The Temco person disregarded safety rules and protocols and recklessly put all of our lives in danger. Home Depot deliveries are almost always a nightmare but this time was the worst. We paid for the delivery and installation of a Samsung appliance from Home Depot. Upon arriving (as soon as he got out of the vehicle) the driver called someone and told them he would be there in 20 minutes so we knew he had no intention of doing the installation. The Temco person insisted that we had a leak (we did not) and refused to do the installation. It is still is bone dry, a day later. He pulled off his mask to shout at my husband in the street. The Temco person disregarded safety rules and protocols and recklessly put all of our lives in danger. We are all high risk in this house. His partner then found the dishwasher had damage (dented front) and we filled out the paperwork to say the dishwasher was damaged and would need to be returned and replaced. We signed the form and kept the carbon copy. The Temco person then told Home Depot we had canceled the order. We did not. When we called on Monday morning to schedule the next delivery we were told that the driver reported that we had canceled the order. The Temco person told Home Depot we had a leak. We do not. The Temco person claimed we had mold. We do not. We don't know when our appliance will actually be delivered, the Home Depot customer service person told us to wait for a call from the manufacturer. I had to deal with these losers by default b/c of appliances I bought from Home Depot. On Saturday morning August 13th, Temco which is HD's install company delivered an LG washer and dryer that they were also supposed to install. I live in a luxury high rise built in the 2000's. Their installer (a young Latin male) must think I'm an idiot. He said that my hot and cold water valves were old and would probably break if he shut off my water. I got angry and told him he was wrong. Well, he was. My plumber came out and did the install with no issue whatsoever. He told me the HD installers make up any excuse whatsoever to get out of doing the work. I had to pay $375 out of pocket for an install that was supposed to be included in my purchase price. They come with my new set of washer and dryer and then said they can not install it cuz I did not drill the hole on the washer pan and they can not do it for me because they don't wanna be responsible for it??! We used this logistic company which was offered through our Home Warranty. I sadly have to say anything was good. They kept rescheduling the delivery of my applicable the same day, 4 times in a row and always had an excuse. I needed to call to find out about the rescheduling. I was concerned about my new LG French Door Refrigerator when i saw the reviews here, i purchased from Home Depot dot com and received an automated phonecall from Temco telling me the fridge would be delivered Saturday between 7am and 11am. The delivery guys arrived at 10am and gave a courtesy call at 9:30am, they removed the cardboard packaging outside my house and brought the fridge in carefully. I inspected the fridge and there werent any issues, it powered on and was quiet. I did notice after closer inspection there was a small scratch on the front probably due to a razor blade when taking off the cardboard, not a big deal since its pretty small. The delivery guys were real professional so i guess i got lucky, i'm remodeling my kitchen next month so i had my fridge placed in my living room. read more

Washer and dryer units were purchased via home depot and temco was hired to install these appliances. The dryer wasn't hooked up correctly as the vent hood isn't connected to the vent fan. It was just blowing hot steam straight into my home causing water damage on the walls. I called to schedule someone to come recheck the installation - average wait time for temco is an hour. I scheduled within the 30 days and the worker was turned away mistakenly when he came for the appointment. I called to ask why no one showed up and they said it's too late I can't schedule them to come back. So now I have to pay someone to fix something Temco messed up in the first place. Wasted hours trying to get help and they just tell me it's too bad. Edit: I'm raising this from 1 star to 2 star. I'm glad I came to yelp after I was unable to resolve my initial issue. A business owner posted the number: 702-750-3381 - which bypassed the 1 hour wait time I previously experienced. I spoke directly to a supervisor, Jennifer who was incredibly helpful and nice. She explained that I should absolutely be able to reschedule if the initial request was not fulfilled. I will increase this to a 3 stars if they end up fixing my issue because this wouldn't have happened if they installed correctly in the first place and if they had better general customer service without having to be escalated to a supervisor. read more

