Both Fabian and Servando were fabulous with the delivery and installation. Our new home is a three story house and 3 appliances had to be delivered to 2nd and 3rd floor. We did put the info in the special instruction to "warn" the delivery team. They had to unscrew and screw the fridge doors to make sure they fit into our doorway. They were open to the idea of sideventing the dryer if needed (ended up not needing to). They were very pleasant to work with, they came and left with a smile. They explained everything very thoroughly and listened to all our concerns and answered all our questions. I would definitely work with these guys again and they did a great job representing Temco Logistics and HomeDepot. Very professional, kind, and humorous workers. Just to compare, we initially ordered one level downgraded appliances from Best Buy. First delivery attempt, they said our drain pan is too small (no it wasn't. PLENTY of room left after Temco guys installed them). Second delivery attempt, they said they need four people to haul up our washer/dryer to third floor (Fabian and Servando lifted them with no problem). We cancelled our orders becuz we were sick of their excuses and ordered upgraded appliances with less price at HomeDepot and these guys were AMAZING. Costco did get involved and the claims rep finally did call my husband. Gave him an attitude. He had to tell me to walk away because I was getting fired up. Also, I'm scrolling some of these reviews that were recently written and seems super suspect. They're all like one or two sentences with people with 0-1 reviews. This company is the absolute worst! I bought a Frigidaire dishwasher at Home Depot in December to be installed by these idiots. After waiting 2 weeks to the delivery date, and well over the delivery time window for them, they wouldn't install it without a new extra long water supply line. They refused to use the existing Frigidaire supply line even though nothing was wrong with it and Frigidaire no longer makes extra long supply lines. (They also would not use a non-Frigidaire supply line.) Notably, they did test the shutoff valve and while it was somewhat corroded, it functioned and was still workable, and to so advise the installers next time. So I went back to Home depot at the beginning of January and bought a more expensive brand and the longer hoses kit. Waited another week for the delivery only for them to come and the new installer to tell me that even though the water was shutoff I needed the shutoff valve and pipe replaced before he would install the new dishwasher despite what the prior installer had said. They again left without delivering and installing the new dishwasher. Do yourself a favor and do NOT give these people your business. Unreliable, zero accountability, zero responsibility. They shouldn't even be in business. Now going to be more than a month without a dishwasher. Unbelievable!! Shame on you! read more

If you do so you will have a lot of issues trying to return your item to The Home Depot that you purchased it from. One star is too much!!! Let me share what we had.. We ordered a dishwasher from Home depot early December, and scheduled a delivery & installation on Dec 22. Just one day before the delivery day, Temco notified us that they were unable to deliver it without any reasons, but just said no more dishwashers was in the warehouse.. Fine... Then we rescheduled the delivery & installation time to 1 - 4pm Jan 8 (the earliest available time). They came at around 12:30pm while we were grabbing the lunch.. We requested them waiting till 1, they said they can only wait for 15mins otherwise they would leave!!! Is this the delivery time that they work out?!?!?! Fine again... We tried our fastest way finishing the lunch and let them in then. They came and quickly checked our space but said they were unable to install it because we don't have the screw plate to set the dishwasher. We asked any next action step, they didn't have any solutions, rather than letting us have it available and reschedule... wtf..Excuse me?!?!?! Isn't it your responsibility to have whatever screw plate needed, in case customers do not have it? Or if this is really what customer should prepare for in advance, isn't it supposed that you notify customers so that they could get it before the installation? Unfortunately we got nothing... It took Temco a frustrating SIX delivery attempts to get our laundry washer tower delivered to our condo and properly installed. To say working with Temco is a nightmare is an understatement. They are extremely rude, condescending, and non-responsive. Every time a delivery isn't successful, the next available slot is always at least 1-2 weeks out. One of the delivery men, upon calling me before they arrived, started the phone call with: "So, what's the issue?". Confused, I asked him what he meant by his question. He responded saying that his "guys complained that [my] apartment was hard to access". I live on the third floor and we have elevators. This was never a mentioned issue by the previous delivery team who came by. This same delivery man who was already condescending on the phone, continued his rudeness when I had to speak