They would get zero stars if it was possible. They found every reason under the sun to not do the job they were contacted to do by Home Depot. I was threatened with violence and called slurs by the 2 people that this company dispatched to my home in South Palm Springs, CA. They were asked to leave in the middle of them threatening me. I will be leaving a one star on Home Depot page as well. You would think that with as bad as this company is they would try to find a better contract for appliance installs. I would suggest that you find out who will be doing the install before you purchase anything from Home Depot in the Coachella Valley. If its this company... I had ordered a Dryer from Home Depot to be delivered by Temco. The Driver arrived and said that we need to remove the Door for them to get the Dryer through, I myself had moved the same washer and dryer through that doorway with no problem, with a dolly and the door still on. After telling him that the Door does not need to come off the driver started cursing and swearing, packed up my new dryer and left. When I tried to call him he became erratic screaming and hung up the phone. I will never use this company again and if I find out that my Order will be fulfilled by Temco I will chancel any future Orders. Never again. read more

I won't order anything from Home Depot if they keep using Temco service. 0 star. 1. Based on what I learn from Home Depot, they would call me the day before the delivery day to schedule time. THEY DID NOT. On the delivery day at 6AM, I got a call from the delivery guys said they will arrive in 15 mins. 2. They threatened me that if I couldn't get ready in 15mins, they couldn't deliver the product on that day and asked me to reschedule other days. 3. The customer support is rude. She was really rude and dismissed my questions if we can ask the delivery guys to wait a bit longer and just asked me if I want to reschedule or not. She made me sound like it's my fault that I didn't coordinate the work and wake up early enough. 4. The delivery guys eventually came to my property. They just said that my have a drop-in stove but I ordered a slide-in stove, so that can't install it. It left me no choice. read more

Update.. we DID cancel our order with Home Depot, as temco was the only company doing delivery and installation. It took a long time to get our money back.. but we went ahead and ordered a dishwasher from Appliances Unlimited in Newhall CA and they have their own dedicated installation/delivery guy with ONE flat fee for delivery and installation. The owner of Appliances Unlimited is amazing, knowledgable and very helpful. We have since bought multiple appliances from Appliances Unlimited and will not be buying appliances from Home Depot anymore. read more

Our experience with Temco from start to finish was terrible. Our delivery was scheduled for a Thursday morning. We were told that the delivery drivers/installers would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. They called at 8:08am and rang our doorbell at 8:20. Yes, that's great that they were on time, however, we were not prepared to receive them as we had summer camp drop off, etc. The installers stated they could deliver our appliances but were not able to install them due to their tools all being stolen off their truck at a previous delivery that morning. We were told that they would send someone else out, same day, with tools to install and that if we did not see them that day they would be there the following day, Friday. At 7pm we still had not heard anything so we tried calling the delivery guys and left a message. They did not return our call. We called Home Depot and were informed that there were no notes in the Temco system about tools being stolen, nor about sending anyone out to install. The Home Depot rep called Temco to try to solve the issue and not only was the Temco rep incredibly rude to them, they basically said I was making it up that someone was supposed to come out because "there were no notes". She said that she could cancel the install and that we could hire someone else to install. I told her I wasn't paying another company to install our appliances when Temco had already been paid by Home Depot to complete the install. The next available install was for the following Monday, a full 5 days after our original install date. We scheduled the install for Monday morning 9am-1pm. Monday morning at 8:08am, we received a call they were on their way and they showed up at 8:14, again, I am glad they showed up, but it was not what was scheduled or planned for. The same guys were there to install. My husband and I were both trying to work, were on meetings & calls, since we had planned for all of this to be completed the prior Thursday. After install I found the brand new washer hose we purchased on the ground in the garage. After calling the cell number a few times I finally was able to get ahold of them and asked why they didn't install the new hose. They said "Oh, we forgot to tell you, the new ones were too short so we just used the old ones." Had they told me I would have happily gone back to Home Depot to exchange for the correct size. When we went to run our first load of laundry, we noticed that the drawer pedestal under the washer was damaged during install. I called Home Depot, they acknowledged that they have had horrible experiences with Temco in the past and would reschedule for Temco to come back out and fix or replace the drawer. The new installers came back today and agreed that yes, it was in fact damaged. We called Temco, once again, and reached the same rep, Bianca, that we had spoken with through Home Depot and not only was she incredibly unhelpful but was also rude, patronizing, and aggressive. She said "its basically your word against ours" and that they didn't damage the pedestal. We have now opened a claim with Home Depot to fight this so we can hopefully get our brand new damaged pedestal replaced but overall we are EXTREMELY disappointed and frustrated with Temco. I will also be submitting a review directly to Temco corporate about this specific customer service rep. read more