Once they actually showed up without it and said they thought I already had it. Next two times they didn't even show up at all. Last time they showed up, they dropped the machine off the back of the truck and shattered it. My original delivery date was April 2nd. It's now May 2nd and I still don't have it. Horrible company. Initially I had a dishwasher installed. They turned the dishwasher on to run a cycle and left. A while after, I smelled wet wood. The hot water was leaking and flooding under my floor boards. Turned off the dishwasher, ran and got towels and called the installers. They didn't answer. Called Home Depot appliance department (they didn't answer). I left a message but they never called back. I then texted the installers and they called back. It took them about 30 minutes to return to my home. They had me get all the fans and towels I had along with buckets. After everything they were able to do, my flooring was completely damaged. They gave me number to file a claim. In the meantime, Tempo needed to come back out and evaluate the dishwasher. Two days I waited for them to come out. Both times I was given a 4 hour window. I called 1 1/2 hrs after 4 hr window and they said even though I'm on their schedule I'm not on their route for the day‍. This happened a 2nd time. I was scheduled 8-12 on Saturday. I missed out on Christmas plans in order to be at home. I then found out they scheduled me 12-4. After they didn't come again, they said the same thing...I wasn't on their route. They said it must just be a glitch in their system. I'm cancelling my order of 3 appliances. I can't deal with this company any longer!!! read more

Long story short, we spent thousands of dollars and were left empty handed after waiting during our assigned delivery window. Temco's customer service flat out lied when they were no-call, no show for the delivery. After calling them to find out what was going on, I was told that there was cars in the street and they couldn't make the delivery...not true. I was also told that they emailed me to let me know what was going on. I don't like the feeling of having my appliances held hostage. Goes up to see where w/d are to be placed comes back down and leaves 4. They complete the move (refused to wear masks although I told them my wife is pregnant) 5. After they leave, my wife comes out and we notice the black marks on carpets which form the trail of where they transported both w/d. 6. I ordered a new refrigerator from Home Depot and apparently, this Temco company were the ones that delivered it. They were TERRIBLE. I would never again buy appliance from Home Depot again knowing that I might have to deal with Temco again. They were supposed to give me a 30 minute window but they gave me a 5 minute window. And then told me that they would only wait 5 additional minutes. Mind you, this is after a first delivery attempt in which they didn't even inform me that the delivery window had changed. I called Temco was given the run around. They said they couldn't reach their drivers because no one was picking up and advised me to try calling them. What? Ordered appliance from Home Depot and Temco was contracted to do the delivery. The floor had just been completed replaced and redone with lifetime warranty thick anti scratch luxury vinyl flooring before the appliance delivery. And this company dropped the stove on the new flooring and caused HUGE gashes on the flooring and damaged the entire right side of the stove. AND I paid for installation which they didn't even do. Also, the grill and the cover for the top of the stove was missing, they had taken away the box of accessories by mistake. After I called Home Depot to report the problem, this company lied about the delivery AND said they installed when I have phone proof that they didn't. I then had to order another replacement to replace the damaged stove and that took additional 2 weeks. We had to eat frozen microwave food for 2 weeks due to this company's incompetence. 2nd delivery, they dropped the stove AGAIN, can you believe that. And caused 2 more HUGE gashes on the floor. And 1 of the legs was bent due to the drop a second time. OMG!! Complete competent idiots!! So I reported it again for the extra damage, opened an insurance claim against the company. Temco lies and said they didn't cause the damage and their insurance adjuster told me the photos and the witnesses written statements are NOT evidence! The only way they would pay for the damage is IF we had a video of them committing the act and clearly showing them damaging the floor in action! Wow! What a bunch of lying scammers! Oh and this is not even mentioning that they left a HUGE pile of trash in front of the front door. AND they were 3 hours late after their supposed delivery window!! We had ordered a washer and dryer from Home Depot and Logistics is the designated company out of Newburgh New York to deliver the item. Upon the first delivery team damaged the whole side of the washer and tucked it next to the dryer so we could not see it until we hooked up the water line We were sent a replacement for the damaged washer and that delivery team forgot to take out the drum bolts that are used to protect the washer in transport. Upon hooking the waterline up to the washer, we turned it on and the washer is thin damaged because of the drum bolt the delivery team forgot to take out. The third delivery they came just to take and told us our washer was fine when it was already in the computer that we were to receive a brand new one Before delivery on the fourth attempt, I spoke to the manager, Jesse, who confirmed that the washer was in the warehouse in good