to him in person. He constantly cut me off and spoke to me as if I were dumb. If he hadn't cut me off, however, he would've gotten the answers to what he was impatiently trying to inquire about. During the 4th scheduled delivery attempt, they arrived with a budget rental truck with my washer tower extremely damaged on one side. As a delivery company, you'd expect them to be professional and cautious with how they are transporting their appliances. However, they don't care at all because the cost of replacing the appliance isn't on them to be accountable for. LG is the one who has to send out a replacement. Not to mention that the delivery man threatened me claiming I would probably be charged for it if I don't contact Home Depot myself. How ridiculous and what a lunatic. For the next attempt, they got a new replacement for the tower but for some reason didn't load the rest of the installation tools needed. I ordered a power dryer cord, steam kit hose, and vents to complete the installation which were included in my original invoice from the beginning. However, someone in their back end cancelled everything around 4th delivery attempt. They didn't tell me about this until after they arrived. What's the point of wasting my time if you knew you didn't even have the equipment? And why cancel it if it was part of my same order??? We then had to request for all those parts to be sent again from LG as well. We again had to reschedule for another appointment 2 weeks out. The next delivery attempt, I was almost certain that there could be no other excuse and mishap to take place. But I was wrong. The men arrived at my gated location and didn't notify me they were there until the tail-end of their 15-min waiting period upon arrival. I went down to unlock the gate as soon as they called but they hung up on me when I was on the call and on the way down. By the time I got down there which was within 1 minute, they were gone. They blamed it on me saying that their guys had waited and that they left because I didn't show up. First of all, I included my gate code in the delivery instructions. Second of all, they never notified me that they were on their way or when they even arrived. They contacted me when they had already "waited for 15 minutes". This leads me to think they made up some BS excuse and probably never even swung by at all. The 6th last delivery attempt was successful. However, the dryer vent fell off within 30 seconds of them leaving our place. We had to chase them down to come back to properly install it before they left. How infuriating. I still left them a tip for their service. I tried to give them the tip on their way out but they didn't even make eye contact with me as they were heading out and were trying to leave ASAP, ignoring what we were saying. When they finally realized what I was trying to get their attention for is about tipping, they eagerly came back. Guess they don't want their tip that badly. This whole process has taken us over 2 months. The mental toll of working with Temco is something I would never wish upon anyone and I would never want to work with them again even if they were to miraculously give some sort of steep discount. The time and money we've wasted during these 2 months needing to go to laundromats, being on hold in countless phone calls to get this situation sorted, and the disrespect time after time with this team is too shocking for me. They identify themselves as Temco Logistics, but they are anything but efficient in logistics. This company is basically a warehouse and holds products for companies like Home Depot. When a customer orders something from HD, it gets routed to this company, and they set up an appointment to deliver the product and install if necessary. I ordered a dishwasher, and these guys called me to set up an appointment with a 4 hour window. They were on time, came in to disassemble the old dishwasher, and stopped. One of the guys told me because the existing air gap is corroded, they will not proceed with the installation. I found that to be odd but went along. Went back to Home Depot, purchased a new air gap, took the old one off only to find that it's just hard water build-up, no corrosion. So these guys are just lazy and wanted to pass it along to the next crew to install. A week later, another team of 2 guys show up. They were quick to install and haul the old one away. Then one guy tells me the plastic cover that goes at the bottom of the dishwasher is cracked, and someone from his home office will call me within 30 minutes to set up a time to have a new one delivered. That was over a week ago. I made many attempts to call their office, no one answers. I tried many times to call the delivery guy. He never responds. I finally got through to their office, and I was informed they have no records of what the delivery person claimed. So the guy basically lied and also wanted to dump the problem pon someone else. After speaking to their service rep., I was told I need to speak to the manufacture's parts department, and she transferred me. After a long wait, and me explaining the problem on the phone, it turns out the genius fromTemco transferred me to the wrong company. In an attempt to make this already long story shorter, it's been over 2 weeks, estimated about over 2 hours on the phone with various companies and departments, and it's still not resolved. Oh, and the delivery guy decided to run a cycle to the dishwasher without thinking to take out the sample packet of detergent that was inside. Pure genius! Temco is a wreck of a company, and the delivery people they hire is no better. I am not sure why Home Depot uses them besides the possibility that Temco is cheap and this allows HD to earn a bigger profit. Very bad business practices. read more

