I had a delivery issue and they are just passing the ball to Home Depot while they are the one could easily result the issue. But they choose not to. Homedepot escalation team called them. Home Depot said that they did not even answer the phone. Then I called them directly with dispatch or answered, and he asked for a manager. She said that there is no manager available. Again instead of resolving the issue she said I'll transfer the call to Home Depot. I did not say to transfer me because I literally just spoke with Home Depot. This company is the worst delivery service ever!! Home Depot needs to end their contract with them. The delivery driver called me 20 minutes prior to arrival I explained to him to please call me when he was outside I have to open the gate, he told me to Text him so I did. I texted the same information I told him over the phone. He read the message. 25 minutes I received a text message from Home Depot telling me the driver was waiting outside no one came out or answered the call driver is leaving Home Depot is rescheduling delivery. I ran out side this is now 27 minutes after driver arrival time 2 minutes after receiving the text message. No delivery driver insight. I call the same number I spoke with the driver no answer I text no response but he read the message. I am now without an old stove and new stove for 5 days. Do not use this company for any reason. They do a lot of work for Home Depo and other stores. Ask them if they will be the installers and if so, go elsewhere. They are horrible. They don't show up on time and when they do come, they stay for a few minutes, make a mess, don't finish and just walk away. When you call to complain they don't care. I had to go to the management of Home Depo to even get these people to call and tell me when they would be back to finish what they did wrong. They removed my washer dryer and did serious damage to my brand new walls and the arch way that was hand made. I don't trust them to try to fix it. They can't. The color of paint was hand mixed--can't be matched. The installer could hear the crashing into my walls and just kept doing it. They never completed installation. They are so very rude and refuse to answer questions. They did not even leave their name when they left, I had to call Home Depo to find out who was out here to treat me like dirt and damage my walls and arch way. I promise you they don't care. A neighbor of mine had the same issue and when she tried to report them to the License Board she could not even find them. I looked, I can't find them with a proper license either. They're pretty trash but I cannot blame them. As an executive in media, I saw the same behavior in my industry and it's completely logical...here's the legit 100% honest breakdown: I ordered a washer/dryer system from Home Depot. Temco is assigned the delivery, and they schedule the delivery for the appliance 1 week out from purchase - totally fine. On first visit, I saw the look on the guys' faces, they did not want to do that job. But when we pulled out the washer/dryer, it had a dent on the side. So they asked me if I wanted a dented machine or get a new one delivered, so I took them up on the offer to get a new one. 2nd delivery was a week later, and the new guys said it won't fit, closet is too small. Funny because I have measurements of my previous washer/dryer compared to this new one and they're the same LOL. So I smiled and said alright I'll make more space. I made more space and then the 3rd attempt the 3rd new set of guys said we can't install because your water valves that connect to the machine are corroded. We could get fired for installing machines to corroded valves. Makes sense BUT I wonder why the previous guys never mentioned anything hahaha just kidding, I completely understand why: they must only use one loophole, not multiple, so that subsequent attempts can get stalled as well. These are business tactics that I've seen implemented across many industries and services, it's the norm. So I laughed and said OK I'll take care of it. Got new valves installed, scheduled the 4th delivery attempt, the day before they said they would contact me with a delivery window. They didn't contact me so I reached out, and they gave me a delivery window. The next day after the delivery window passed, I asked them hey is it coming? And the lady on the phone said there was a glitch in our system and your delivery was not scheduled for today my apologies. LOLOL yea glitch 100% I believe you LOL. So sad. Anyway, OK let's aim for tomorrow then because I'm out of town this weekend. "We don't have any availability tomorrow we can only do Saturday." Oh OK that seems totally fair. Let me cancel weekend plans because it's more convenient for you. $20 says they will either "glitch" on saturday's delivery or "the machine won't fit" or I need new water valves again. At the end of the day, despite being annoyed, I 100% get it. Reality is if delivery people come and see that installation of an appliance might be tricky or difficult, they'll look for loopholes to avoid the job because they're not getting paid for each installation, they're getting paid by the hour. There is no incentive for them to do a good job. Without incentives, people stall their efforts. No one wants to go above and beyond for the same rate. Gotta provide people incentives otherwise it's game over. So...as stated earlier, this company is objectively very weak. They do not have knowledgeable employees but it's not the employees' faults. That's just poor management and poor company development. But again, can't blame them, there are millions of companies in the world, and only a handful are great. TEMCO is doing what the majority of companies do. The goal is to make as much money as possible while spending as little as possible. In turn, that basic business practice trickles down into the mindsets and work ethic of the employees. Unfortunate but that is life on earth. You cannot let bad companies ruin your day to day if you're a go-getter. Besides, as human beings they have the right to be lazy. As Luis checked the space and prepared my old fridge to be moved, David was hard at work unloading and unpacking my new fridge from the truck. They both worked quickly, but at the same time, they were very mindful of their surroundings because they had to maneuver around my kitchen island to get to and from the location the fridge goes. They were kind enough to accommodate my last minute request to relocate my old fridge to the garage instead of haul away which was on my original order. I purchased a stove from Home Depot and Temco was scheduled to deliver it. I specifically requested a certain time frame to accommodate my tenants work schedule. I received a call 2 hours prior to the tentative delivery times frame scheduled. The delivery man on the phone spoke to me like if I was his bar buddy and didn't notice he was speaking to a lady. I told him about the scheduled time and he made a comment about staying over for coffee till the delivery time. When the gentlemen (Benito Valencia and Javier refused) arrived they were dismissive, rude, and bothered by the questions I asked. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they refused to give me the supervisors name and phone number many times. Benito said he would call his boss, put him on speaker so the three of us could talk. Benito called a number and it went to voice mail. I declined to accept the stove, cancelled my purchase and will go to another store with a different delivery service. read more