I don't regularly air a grievance on yelp or other community platforms. But the terrible experience with Temco rises to the level of having to write this review. (and they have zero customer service or quality control) We had to have 4 separate deliveries scheduled for one dishwasher. Each time there was a new and perplexing problem. Our experience included: 1. The installers showing up on the wrong day 2. The installers showing up at the wrong time 3. The installers damaging the original dishwasher and then blaming the dishwasher 4. The installers removing a hose and leaving an open valve/plug for water to come gushing out and nearly causing a flood in our house (and not coming back to fix it!) 5. The installers coming for a 3rd time and installing the dishwasher crooked and then refusing to come back and fix it! 6. And last but certainly not least, the installers coming today, unannounced at 7am on a Saturday morning (no courtesy call or appointment confirmation on Friday). The company does not apologize for their shoddy installation work. They do not answer their phones. Home Depot (and any other company that subcontracts them): You should be ashamed to work with this company. This IS a logistics company right? But wait! It gets even better! Third day off work waiting for the replacement and yup!!! A no-show by temco. I had to call and ask where is it? "Oops sorry, it didn't get on the truck" They couldn't have let me know? This IS a logistics company right? Now scheduled for 3 days later and guess what? Another day off work and a no-show by temco AGAIN. The last excuse (at the scheduled afternoon delivery time) was "truck is too big" (for your neighborhood). Actually no, I've lived here 25 years and large trucks routinely and safely use my street. The driver just didn't bother to ask for the easy street/hill approach. And by the way, who thinks 36ft trucks are appropriate for deliveries in the hills? This IS a logistics company right? Right? You got maps right? If you're good with math, it's now 4 days off work--so far--and 3 weeks with no working appliance. So I called BEGGING temco for a Saturday delivery but was told NO, absolutely impossible! NO. I then Asked Home Depot support to intervene. They literally could / would not be bothered and shoved me back on to temco AKA, HD. UPDATE: After sending this review directly to temco, I was able to get a delivery for saturday thanks to a very helpful customer service manager. It arrived damaged. If your appliance vendor wants to use Temco Logistics, RUN the other way or insist on a different delivery person. Temco delivered THREE broken refrigerators in a row to me. The first one was a broken compressor after four months, which could have been a manufacturing flaw (GE Profile made in China) but the other two were clearly damaged in transit. Second fridge had wires actually hanging from the front, and the third looked like it had been dropped: Two dents on the bottom, and the freezer door did not even close properly. The workmen were rude and unprofessional as well. On the second delivery attempt, they scheduled a 7 am arrival. I was rushing back from daycare at 7:10 and the delivery person laughed when I told him I was on my way and said, "If you're not here by 7:15 we're leaving." This company is to be avoided! CAVEAT EMPTOR!!! Victor and the Temco team did THOUSANDS of dollars in damage to my home with their "professional" delivery/installation of our new appliances. You are about as well off hiring criminals with crowbars and sledgehammers to come destroy your home as you are having these folks install your new washer or refrigerator. Thanks to Victor's super aggressive and belligerent demeanor he managed to break off not one, BUT TWO water valves as he daftly demonstrated his belief that they were corroded and that we would need to call a plumber out prior to installation. His thoughtless and incomprehensible behavior ensured we not only had to call a plumber but also a flood restoration company. I ordered a refrigerator from Home Depot to be delivered. They told me the date, which was a week out. I got a garbled robo-call from a delivery company after noon the day before delivery. I had to all them back and wait on hold to talk to someone to find out what was going on. They said the "delivery window' was 7am to 11am the next morning, and that I was the first delivery. I explained that the delivery was to my tenant's house and that that was very early in the morning. Could I get something later? She said to do that, I'd have to wait until the following week and the same thing would happen. Their system would choose a time, I would get a call the day before and the only option is to cancel if the time won't work. I was told I would get a call 1/2 hour in advance. I got up at 6:30 as that would be the time they might call for 7am. The driver called a little after 8, saying they were 30-45 minutes away. I called back the warehouse number to ask them why they had told me the delivery could be at 7am when it is physically impossible to travel the hour's distance in 1 minute. She said "your delivery will be there at 8:30". I said I understand that. My question was why you told me to be prepared for the delivery at 7am when that was impossible. She hung up on me. At 8:45, I called the driver back. They said they had come but thought my driveway was too narrow, so they left. No call from them, they just took off. I have had semi-trucks make lumber deliveries here - no problem. If they had told me their problem, I would have moved the unit myself from the street and they wouldn't have had to even enter my driveway. Now, I get to wait until their "Routing Team" calls me back. These people do not care, and they have no common sense whatsoever. Avoid at all costs. read more