Ordered a fridge from Home Depot in September and after 6 delivery attempts made by Temco, still did not receive it. I ultimately canceled the order and vow to never order appliances through home depot again. Here is the breakdown of what happened: Attempt 1: 2 people arrive, come into my kitchen, say the water valve needs to be replaced otherwise water will spill all over and damage the floor. The workers say they can leave the fridge in my garage for the next appointment, but in taking out the fridge from the truck, we see that there is a bad dent on the side so we decide to have them return it and give us a replacement + schedule another delivery date. Attempt 2: We got the water valve replaced and are expecting everything to be good. 2 different guys show up this time, see that they have to walk upstairs, and tell me that this is a 3 man job and that they cannot do it. We reschedule again to have 3 people come next time. Attempt 3: Guess what happens here... only 2 people show up again! At this point i was cursing at them and the company asking them why tf they only send 2 people. I was definitely that one crazy person in the neighborhood that day cuz i was shouting at them at the top of my lungs. Another reschedule happens and this time they promise to bring 3 people. Attempt 4: Finally 3 people come. But since this fridge went back and forth multiple times with the previous 2 delivery attempts and this now being the 3rd since the replacement, it had the hugest dent in the corner and looked as if it was dropped from a 3 story building. The workers at least hauled out my old/broken fridge this time and the man in charge was definitely good at his job and trying to be as helpful as he can so i couldnt get as mad as i did last time. The man mentioned he actually didnt work for temco but since i expressed great frustration to temco last time, they personally asked him to lead this job. Anyway, this second fridge was returned and we rescheduled again. Attempt 5: At every attempt, temco would call me 30 minutes before arriving at my place. On this 5th attempt, they called me before they started coming and i asked how many people they're bringing and you can already guess the answer to that question by now: a wopping 2 people! I ask if they can bring 3 before they start heading here and they tell me they'll call me back. I get a call saying they only send 3 man teams on saturdays so we reschedule for the next saturday. Attempt 6: Today is that saturday. How many people show up? TWO. 2. Dos. . I tell the workers that arrived I'll be their 3rd person b/c at this point i just want a fridge in my house. They take out the fridge from the truck and guess what.. another damaged and dented fridge! I finally talk to the manager after waiting on the line for 20 min on one of the worker's phones and tell him my whole experience and he says the best he can do is promise to bring 3 people for the next appointment. An hour after rescheduling i find this yelp page for their company and decide that this is really not worth dealing with so i canceled the order through home depot. All this had happened in the span of two months, so for 2 months i've been fridgeless. I talked to home depot today to cancel my order and also asked about why they work with temco and they actually told me they are aware of the many problems with working with temco and that sadly they are under a contract with them. They also told me they started their own inhouse delivery service in the east coast and that they are working to bring it here to the west coast too. In doing some research, it seems Temco lost a lot of contracts with big companies recently and Home Depot is the last one. Once the contract ends we can hope that this company will finally be gone. Anyway, really frustrating experience and I'm p sure the white hairs I've discovered on my head recently were all caused by this worthless company. As they were drag lacrosse the wood floor and carpet my husband said "wait, let me get you a pad!" One of the guys who spoke very little English, put a paper under his nose and asked him to sign for removal, which he did. After they quickly exited he noticed TTE water a spots and deep scratches on both wood floorings. We sent a letter with pics and request for damages. We then received a letter denying responsibility since he had signed. (but not the copy they gave him! ). Nightmare of a company to deal with and very unprofessional delivery guys. We bought a dishwasher from HD and they had subcontracted Temco to deliver, haul away and install appliances. After a month of failed