They damaged our dish washer off truck without our awareness. Gave us an excuse why they couldn't install and we needed a Plummer. Our Plummer came out and that's when we found out about the damage. When we notified Temco, they denied it and said the damage guarantee was out of the 48 hour policy which we weren't told about. On top of shady, driver was very inappropriate and unprofessional with our daughter . Then when we thought issue was all taken care of, we called in morning to confirm new delivery and they guaranteed between 11-3. These two guys were absolutely amazing. Totally professional and knowledgeable. I just moved in to my house and found out that the previous owner failed to disclose a leaky pipe and mold behind the refrigerator. I do not recall the two guys names, but they showed me where the pipe was leaking from and gave me some advice about how to go about getting the mold removed. I bought a dishwasher over a month ago from JC Penny. This company was supposed to deliver, and instal this product for me. The first time they came, they werent able to install it due to a pipe being "corroded". So I reacheduled my install and had a plumber come and fix this issue. The next time they came, they didnt have my dishwasher. The rep said they were there to service the dishwasher. How can you service it if I dont have it? The third time, no one bothered to show up. After calling, I found out that my dishwasher never made it onto the truck and no one was coming. I waited all day for them. The fourth time, the dishwasher had a big dent in it, and they sent it back. They didnt check the product prior to delivering it. They have been here 3 more times since then, and each time they either dont have it, or there is another reason why they arent able to install it. The dishwasher is currently sitting in my living room, since the last rep said they werent certified to instal it. This means I will have to take another day off to have this installed. I have had to take at least 6 days off of work, to wait for them to come between the specified times. As a commercial lender for a large institution, I have had to reschedule client meetings and regional meetings to accommodate for these people. The amount of money that this has cost me at work, I could have remodeled my entire kitchen. ** There are 12 reviews on this company, and 4 of them are 1 star. That is a 25% unsatisfactory. Worst delivery company I've ever dealt with. Original delivery was scheduled Apr 22, which was the date available to choose when I ordered my appliances through Home Depot. On Apr 21, Temco called to tell me they had accidentally booked too many deliveries, and the delivery had to be rescheduled to Apr 28. Then, on Apr 27, I received both an email and a voicemail confirming delivery on Apr 28 between 10am and 2pm. Well, Apr 28 came and went - no phone call and no delivery. I called the 800 number in the delivery email - this routed me to GE Home Delivery Support. A middle man then put me on-hold to talk to someone at Temco. I was then informed the soonest I could get delivery would be May 6, which is another week. When I asked for Temco's direct #, the man at GE said Temco doesn't like them to give it out - I can see why. However, the voicemail I received was from Temco, and so I called their 424-444-5333 number. I was on-hold quite a while, even though I was supposedly 1st in line. I hung up, and have now used an email address from a previous Yelp review response to see if anyone at Temco cares one bit that their delivery service sucks. Thank goodness we don't need installation, since their other reviews indicate they have no idea what they're doing. Wish I'd known earlier that they were this bad - would've just had my contractor pick up the appliances himself. read more

Let me start by saying I've this is only my second review on Yelp (after using the service for years) - in other words, I only review stuff that is so flagrant, I feel like other customers should be warned. This company has provided THE WORST delivery experience my wife and I have ever had. The only reason they get 1 star instead of 0 (besides the fact Yelp won't let me rate them 0 stars), is because their Customer Service rep has been pleasant to talk to. Other than that, I honestly think the only reason this company is still in business is because most times, consumers don't get to choose their appliance delivery company. ON DELIVERY DAY: 1. Showed up on the delivery day and immediately said they would not install the microwave, because there is a tile backsplash (SERIOUSLY?!). I then had to spend the rest of my day running to Home Depot to pick up a tile saw and just installed it myself. 2. Also on delivery day, they did not have the stacking kit for the washer and dryer that we ordered. The installer installed the washing machine and left the dryer in the hallway. 3. Range arrived with damage. I called GE and they agreed to replace it. The installers were incredibly rude and rushed to leave. SECOND VISIT 1. They scheduled a second visit to bring the stacking kit for the washer and dryer. 2. Forty-five minutes before the 4 hour window in which they were scheduled to arrive, they cancelled and rescheduled for the following day. THIRD VISIT 1. They called the day-of to cancel and reschedule delivery of both the new range and dryer stacking kit. **We've now been without a working dryer and range for 2 weeks. FOURTH VISIT (Today) 1. Range was delivered and installed. 2. Dryer stacking kit was delivered, but the installer had the incorrect vent and power cord. He also was lacking the anti-vibration kit that we had ordered and was promised to be delivered at this same time. We are now scheduled for a FIFTH VISIT (yes, a FIFTH visit for 6 appliances) for tomorrow. This was only after calling both GE and Temco to complain for over an hour. They wanted to reschedule for 1 week from now. Neither GE or Temco seem to be able to function as even an average company. They don't seem to understand the inconvenience they put their customers in due to their incredible incompetence. If you can, avoid this company at all costs. read more