I ordered a refrigerator from Home Depot online. I didn't know that this 3rd party company would be delivering my fridge. After waiting months to get it because the one I chose was on backorder, which I understand, finally the day had come for delivery and I was so excited. Well you get this 4 hour window from Home Depot but seriously, don't hold your breath because the Temco people could show up early or late and pretty much give you No notice at all. Well to make a looong story short, we had 3 different Temco crews ( usually 2 people ), that absolutely couldn't get the refrigerator up our stairs without banging up our walls, messing up the door frame and hardwood floor etc. So finally we just got tired of having them come out because I was realizing, ok, they obviously can't do this. It turned out to be a whole mess. I would avoid them, especially if you need a refrigerator delivered. And with all that we went through, nothing was ever made right and we are still dealing with it today. Only now we are dealing with another crappy company called Sedgwick, which is another Company that Home Depot uses. Bought three appliances from Home Depot in November. It is almost February and I STILL have not received my oven. Sound unbelievable? I agree. Original delivery date was 12/28. They came and took all three appliances off the truck, broke a part of the oven, and proceeded to put all three appliances back on the truck. They tell me they are not allowed to leave any of the appliances if one of them is broken. I call Home Depot and they say that's not their policy and is absolutely wrong. 2nd delivery was 1/6. They came, took all three off the truck. Install everything and proceed to break a part of the oven AGAIN. This time they actually leave the other two appliances. 3rd delivery was 1/15. They cancel due to weather. 4th delivery was 1/21. I sit at home all day. They give me the 11-3 window for delivery. No show. No phone call. I call the following morning (today) and they tell me the driveway is icy. I am literally staring at the driveway and there is no ice. I ask why they didn't call or knock on the door. The woman says I don't know. Proceeds to schedule me for yet, another week down the line. Each time this has happened, I have asked why they can't deliver to me sooner. At this point, I am scheduled for a 5th delivery and they still have to wait a week to bring it?! Which is to say, other customers will get their 1st deliveries for the remainder of this week and I am still bumped for 7-8 days down the line. How is this prioritizing?! Calling Home Depot is not much help either. They just say sorry and leave it up to Temco to deal with. Pam at the Utica Temco was very rude and did zero things to make this better. She did, however, treat me with rudeness, interrupt me several times, and argue with me. All of this is so totally unacceptable but apparently it's normal for these companies because nobody is responding in any way to make it better. DO NOT BUY FROM HOME DEPOT. Let me just say that Home Depot is about to lose a customer over this company. Scheduled delivery 830am-1230pm. Shows up at 8am and told they aren't hauling away my old one cuz not on the order. Okay fine, he calls his boss while I call Home Depot Home Depot says they're putting a note in the system and to have Temco look. I go outside and ask the guy to have his boss check the system. He says I already talked to my boss and nothing is in there about haul away. I said yes I kno, the lady is jus now putting notes in. I then ask his name and he says "Thomas and do u want my social security hunger too". I said "nah it wouldn't do me any good". He THEN SAYS "I've got better credit than you do!" YES, you heard that RIGHT! This guy had the nerve So now, I go back inside to talk to Home Depot and he sits outside my house and HD says she's putting in a complaint Then the guy drives away I need my fridge, I'm living out of coolers with two kids. Worst experience ever!!! I purchased a new washer/dryer and dishwasher from Home Depot. Temco delivered it and was to haul away the old appliances. The washer/dryer did not fit in the closed door cabinet. I was told by Home Depot when I placed the order if the washer/dryer did not fit in the cabinet upon delivery to refuse the delivery. Since the new washer/dryer wouldn't fit in the closet the Temco delivery/installer told me to call Home Depot and let them know. While I was on the phone with Home Depot the Temco delivery guys went out to their truck and drove off with my washer/dryer which I was told was squashed! To make matters worse the new dryer only works if you hold down the start button. As soon as you take your finger off the start button the dryer won't work, so either way the dryer was going back. Once the Temco guys knew I was refusing the delivery they did not want to go back to their truck and bring my original units back inside so they drove off with them! Absolutely unacceptable! They also left the new dishwasher outside the front door when they drove off! I will never allow Temco in my home again!!! read more