If I could give a negative rating I would. This company is the sole logistics company Home Depot uses in my area and they have been nothing but a nightmare to deal with. Everything with them has been haphazard and aloof. 2 of the 4 appliances that were delivered have damage issues (scratch on the handle of the stove and dents in 2 of the 4 refrigerator doors). The dishwasher was not leveled properly and the kickplate was screwed in on one side so it was flopping around when opening and closing the door. Since then they have not followed up, dropped the ball constantly, and made repeated empty promises for resolutions that never come. They do not document orders, deliveries, or issues correctly so WHEN (not if) there are issues to deal with Home Depot will throw their hands in the air since even THEY seemingly can't get their own logistics company to pick up the phone half the time! There is a ridiculous diffusion of responsibility between this 6th rate bunch of charlatans, Home Depot, and whichever manufacturer/s you go with. Whatever you do, DO NOT PURCHASE APPLIANCES ANYWHERE THAT FORCES YOU TO USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE SORRY AND PUT UP A CREEK IN ONE WAY OR MANY OTHERS. read more

They arrived at the time they said and they even called me ahead of time to let me know they were coming. Home Depot uses this company and they are not good, thorough etc. I'm having a washer/dryer hauled away and new set installed. The delivery/install crew tell me that they are unable to disconnect the gas line. "It's too hard" they said. I'll need to replace it, get a plumber out, etc. The delivery/install crew told me that as well as the dispatcher I spoke to. The delivery/install crew said I could have someone come either the next day or Saturday. I had another gas hookup that was like this so I figured it was difficult or I needed professional help . A few minutes after they left, I tried it myself to see what I was dealing with. Less than a minute later it was disconnected. What was too difficult?! I call back immediately to have the crew come back but they were suddenly "off the clock". The next appointment availability is a week later. A week?! When they didn't put any effort? 4 people later and almost an hour on the phone and I'm "on a list" for sooner service but I'm not in any way hopeful this happens. I'm hoping to figure out how to get the help to install this myself so I can get a refund. read more

We purchased a new range, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The guys from Temco called prior to delivery so we knew exactly when to expect them. When they showed up they were courteous and professional. They not not waste a moment disconnecting the old stuff and removing it, then unwrapping the new stuff and preparing it for installation. Once in, they checked everything before leaving. I am 84 years old and worked in Customer Service type jobs my entire adult life. These guys demonstrated the epitome of what Customer Service means! When I think about all that's gone wrong with this company... I can't help but laugh. Does the universe hate me? I have been trying to get my appliances, which they have held hostage since it was delivered to them. If you call the Pomona Temco location, all they do is send you over to the main offices in Las Vegas because they don't want to deal with you. Las Vegas people then tell you that there's nothing they can do to help you and that it's "up to Pomona people". And then it's just a blame game between Pomona and Las Vegas. This company does not care about its customers. I find it hilarious that while you're on hold for over an hour (as they're dealing with all the other angry customers calling in), that they brag about their "world-class service" on loop. Incompetent, poor communication, and poor management. I hope Home Depot cuts them loose soon. If you want to get a sense of how terrible this company is, search for employee reviews on Indeed. They will tell you that it's awful there. Unhappy workers = unhappy customers. read more

