May wife and I were extremely pleased with the delivery and installation process of our new Frigidaire dishwasher. The truck arrived with 3 extremely competent individuals who unhooked and removed the old dishwasher, and installed the new one. I was called within the promised timeframe and the truck arrived about 20 minutes later. Everything was finished in less than 40 minutes. We could not have asked for, nor expected better service. The other stories about these guys are scary, but I had a fine experience with them. Bought a new LG HE washer at Home Depot on Oct 30 and set the delivery date for Thur Nov 4th. Temco called the day before (Nov 3rd) and set the delivery window for 11am-3pm. Very pleasant over the phone. The day of the delivery I got an automated call 30 minutes before delivery time to warn me they were near, and they showed up exactly 30 minutes later at 12:45pm. The two guys were friendly and efficient with the install and haul-away, and as one of them had the same washer at home, he gave me some tips on cleaning the water filter that I would not have otherwise known. Overall a pleasant experience. Nothing exceptional, but exactly what I would have expected from a delivery company. Hopefully I wasn't the exception! read more

I was waiting with bated breath on these guys thanks to all these reviews... Things didn't start great - woke up at 6 AM to double check my window (was told 7AM-11AM last night) to find out it had changed to a later time window. Luckily, I was working off site today or else I might've been in a tizzy. That being said, about 2 hours into the window, I received a call saying the truck was 30 minutes away... Lo and behold, 30 minutes later, 2 guys arrived with my purchases and in about an hour, they were gone. On the paperwork, they asked me to check for any damages to the equipment (none that I saw) before going on their merry way. Although my experience was stellar (so far, a big test is seeing how the equipment holds up), I know that it is the minority in this case. Looks like maybe everyone's comments are finally being taken to heart by the company. Or, I might've just gotten lucky! read more

Terrible delivery service! Called me 30 min. after my 4 hr delivery window to tell me that they are not going to deliver because of an undisclosed issue. Home Depot need to find another delivery company to partner with. If a delivery is due by a specific 4 hr time window it is impossible for you not to know at some point during that time frame that it wasn't going to happen, so not contacting me in advance to let me know is unacceptable. On top of that I called Home Depot to find out what happened and they said the notes entered by Temco Logistics stated "customer wasn't home & truck issue" WTF!! They just made up a total lie in the notes to Home Depot. If you had a truck issue don't lie and say I wasn't home to make it look better! I have spoken with Home Depot's delivery supervisors out this lie and the terrible communication I received from this company as well. I hope they find a new company to work with . read more

Good experience with their services. They arrived on schedule, called before showing up, and installed the dishwasher that we requested from Home Depot,. They were professional and thorough with troubleshooting, pointed out the leak from a pipe valve that had solidified, and recommended the valve replacement to connect with the new dishwasher fittings. read more

Horrible customer service, horrible communication, horrible follow up, and horrible accountability. Had a delivery scheduled and confirmed for 10/1 and no one showed up. No call, text, or email. I reached out and the explanation was they are backed up right. Which I completely understand with all the COVID stuff happening right now. They rescheduled me for 10/4, got the confirmation call the night before with my delivery window, received a call from the driver on the delivery date stating they were 20-30 min away, I then received a text from the driver 15 min later stating he made a mistake and to reach out to Whilrpool directly because my delivery was canceled. I reached out to Wirlpool on 10/5 because they are closed on the weekend and they got me into contact with Temco Logistics because they were the ones delivering the appliance. Temco was not sure why the driver would call and then cancel the delivery. They took my info down and said a Manager will call me within 30 min and of course that didn't happen. I called them back 5 hours later and I told the customer service rep that I wanted to talk to someone higher immediately. The CS rep stated there were no managers or supervisors and that he couldn't just make one up. I asked to speak to anyone higher than him and he hung up on me. I still do not have answers to why my appliance was never delivered. I canceled my order and will never accept a delivery from Temco Logistics. Completely horrible service. read more

Had a delivery scheduled for a washer dryer combo. The window was 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM. The guys showed up at about 2. Had to take off work in order to be home and expected to be back later on. Whatever, it's fine at least they showed up so they spent about 2 hours unloading the washer/dryer and setting everything up. Then, when they were ready to bring the washer in the home, they looked unsteady. I'm a big guy, so I offered to lend them a hand guiding them or providing extra support to the machine. They refused. As they were about to enter the door, they dropped the washer on its site severely denting it. Thankfully, they didn't try and force me to accept it. However, the delivery guy did start yelling at me about how my laundry room was upstairs, and how the machine is 500 pounds and how that the laundry room should be downstairs? And they gave excuses such as we aren't experienced enough to bring it upstairs and we don't have enough guys and they only have 2 hours for delivery. They then tried to deliver the dryer and I refused as they come in a pair and I didn't want a situation where I had one dryer and a mismatched washer. So I said, well, I offered to help. They left, but did not even bother to clean up the packing materials which they left strewn over the street. I ended up getting a call from the company who informed to call back the following day to schedule a delivery. I called them as instructed and was put on hold for 50 minutes. Once someone finally answered, I was told delivery was already schedule for 3 weeks from today. So after waiting 3 weeks for delivery, and having my delivery pushed back another 3 weeks, they scheduled in on labor day weekend, which I had plans to go out of town, without even asking me before. So basically, i'm having to wait more than a month and a half for a washer/dryer I ordered and to top it off, cancel my existing plans on a weekend due to their error. Really confusing and poorly run organization. I will probably go out of my way to ensure this company never delivers to me again. read more