" New Microwave Installers " I purchased a new microwave from Home Depot and paid $140.00 to have Temco Logistics come out to my home to deliver and take out the old microwave and install the new GE Microwave. The two employees were very nice and did a very good job removing my old microwave and replacing it with a new GE microwave. Unfortunately, after they left my house I went over and could see that the top of the microwave was loose and was not tightened all the way up. So I called the Temco Logistics company back and in a few days they sent 2 different employees out to completely take down and re-install the microwave again to be super tight. I would give the company higher rating scores for the employees and watching what they did. But because they did not tighten the microwave up the first time, which they should have, it created more time and effort from us. read more

Guy named Lopez chagoya came in today for dishwasher installation through Home Depot. At first he started showing bad attitude and said he does not have a bowl to continue installation. When I was trying to look for a bowl he started wondering around my house near by and when I saw him he was opening our kitchen cabinets and when I confronted he said he was looking for a bowl himself without any discussion with us. such an unprofessional attitude, I am glad I kicked him out of our house. I bought a GE refrigerator from Home Depot, and Temco delivered it. The entire experience with Temco was excellent. When we scheduled the delivery, I informed Temco that the fridge would need to be carried up a flight of 15 steps, so there would be no surprises. As promised, Temco called me the day before delivery to give me a 4-hour delivery window and the installation team called me the day of to let me know when they were 30 minutes out. The team -- Albert and Sammy -- were very pleasant, professional, courteous and efficient. They delivered and installed the fridge to my satisfaction. Overall, they were awesome. After Albert and Sammy left, I noticed the fridge doors weren't exactly level. I called Temco, hoping the team was still in the area so they could come back and adjust the doors. We ended up scheduling a "repair" and I had the same great experience but with a different team. Having a 7-year-old LG refrigerator die on me and having to throw out a lot of food and rely on a mini-fridge for several weeks was stressful. This is my second comically bad experience with this terrible company. They first delivered a damaged dishwasher. Home Depot told me someone would be there to exchange it with an undamaged one 6 days later on Saturday morning. Nobody showed up. So I called Home Depot around 1PM, who then called Temco to only find out that Temco couldn't find my appliance. They even apparently sent delivery guys to my home without the dishwasher. When the delivery guy called to verify delivery, he said they didn't have my dishwasher. I was then told I would be contacted Tuesday with answers. Here it is Thursday, and of course Temco's phone system says their closed, then immediately states business hours which says they should be open. I have had it with this terrible company and will likely be cancelling another Home Depot order because of it. read more

I ordered a new washer/dryer from Home Depot and expected the normal quasi average service, but when these guys from Temco showed up, my faith in excellent service was restored. First of all, the communication side of things was flawless, beginning with the text message to provide a four hour delivery window sent the night before to same day text telling me I was the next stop to the driver actually calling me when they were 20 minutes out. When they got there is when the fun began. My dogs were out and that didn't deter things, the guy in the cab jumped out and immediately started to engage with my dogs in a friendly, non- threatening manner that put everyone at ease. He continued to distract them while the driver got the rig in place to do the delivery and installation. Once parked, these guys sprung into action and didn't stop until the new units were in place, level, and functioning, while another member of the team gathered up my old set and put it in the truck along with all the cardboard and packaging from the new set. Very nicely and politely the installer walked me through the basics while making sure I had the brochures and QuickStart guides, and was satisfied with the location and working status. Next time I get a delivery, I want these guys to handle it! read more

The worst experience I've ever had in service. Don't waste your time or money with this company. If installation in your home has any sight of difficulty (ie. Stairs, heavy lifting, actual installation work) they will make every excuse they can to not install your appliance and hand off the job to the next team member. Horrible horrible experience from the delivery workers to the customer service reps to the supervisor. They tell you they will handle the situation and they don't. After a month and more than 4-5 attempts to install our appliance, I had to cancel with them and install myself. Zero stars read more
