until 10 pm. Now I think that they just wanted to get out of installing my fridge. read more

6th attempt to deliver and install a dishwasher failed. 4 of the 6 were due to incompetence, 5 of the 6 featured no or dismal communication. Total of 51 hours were spent waiting for these bozos. The only logical explanation for why Home Depot uses this incompetent company is that someone at Home Depot is getting money or getting sex. read more

Not a company you want to do business with. I ordered a new refrigerator from Home Depot, and unfortunately this was the delivery company. I should start by saying I ordered this appliance about 3 weeks ago and just got it today. The original delivery day, I was given a 4-hour delivery window of 12:30-4:30pm. They made it just before 4:30, so I was a bit annoyed having waited around all day, but I understand that's how these windows work. I emptied the old refrigerator and freezer, stored all the goods in boxes, went out to help the delivery men with the path from the truck to my front door, they came inside, pulled out the old fridge and unhooked it from the water line, measured the front door, etc. Only for them to come back a few minutes later and inform me that there was a problem, that when they unwrapped the fridge from the truck they realized it was damaged - and let me know that every other appliance on their truck that day was also damaged. Why it wasn't inspected beforehand is beyond me. Especially because one of the two men asked me if I wanted to see it as soon as they arrived, before even coming inside my house, but the other guy said no, they had to do all their other work first. Well after not accepting a huge dent in my brand new, very expensive refrigerator, he then had to come back inside to re-install the old refrigerator, and I had to put all of the items back in the fridge and freezer. I was incredibly disappointed, as I had waited around all day literally for NOTHING. Fast forward to a couple of weeks later, and it's the delivery day for the second attempt. I was given another 4-hour window, this time 8:30a-12:30p which I thought was a much better time slot as it would not waste my whole day. They are also supposed to call 30 minutes prior to arrival. So at 12:20pm when I had yet to receive a call, I called the number that had called me with the delivery window. The man I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude and downright unprofessional. I told him this was the 2nd attempt to get this appliance and it did not arrive within the 4-hour delivery window -- to which he responded that my 4-hr window was not yet up. Ummm if it's 12:20pm, and the 4-hours is up at 12:30pm, and I'm supposed to get a phone call 30 minutes prior to arrival, it is clearly not going to arrive in time! I called him out on this and he said "probably not." I asked for a new timeframe and I was told he could not give me one. He said the delivery men were currently on their 7th delivery of the day and I was next at number 8. He told me to call back in another hour. I said, "so I am just supposed to keep waiting around all day with no idea of what time they are coming?" He did not apologize, told me once again that I was next, and hung up. Wow. And as a side note, if the first delivery was an epic fail, they probably should have made an attempt to put me FIRST for delivery on my subsequent re-delivery date, rather than last. Customer DISservice is what this is called. I had other things to do this day and apparently my time was of no consideration to them. Another hour went by and I finally received a call from the delivery man that he was 5-minutes away (so much for a 30-minute notice). I scrambled to once again get everything out of the fridge and freezer and get ready for the delivery. This time they didn't have me inspect it or anything, and took it off the truck straight away even though the first time they told me that was against their protocol and that they needed to deal with the old fridge and pathway first. Interesting. Anyway, I finally got my new fridge, nearly 3 weeks after ordering it, 2 delivery attempts, and more than 8 hours of waiting. My advice? When buying home appliances or other major purchases, inquire about who they use for delivery service - and if it's these guys, JUST SAY NO. Horrible experience, and will never do business with these folks ever again. Bye! read more

Delivered our washer/dryer, stove range & refrigerator from Home Depot on June 2. They scratched up the front of our washer while unloading it. My husband saw the delivery man load it with the door facing the dolly. We asked for replacement and they tried taking it and we said no please leave it here and just order us a new door. They said okay no problem. Stove arrived dented badly in 2 places. We asked to keep it while they replace it with a new one and the guy said he couldn't but he would get replacement ordered ASAP. Turns out they DID NOT order a new one. Now our stove is delayed another 8 days and Home Depot is saying it is passed the 48 hour window and can't replace our washer door. Every time you try calling this company you're on hold for 20 mins. Several times I've called and after 20 mins their system hangs up on you. Horrible. read more

I want to give a negative 5 star. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. This company hires independent contractors to deliver products from companies like Home Depot. If you get stood up by a delivery, Temco takes no accountability. None what so ever....not even an apology. I was on hold with Temco for over 25 minutes. Spoke to several first line customer service reps who basically transferred me to a supervisor. When I asked to speak with a Manager, I was told that they were all in a meeting and the supervisor who i spoke to couldn't do anything. I basically have to wait another 5 days to have my dishwasher installed. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HOME DEPOT THAT NEEDS INSTALLATION OR DELIVERY. I'm a developer and Home Depot will definitely hear from me as well. read more

Wish I could give zero stars. This company came out to switch out a new refrigerator with one that was not working. The new refrigerator was leaking when they try to install. So we asked them to retrieve our old refrigerator back off of the truck and return the new one they were delivering since it was leaking. The driver drove off and took both the old refrigerator that is my property and the replacement.Now I have no refrigerator and all of my food sitting out. Apparently my husband hurt someone's feelings so they just left with our belongings in their truck. Stay away from these people read more

I will not recommend to buy appliances from Home Depot or Lowe's as long as they keep using this company call temco logistics. If I only knew what unprofessional and rude they will be. A driver-technician came to my home to deliver a dishwasher and a new refrigerator and from the beginning his demeanor was totally rude with a bad attitude his name tag said Dwayne when I tried to explain him that there's a slide big gate on the back of the yard so it would be easier to unload the two appliances. He interrupted me and demand to get inside the house once inside he started to asking if I want just delivery or install as well. I told that I requested installation. After that he started to asked me technical questions about a valve that i need it to have already. ???? Then he told me that after he shut off the water. Why it still running water from the faucet. ???? I tried to explain him that there a shut off valve outside the main entrance. But then again didn't let finish when he started to get out and told his aid that it need to put back the appliances. And he leave . I thought for a moment he would started attacking me. read more

We purchased a microwave online and it was delivered August 11, 2021 by Temco Logistics. They were to remove the old over-the-stove microwave and install the new one. During removal the installers scratched the cabinets on either side of the stove and the install could not be done. We contacted Temco and sent pictures. They accepted the claim on August 19. Our calls and emails were ignored. We tried phoning but the claims person was always "away" or on the phone and never called back. September 1st we emailed expressing impatience at no response. Finally, September 7th"Misty" emailed that we must get estimates. It took three weeks of frustrating calls but we submitted them on September 28. No response. Resent October 4th, 5thand 7th. Nothing. We contacted Costco who contacted GE who contacted Temco. On October 14th Temco selected an estimate but wanted Temco employees to do the install again! We returned the unsigned release telling them the estimator bid the entire job, not half. Plus, we never want Temco employees here again. Email resent October 21st.. On October 26th we Contacted Costco again. They arranged for a third party to work with Temco but on November 2nd we received an email from "Misty" saying they were standing by their "offer" of $300 and credit for install. Unacceptable. Bids were $420, $490, $550. It is now December 7th and Temco ignores us and the third party. Bad company! read more