Had to use this company when I purchased my new washer and dryer from Home Depot. Upon arrival drivers were fairly quick but a bit messy. Left a bunch of trash from the old/new machines. No biggie. Did a few loads of laundry and then next day when I went to put on my clothes everything was shrunk. Turns out the workers installed the water lines backwards hot to cold and cold to hot. Representative on the phone was useless. So now I have to wait a week for someone to come back out to fix their screw up. I am also out $1000's worth of new clothes as nothing fits anymore. read more

Like so many others I wish there was a negative rating. Because of this I will NEVER again buy appliances from Home Depot and or EVER deal with this company again. Ordered appliances on a Sunday, HD wanted to deliver on Wednesday, but I ask if I could have them delivered on Friday. No problem, (no notices anything was out of stock reasonably good reviews on all GE appliances Refidgerator, dishwasher, stove and over the stove microwave), paid for delivery and installation all all the new kits required to install. Tempo shows up on Friday they didn't have the stove. Can't install the micro as not enough clearance. Okay so what needs to be done? Delivery guy stated take out the cabinet. I ask okay so you don't need the upper cabinet. No it gets installed from the wall. Okay great. Got my cabinet guy out he removed the cabinet. All is good. Just waiting for the stove then delivery. I did refuse delivery on Friday. I can't get all I want none. Get the run around from HD as to why the stove wasn't included and I needed to talk with Temco. Saturday I finally get angry and speak with a manager at HD after all I have no contract with Temco. HD passes me back to Temco which finally calls me says well it was short shipped they will contact the manufacturer on Monday. I've heard crickets from them. Called on Monday no answer to my question. Oh and every time I called I had to start all over again. Called on Tuesday spoke with a very nice lady who was to check into it and get back to me. No response. Called Wednesday no answers, called Thurday no answer, called Friday no answer but they might have it for me next Monday but earliest they can deliver and install would be Tuesday assuming they had the product. I blew a cork. Went to HD spoke with the appliance center who called Temco they would make a special delivery on Monday. No not acceptable. HD manager called they could fit me in on Saturday. Great one bright shiny star in all this was Mario the delivery guy he was great. He installs the dishwasher the stove and the refridgerator but tells me he can't do the microwave because he needs the upper cabinet. Not what the first delivery I taller tells me but okay. I ask what he needed specifically. Even ask if the box was enough or did he need the finished trim. No just the box. Okay called on Saturday afternoon to reschedule. Soonest they can fit me in is Wednesday. Well darn but okay I'll take it. Wednesday appointment between 8:30 and 12:30. No call just a knock on the door at about 10:45. Guy walks in say I can't install I need the trim. Now really why? The microwave doesn't install and attach to the trim. It just needs to be below where the trim will fit. He insists that it goes flush against the cabinet. If it did that the door wouldn't open. He finally calls the office says someone will get ahold of me and walks. So I'm still without the microwave which also has the vent for my stove. So really I have a useless stove since I have no way to vent. I get a call back and basically have to go through the whole thing as to why I'm upset and he tells me it's my fault and get the trim up then reschedule. I'm done. I'll get someone else to install. I'll have to repost if and when I ever get my money back for the paid install that they haven't and won't do. Totally shady business. Oh and on my original delivery date I was stop 10 and the delivery man was speaking to the office I was the number four on messes ups that day alone. So a 40% error rate on deliveries. Really this company needs to be put out of service. Home Depot needs to diaasociate with them or they will be drug down to Temcos level. read more

Not sure what kind of service Temco is but We ordered a refrigerator from Home Depot and apparently they are using this company to deliver and pick up products. They were supposed to pick a fridge that we wanted to return to Home Depot. We called to confirm when they were coming and they said between the hours of 7am-11am. We waited til past 1pm and they never came.We waited for their call and never heard from them. This happened three times where we had to keep rescheduling with Home Depot to get the fridge picked up. They are unpredictable, disorganized, and unreliable. I hope nobody has to experience this. If only they would consider how much inconvenience they cause. read more