Warning, if you're about to purchase an appliance at Home Depot, ask who's their logistics group. If they use Temco, Go to Lowe's instead. These guys are a joke. They came to my house 4 times to install a washer and dryer and this is the story. 1st. time I will admit it wasn't their fault the install didn't happen. Home Depot def. screwed up (missed one pedestal in the order). Regardless, I decided to take advantage of the fact they were physically there and asked them what they thought of the washer and dryer fitting in the laundry room. It's a tight space, and them being the experts, I thought I should ask just in case I needed to return my appliances and buy smaller ones. Well, everything seemed great, I was happy to hear the space constraint wouldn't be a problem. (oh little did i know...) 2nd time. I got the pedestal delivered ahead of time (via home depot). Well, these guys wouldn't install it because it arrived the day earlier. Didn't have the initiative to try and figure out what was going on. I had to ask them to call their manager and get their Sh*t together. Finally they agreed to install the pedestal, well guess what, now one of the pedestals was damaged. another delay. 3rd time is the charm? no.. again, everyone shows up at my house, this guy Lyndon comes and surveys the laundry room again. Note, this is the 3RD TIME! and barely notices the vent has issues and the washer and dryer won't fit. PEOPLE! you already had two times to look at the room/hookups and you're barely telling me you have an issue. After going back and forth with this guy on what can be done (note that I am the one giving solutions), this guy all he can find is excuses to not do the install. Finally I shoot him a solution that he can't refuse to do. I suggest Stacking the Washer and dryer. Well, this person is so kind to tell me I need to go to Home Depot and buy another stacking kit (OK it get it), and also is so kind to remind me that "no offense m'am, you are on the shorter side, you need a step stool, I am tall and they're still high for me, I wouldn't want you to be stuck with something you can't use" blah blah... Ok.. storytelling time is over Lyndon, I am fully aware of the fact that I am not 6'3". Not like I one day woke up 5'1". Been this way for 20 years sir. Anyways, he goes on and on for about 20 mins about how I've been warned I won't be able to reach the dryer unless I get a step stool and how he's so kind on warning me that he's trying to do a good job by making me fully aware of the height blah blah on and on... I mean... is this a joke? Seriously Lyndon, I think we have bigger problems here to fix than buying a 20 dlls step stool at Target. Maybe you guys could have been this thorough the first time I asked about surveying the room space and the hookups. Idgaf about buying a step stool. Added to this, I am calling my boyfriend to let him know we had issues again and this guy Lyndon has the nerve to interrupt my call and yell from the Patio stairs that he can install the washer and dryer in the room if I don't believe him... Excuse me! I am on the phone with my boyfriend you jerk. Anyways.. 4th time, AGAIN they come, AGAIN they won't install the stacking kit purchased at home depot under the assumption I got it on my own. Seriously, after three times you guys made a big deal about it, yeah, I am dumb enough to purchase something that is not from Home Depot... sure. Again, didn't care about making a call to their facility to check or a manager until I asked to do so. (not even mentioning the fact that they arrived late, didn't call me to let me know they were close, until I called them. Oh! and the washer and dryer were scratched and dirty... FML For this reason and more, never purchasing an appliance from Home Depot unless they change their logistics group. The two appliances to be removed according to our order were refused and we paid extra for the oven to be taken away because it "wasn't on the short order instructions" although we paid for this service. Customer service isn't there - unless you escalate - them they make promises but don't deliver on them. Fernando tried to help - even willing to give a delivery credit, but at the end of the day they just couldn't perform. 2 scheduled appts with 4 hour windows - each time there ended up being an issue with the warehouse. Temco just delivered a refrigerator and Dishwasher. The delivery guys put 3 large gouges in my hardwood floor. I understand accidents happen but I am still waiting to speak with the claims department. They said they would call me back yesterday. They are saying the same thing today...... we will see. I will happily change my review depending on how this property damage claim is handled but so far the entire ordeal has not been worth it!!