condition and we would be receiving that in between 8 and 12 . I text message at 7:55 said we were on our way. We will be there in a half hour and two hours later the Miguel and his partner show up washer. I then call Jesse and matter and he said to watch my tone that they are trying to do me a favor and don't tell him how to do his job all of which is recorded. Finally at 2 PM we received our new washer, white glove service perfect condition. We could not have been happier with the service. after the stress of the delivery was done, I went to go to the store and noticed my $400 pair of colorblind sunglasses were missing. I called Home Depot to address the matter had called the warehouse to talk to the delivery team. It was stated that they accidentally threw out my sunglasses with the garbage when there was absolutely no garbage brought in or out of my house. Home Depot had to file through their claims department to get me reimbursed for my sunglasses, which I was satisfied with, but Temco logistics says they handled the matter internally and that the outcome is not my business. They said I cannot discuss this matter with you and I told them I could easily press charges for theft, and I need them to hear me out. I would highly suggest upon delivery, do not let these individuals out of your site. Bought a dishwasher at Home Depot to be installed by these idiots and delivered only for them to come and tell me I needed a pipe replaced before they could install so they would have to come back. Fine. Got a plumber out, fixed it, and called them the same day. 4 days later they come back (late might I add) with the dishwasher and no install instructions. They claim the install was cancelled on the order. So they were literally just gonna drop off a dishwasher on my driveway even though we paid for installation and it was on the original form!!! When calling them back to rectify the situation and speaking to a manager, they did absolutely nothing to help (even though they admitted it was their fault and their mistake) and they are now sending out somebody at the soonest which is almost 2 weeks from now. Costco did get involved and the claims rep finally did call my husband. Gave him an attitude. He had to tell me to walk away because I was getting fired up. Also, I'm scrolling some of these reviews that were recently written and seems super suspect. They're all like one or two sentences with people with 0-1 reviews. This company is the absolute worst! I bought a Frigidaire dishwasher at Home Depot in December to be installed by these idiots. After waiting 2 weeks to the delivery date, and well over the delivery time window for them, they wouldn't install it without a new extra long water supply line. They refused to use the existing Frigidaire supply line even though nothing was wrong with it and Frigidaire no longer makes extra long supply lines. (They also would not use a non-Frigidaire supply line.) Notably, they did test the shutoff valve and while it was somewhat corroded, it functioned and was still workable, and to so advise the installers next time. So I went back to Home depot at the beginning of January and bought a more expensive brand and the longer hoses kit. Waited another week for the delivery only for them to come and the new installer to tell me that even though the water was shutoff I needed the shutoff valve and pipe replaced before he would install the new dishwasher despite what the prior installer had said. They again left without delivering and installing the new dishwasher. Do yourself a favor and do NOT give these people your business. Unreliable, zero accountability, zero responsibility. They shouldn't even be in business. Now going to be more than a month without a dishwasher. Unbelievable!! Shame on you! read more

Driver refused to do it and I really had to nag him to do it. He did it half assed I couldn't see anything and he just left. He complained that he had to go up ONE step with the dolly. ONE STEP! One star is too much!!! Let me share what we had.. We ordered a dishwasher from Home depot early December, and scheduled a delivery & installation on Dec 22. Just one day before the delivery day, Temco notified us that they were unable to deliver it without any reasons, but just said no more dishwashers was in the warehouse.. Fine... Then we rescheduled the delivery & installation time to 1 - 4pm Jan 8 (the earliest available time). They came at around 12:30pm while we were grabbing the lunch.. We requested them waiting till 1, they said they can only wait for 15mins otherwise they would leave!!! Is this the delivery time that they work out?!?!?! Fine again... We tried our fastest way finishing the lunch and let them in then. They came and quickly checked our space but said they were unable to install it because we don't have the screw plate to set the dishwasher. We asked any next action step, they didn't have any solutions, rather than letting us have it available and reschedule... wtf..Excuse me?!?!?! Isn't it your responsibility to have whatever screw plate needed, in case customers do not have it? Or if this is really what customer should prepare for in advance, isn't it supposed that you notify customers so that they could get it before the installation? Unfortunately we got nothing...