delivery, our dishwasher finally arrived. However, they said our water valve needed replacement otherwise they won't install. So they leave the dishwasher still wrapped in its original packaging. We hire a plumber to fix the issue within a week. Temco comes back a second time. Unwraps the dishwasher and said the dishwasher door was damaged. Refused to install it and left. We finally got the issue resolved with HD for Temco to come back a third time to install and haul away. Three guys arrive without face masks and strolls right in without covering their shoes. They were in such a rush that the dishwasher was improperly installed with the cable plugged into the wrong socket (same as the garbage disposal because they didn't want to take the time for us to remove the drawers for the cable to fit properly). Due to this, they didn't install the kickboard. Protective seals weren't installed and they damaged our flooring because they did not prep before dragging the machines all over our hardwood floor. They then rushed off with all the remaining installation parts we had paid for. They left the dishwasher kickboard uninstalled with missing parts because they took everything with them when they rushed to get out of the house. We're now waiting for a fourth attempt for them to come back with the missing parts. I just want our parts back and don't even want them to set foot inside our place anymore. Between scheduling for Temco to come, we've had to reschedule at least 6 times because they kept missing the scheduled date. Bottom line, if you're ordering appliances from HD, install it yourself or hire a professional. These guys are a joke. Edit: Temco arrived the final time without the parts and they didn't know why they were at my house. Due to lack of communication between their teams and admin, I can safely say the parts are long gone. Temco then called me to tell me this and advised that I call HD to get my entire dishwasher replaced because of some missing screws. read more

One of the worst companies I've dealt with. I ordered a dishwasher from Home Depot who contracted it out to Temco. First attempt: They showed up hours before their slotted time which normally be okay but in this case it was at 6.30am without any warning. They install the dishwasher incorrectly and water leaks all over our floor. Instead of fixing it, they just leave it and abscond to the next appointment. It takes forever to get someone on the phone to schedule a second appointment. Second attempt: They call to confirm the appointment which is nice and they call again when they're 30 minutes out. Wonderful. No sign of them 2.5hrs later and no response from anyone at their company. If you're buying an appliance, try to ask the seller if they're using Temco and if they are, avoid them at all costs. Just an awful experience overall. read more

Bought a laundry center from Home Depot on 11/21/2019 for estimated delivery on 11/26/2019. These guys did not meet their estimated delivery date, pushing it back to 11/29/2019. During the day of installation, they also fumbled with my package, tearing the styrofoam all over the inside of the washer, so it had a plastic smell for the first ~10 washes. When installing, they did not even give me my installation kit. They told me they couldn't use the new exhaust tubing because it was a hard metal one and needed to use the previous soft exhaust tubing. These guys also damaged my floor during installation, but the technician told you to contact Home Depot and that they would not leave your house until you signed it!! After many calls between Home Depot to get routed to Temco's claims department, they would deny the claim even if it wasn't a lot of damages because the installer basically guilt-tripped you into signing the installation paper. read more

I have never thought that I would be someone writing bad reviews for any company because I understand that running a company is not easy.  We purchased a fridge from Home Depot on Labor Day weekend.  Today is the third attempt for Temco to move our fridge from garage to second floor and it is the THIRD TIME that they show up with two people, leaving the fridge in the garage again, claiming that they need THREE people to move a 360lb fridge to the second floor.  It is ok that your company requires 3 people to move a fridge to second floor.  But it is not ok for you guys to come THREE times claiming the same thing and leave the job undone.   My husband even called TEMCO yesterday, the day before... making sure that TEMCO will be sending three people this time.  AGAIN, it happens..  "we need three people to move the fridge to second floor.. if you make us go upstairs with two people... if we get hurt, we will sue you."  then leaves...   What is happening?  I don't understand how can Home Depot contract with a company like this.  