Delivery driver calls at 11, saying he'll be at my home in 30 min. I remove all of my food. 3 HOURS LATER, I call the office. The driver has been back, how long?, said my street was too small (there are 3 ways to get to me house, 1 is small). Never called! Never showed!! It's excruciatingly painful for me to remove & replace the food!! And I desperately needed the fridge TODAY!! When they CONTRACTED that it would be delivered! The WORST! Why is there not an option for ZERO stars? When you have this many horrible stories posted, maybe you're just a terrible company. First delivery date they told me they would be delivering it in 10 minutes. 4 hours later, they showed up with a badly damaged fridge that they had dropped. No apologies - just showed up 4 hours late with the opening remark, "You're going to have to make a decision about this." I had to wait another 1 1/2 months for a replacement. Today, I had a delivery window of 12:30 to 4:30. At 2:30 when I hadn't heard from anyone, I called because I had a bad feeling from my last experience. They assured me that the driver, Brian, was on his way and it would be delivered. Also, they would have Brian call me to give me an update as to where I was on his delivery queue. At 4:35 AFTER the end of my delivery window and after I had still not heard from them, I called HomeDepot Delivery and was on hold for an hour while Home Depot's rep tried to contact them to track the "delivery." After waiting a total of 5 hours, was told that they had never loaded the fridge on the truck and were never going to deliver it today -- but no one bothered to call me and tell me. Oh...and the next soonest we can deliver it is in 2 days. Home Depot needs to stop using this company for their deliveries. I'm definitely writing to HD's corporate offices. I'm never buying anything from them that has to be "delivered" to me by this company. Please, Karma! I just pray that someday the owners and management of this company experience the same God awful service from someone they were relying on. read more

I stand by my review of the company itself and the first delivery guy. Both, without question, are the cliche "if I could give zero stars I would." But I want to add that we have had several subsequent deliveries (due to damaged appliances, malfunctioning appliances, incorrect deliveries, etc. - some Temco's fault, some the manufacturer's fault, some the retailer's fault). All of the other individual delivery guys have been very nice and professional. The last guy seemed genuinely upset that he could not help us (we were supposed to have two appliances delivered, but he only had one on the truck and no record of the second, and the Temco dispatcher he called from our house was completely useless and unwilling to help him - the look on his face was that of a man who had committed to taking a long car ride with the wrong person). Then, when he was leaving, he asked if we could give him a good review, that it would mean a lot to him. Honestly, I felt for him. I have worked for bad companies too. I think we all have. All of the nice delivery guys who have come to our house had no control over company decisions, and no control over the crappy other employees, and no control over management's decision not to actually manage (or discipline or fire) the crappy other employees. read more

I have had the absolute displeasure of trying to get a washer/dryer delivered via Temco today. The first attempt didn't work because I mismeasured the space. Temco scheduled a 2nd delivery, and after not getting any info about the delivery timeframe, I called and was informed that I was not on the schedule for that day (June 14th). So, I rescheduled for June 18th between 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM. At 1 PM I hadn't received any further info, so I called them & Home Depot. I was informed that actually my delivery time is between 1:30 PM and 5:30 PM. At this point, I'm confused and upset. I later got a call from the delivery guys at 1:29 pm saying they would be at the rental in 30-45 mins. At 1:45 pm my tenant called to inform me that the delivery guys arrived (that's 15 mins, not 30-45 mins). I live 10 mins away so I had to drive like a bat out of hell to get to the rental. I called in transmit to let them know I was 5 mins away and I was informed that they're leaving. I totally lost it! Why give a 30 to 45 mins timeframe when it's an absolute lie? Upon arriving at the rental, the delivery guys were condescending that I didn't have the space open and ready for delivery, and advised me they were leaving! So, things deteriorated from there, I was absolutely appalled at the unprofessional, poor communication, and misogynistic experience. Home Depot is great, but their contract with this 3rd party for delivery is a reputation killer. I certainly will NOT be shopping for appliances at Home Depot again if this is the delivery service/experience that I have to contend with. read more