Unfortunately, it appears I am yet another statistic who has been failed by this company. I had to exchange a refrigerator I ordered from GE on July 1, 2020, which Temco Logistics was subcontracted to complete delivery and pick up in early August. When the driver arrived to deliver my new fridge, he informed me the fridge was damaged in transit and offered to have the company order a replacement. I agreed and the driver left with the damaged fridge and left me with the fridge I needed to return. A few weeks later, a new driver arrives with the same damaged fridge. I informed the driver this was the same fridge as before and he apologized claiming the first driver may have forgotten to note the damage. I contacted GE at this time and they took care of ordering the replacement for me and confirmed I was fine to keep the returned fridge as a loaner until the new one was delivered. Temco Logistics continued to try delivering the damaged fridge two more times until I had to sign a delivery slip specifically noting the damage and claiming I refuse delivery. At that point, they finally stopped trying to deliver it but also cancelled the order. GE placed a new return transaction for the fridge they were loaning me, and added another new order for the delivery of the replacement fridge. Due to the exchange being broken into two separate transactions, Temco continued to schedule a pick-up of the returned fridge despite the new fridge being on back-order. This occurred on a bi-weekly basis despite multiple calls to GE and Temco and a confirmation on both sides that they linked the two orders so they would pick up the fridge with the delivery. Finally, on December 23rd, I received a call from GE and Temco confirming they had a new fridge for me and scheduled delivery for December 26, 2020 between 12pm and 4pm. They confirmed they would both deliver the new fridge and pick up the loaner fridge in the same trip. At 11:30 am, I received a call from the driver confirming he would arrive at my house to pick up the returned fridge. When I asked about the deliver, he mentioned he knew nothing about the delivery and would call me back. A few minutes later I receive a call from the corporate office of Temco to inform me they would have to reschedule the delivery as the fridge was not on the truck. After asking to speak with a supervisor as that was not an acceptable solution, I was told they would email the warehouse to request an escalation and that I would have to wait for a call back even though the person I was talking to confirmed she had the warehouse on the other line. After two hours, I called back and was told I was being impatient and would have to wait for the warehouse to read the escalation email and call me back. After almost 6 months of waiting for me new fridge, I was given hope this debacle would be over only to be disappointed once again. What's worse is there does not appear to be any other options for me as I do not have any control over this situation. My advice would be, if you find out Temco Logistics is scheduled to deliver anything you ordered, cancel that order immediately or risk disappointment and frustration due to their incompetence. I am surprised GE or any of the other companies who have a contract through them do not hold this company more accountable. read more

I just ran into one of their dangerous rude drivers, or should I say he almost ran into me intentionally. He also played chicken with and almost ran over another neighborhood woman who happened to see him attempt to strike me. It all began with him barreling down the middle of a narrow beach road with a 15mph speed limit at least twice the speed limit. When confronted by the many neighbors who witnessed, his response was to laugh and call us jerks. He was proud to tell us he was trained to deal with people. Never heard of the company before but they are evidently owned by Home Depot. Someone evidently needs to do a better job of vetting and training. read more

Response, I'm still waiting for a call back from management at the Benicia warehouse location, 7 hours ago my call was escalated and nada. Not a peep from you guys. I wish I could add a zero. I will never buy an appliance from Home Depot again since they use this company. Complaints: - Delivery guys find an excuse to avoid delivering the appliance. They claim the water valve is "bad" and there will be some leak if they try to install an appliance (bought both a washer and a refrigerator). Also, they claimed that two people carrying a refrigerator up a single flight of stairs was "too heavy." I told him I was going to call his manager because I had informed them we were on the second floor, and he said he'd wait in the truck. Two minutes later, he drove off with no word, no explanation. Just didn't do his job. - Unnecessary plumber visits. Because they claimed the water valve was broken, I had a plumber come out and take a look. He said there was nothing wrong with the valve and showed me that it wasn't leaking. What was wrong was that the line was leaking, which they were going to replace anyhow. - Not enough phone support (always have to wait for a live person for 15-20 minutes or longer). - No supervisors available to talk to when issues need to escalate. Hands down one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with. My refrigerator delivery was rescheduled 3 different times with hardly any notification from the company. No one who works there can do anything to help and supervisors are "unavailable" to speak with. I live alone and have had to get help from friends and family to stay at my house to wait for these deliveries that never came since my original delivery date was postponed with hardly any notice. The final time they had to reschedule, they left me a message saying that they LOST MY PRODUCT!! HOW do you lose a whole entire refrigerator? How incredibly unprofessional and disorganized. These people don't seem to consider that some of us have to go to work and cannot stay home everyday to wait for these deliveries. A refrigerator is not exactly a small item that people only use from time to time. It is a daily essential!! Home Depot can thank this company for losing yet another customer (I'm sure I'm not the only one).