One month has passed, we have no fridge for a month, took days off to accommodate this company and nothing resolved. Also, there is no answer a the number listed on Yelp. I tried calling multiple times from 8:30 to 10:30 am on Sat. Awful experience with Temco's installation/haul-away service. Temco was supposed to install my Home Depot-purchased dishwasher the day before Thanksgiving. I checked in multiple times and was told they were en route and given their ETA. My delivery window was 11:30-4:30. I call at 5 and am told they'll be there in 30 minutes, but they never show up. I called and apparently the driver "forgot" about my installation and just went home??? So I have to wait until after Thanksgiving for my installation. I again have to call the office multiple times to find out if they are even coming/when, because no one seems to know. The team who delivered my fridge, oven, and microwave were great! They arrived well within the 4 hour estimated delivery window and did a great job getting the larger appliances up two flights of stairs with a tight, sharp corner. They took off the doors of my fridge to ensure that they could get it up the steps with minimal damage, which they achieved. They did a good job installing the fridge and oven as well. We only chatted about things related to the delivery, but that was fine with me. They were nice to work with and I personally had a good experience with the delivery guys that were assigned to me. One star for this company is one star too much! When I purchased my washer/dryer from my local Home Depot, these guys "were" (more on that later) sub-contracted to handle the delivery and installation. Day 1: The delivery window was noon-4pm. Not only did they FORGET to put the washer/dryer on the delivery truck, they called me at 3:30 pm to inform me that they had to reschedule to the next day. Then at 6:30 pm I get another call informing me that they will be there in 30 mins - at 7 pm!! When I asked the dispatcher if they had the washer/dryer on the truck he informed me that they were coming to install a fridge! Huh?! SMH Day 2: The delivery window was 11am-3pm. Got a call at 11:10 that they will be there in 30 mins. I was there waiting for them but nobody showed up! When I called back they promised to look into the issue and get back to me. Nobody did call me back. Day 3: Still no word from these guys. I went to Home Depot to inform them about the situation. The Salesperson apologized profusely and told me that I was the 3rd person that day who complained about them. The store manager informed me that they were getting rid of these guys and that until that happened I would be better off going with Lowes or Best Buy! Temco is like the worst date you've ever had... Imagine you get stood up after waiting 4 hours for your date, and your date never calls/texts to warn you they're not showing up. When you confront them about it, they promise they'll make it up to you.. and then ghost you again. Whole timeline: ------------------------- Bought a dryer from Home Depot. Got automated call from Temco the night before delivery, saying the dryer would be delivered from 2-6PM the next day. 2-6PM the next day... we wait. And wait. No call, no installers, nothing. I try calling Temco an hour later.. their office is closed already. Next morning-- I call Home Depot to complain, who transfers me to GE Appliance Delivery, who transfers me to a live person at Temco. The woman at Temco admits their crew "didn't show up for work, and didn't call in, so the whole truck of deliveries didn't happen yesterday". She couldn't explain why we didn't get a call warning us about this. Then get this... she says the only date they have available to reschedule me is 2 WEEKS AWAY, i.e., sending me to the back of the line. I'm incredulous. When I complained, she said a supervisor would call me. Never got the call. Needless to say, I called Home Depot to ask for my money back, and told them they should stop subcontracting with Temco. read more

Temco Delivery team kept me updated on ETA and Arrival. They all wore masks and practiced safe distancing, evaluated the drop zone and entry ports. They unboxed the item and placed it at the target site and made sure functioning before requesting sign-off. The team was in and out, courteous, professional and very friendly. I ordered washer and dryer from costco and UNFORTUNATELY these guys are the only delivery company in the area. What a HORRIBLE experience. The delivery guy was very careless and rude. While trying to remove my old washer/dryer, he couldn't drag it off the floor so he wanted to spray water on the my floor so he can drag it easier. Who does that?! Very unprofessional and careless behavior. To make it worse, the floor was full of dust and dirt; and he wants to spray water on it and make it worse so he can drag my washer easier. What a joke! I ended up doing the install myself and got $ back from costco due to this unacceptable delivery service! read more

I was very happy with the service I received from the Temco Employees. They knew just what to do when it came to installing our washer. They installed the washer, checked for leaks and tested the washer to make sure it was operating correctly. The employees were friendly and courteous. GREAT JOB! read more

For us, Temco logistics was the worst customer service experience ever! So bad, it made my wife cry. They are losing Home Depot as a customer they're so bad. Our recommendation if you have the choice, seek other delivery and installation services. read more