Worst installation I have ever seen!! If I could give no stars I would!!! I ordered an oven and microwave from home depot. They didn't call before they showed up as promised. When they came in,they claimed they could not get oven out because it was installed before tile floor and had to be cut out. They pit me on phone with supervisor to explain they had to return when I got someone to remove oven. I am a 5'5" 48 yr old, disabled woman and I pulled the oven out by MYSELF!! I showed the installer that i pulled out and he went outside to call his boss back and LEFT!! I called the driver, he wouldn't pick up phone. I caught them pulling out of driveway, they ignored me, i stood in front of truck. Asked why he left after I showed him i pulled oven out, he shrugged and shook his head. Twice. They reluctanty returned and then said i did not have an outlet for the stove. I told them I do and showed them. Then they said my gas line was too small and i had to have a plumber change the fitting. They had no adapter to fit. They put md on the phone with ANOTHER supervisor to explain. They left the new hose, I tried it, and it fit perfectly, no adapter needed. Two outlets behind oven. If you don't want to work, quit!! Don't waste people's time and money, missing work, making them pay for additional unneeded services to play your ridiculous games!!!! I let them leave, i did not want these horrible people installing my stove!!!! Disgusting!! Ordered a washing machine from Home Depot. A rental truck pulls up and the a couple really haggard guys come out, tattoos, scars, and try to leave the appliance on the curb. They refused to take the old appliance as paid and then they didn't even install the new one, they forgot the accessories and they wasted an hour of my life. This is a complete scam and they hide behind the Home Depot name. Horrible service and horrible attitude when calling their office, getting hung up on, getting transferred to dead lines. All around poorly run company. bought a refrigerator from Home Depot, and received a delivery date, I was told that I would receive a call from the delivery people the day before delivery giving me a 4 hour window. I never received a call with a delivery window, so I called in the morning to make sure that we would be getting our refrigerator that day. I was told that yes, I was on the schedule for the day. The delivery truck pulled up, and got the refrigerator out of the truck and called us out to have a look. The refrigerator was damaged pretty badly. The delivery men told us that when they picked it up, the box was pretty damaged, and that they told the people at the warehouse that it looked like it was damaged. The warehouse people told them that it was fine, and to deliver it. We would not accept the refrigerator, and were told that they would take it back and order us a new one. The next day, I received a text from temco saying that my delivery receipt was attached. When I opened the receipt, it showed that they would reschedule, but it also had a scribble in the signature area that wasn't my signature. I called the number listed, and after waiting (for a very long time) on hold "for the next available operator" was told that they could not reschedule my delivery, as I had signed for the refrigerator. The "scribble" was definitely NOT my signature. I spoke with Rebecca on the phone, who told me that all of the supervisors were busy, and she would send an email to have the paperwork reviewed. Here we are, with no refrigerator, and seeming to have no one to talk to about getting one. The customer service was incredibly bad. Not just that she couldn't solve the problem, but that I continued to have to repeat to her WHAT the problem was, I had to give her my number several times, and she kept telling me that I signed the paperwork. Btw, Home Depot doesn't handle delivery, so you are stuck with TEMCO and have to deal with them. And option is cancel the order and just wait till they figure things out. They should just go bankrupt. Don't even have the capacity to do their jobs! Terrible company that only looks out for themselves and NOT their customers. I had to work on the day they were delivering my dishwasher. My teenage daughter was home. They never asked her to check the machine or our kitchen for damage. They had her sign, which she didn't read. Granted, she should have, but wasn't told what it was and wasn't corrected when she thought she was signing that it was delivered. They took two pieces out of my countertop and left the small spinters of it on the floor, even in the dishwasher, which THEY ran before leaving. So because they have a signature, they don't deem it necessary to take all of this into consideration. I have pictures which were sent to Dave in claims. Very poor business practice. I would not recommend this company EVER and will let Home Depot know how upset I am with the service they employed to deliver appliances. read more

It took 4 weeks, 3 scheduled installation appointments and our appliances are still not installed. Costumer service told us to call a plumber for installation. I purchased a GE range online from Home Depot that was delivered by Temco this morning. They called the night before to confirm delivery and provided a four hour window, which for me was from 7am-11am. They called me at 6:30am for their 7am arrival. They were on time, efficient and very professional in their handling of the new and old range that required negotiating two flights of stairs without incurring any damage to my home and appliance. I feel it's important to note that the team wore masks and gloves to protect themselves and my family without being asked to do so. DO NOT USE Temco - request for another delivery company - I ordered Refridgerator from Home Depot beginning of November - 3 months later it finally arrived last Jan 30th 2017- my window time was 1-5pm. They showed up at 12pm. One hour early - luckily my neighbor let them in. HOWEVER - they tried going through my 3 weeks Brand New Vinyl Fence - and they scraped and scratched the gate poles - from brand new to line dented in scratch damage - I put in a claim late Friday afternoon with Diana Avila - and submitted pictures of the damage and early Saturday Morning i was denied because I don't have enough evidence. ???? Hello - I submitted pictures !!! From smooth brand new to line dented in damage !! Diana obviously not a homeowner tonunderstsnd that i paid $13,000 for all my vinyl fence to telling me OH WelL not enough evidence. Oh ya - they scratched my freezer door using the wrong hard towel and left huge circled scratches. I'm getting a new one but this Monday I'm requesting another delivery company. DO NOT USE TEMPCO.
