I heard someone loading up our dumpsters. I went outside and saw a young delivery guy loading up our dumpsters with cardboard and styrofoam. I approached him and explained he was not allowed to dump in your community. Instead of saying sorry, he told me to "Relax" and squared up with me like he wanted to fight. Another delivery came up and I explained they cannot dump in our community. He seemed receptive, but they ended up loading another dumpster with their trash. Fortunately, they did not have enough common sense to remove the shipping label and I was able to identify the delivery company. This company's delivery drivers are completely unprofessional and confrontational. They also have no problem violating dumping restrictions. On 09/07/2024 I ordered 2 toilets from Home Depot. They were supposed to be delivered on 09/12/ between 6:00 am - 8:00 pm. I stayed home all day. At approximately 2:30 I received a text saying my delivery was completed. I clicked on the "delivery confirmation" button and there was a blurry picture with the initials JK signing for receipt of the order. I immediately called Home Depot and informed them that someone else had my order. The woman I spoke with did some checking and then explained that they used Temco to deliver, and that Temco was looking into the matter to determine what happened. She said someone from Temco would call me within 24 hours to explain what happened and reschedule my delivery. On 09/13 they never called me, so I called Home Depot again. The guy checked and then said it wasn't quite 24 hours and I needed to wait a little longer. On 09/14 I called Home Depot again and the guy put me on hold while he checked. He came back and said Temco was going to look into it and they're expediting the matter. I told him that was the same thing they said 2 days ago and I was not satisfied with the level of service. It seemed like some type of inside job, and why hadn't they called in the driver who had my route and asked him where he delivered my toilets. He agreed and gave me Temco's number. I called them and explained that I ordered 2 toilets from Home Depot and Temco never delivered them to me. I gave Yesenia my phone number to look up the order, she said there was no order under that number. I gave her the order number and she still couldn't find it. I said that was odd because she just found it when the guy from Home Depot called less than 5 minutes ago. She put me on hold a few minutes and then came back and said "oh I found it, it wasn't an appliance, it was toilets." (Duh, I never said anything about appliances, so it's pretty obvious that she wasn't fully listening to me.). She put me on hold to check with the manager. When she came back she said the toilets were located and they would be delivered on Wednesday. I told her that I didn't want them because I didn't know where they'd been or if someone had used them and put them back in the box. I told her to cancel my order and issue a refund. She said it would take 3 to 5 days, which seemed like a ridiculously long time to drag the mouse and click 'cancel'. I called Home Depot back to let them know that I canceled the order, and I reordered the toilets with the help of a very nice rep named Maxine. I picked them up 9/20 with the help of a friend who has a small truck. Home Depot issued a $126.00 refund to compensate me for my inconvenience. Additionally, Maxine said someone from Temco was supposed to call me when they were in route, because I paid extra for both toilets to be brought in the house and taken to the specific bathrooms. I bought a $3,000.00 fridge from Home Depot. Temco was to deliver it. Once we received the tracking info, we noticed we were the 15th delivery. We were fine with that. The driver called around 4:30 and stated he was 30 - 40 minutes away. They finally arrived around 6:45. I was still OK. Strangely, they backed up towards my house, but only about 60 feet away, in front of my neighbor's house. It had been raining before the got there, but it stopped just before they arrived. The passenger got out, and slowly put orange cones out and opened the rear door. He never even looked towards my house, much less approached me. I could see my fridge and was excited. The passenger returned to the truck. I waited and waited. Had my front door latched open. I stood on my driveway wondering what they were doing. After around 15 minutes, I received a phone call from Home Depot deliveries. She stated they were attempting to make contact with me and couldn't. I told her I was standing outside looking at the truck. She said she would try and call them back. I walked back into my house as we ended the call. I walked back outside just in time to see the truck QUICKLY drive away. I was beyond upset. I tried to call the lady back at Home Depot, but it went to some person reading a script. I couldn't get him to contact the driver. I then called the number the driver had called me from. No answer. I waited until noon the next day to see if they would deliver. No call. It seems Home Depot uses a vendor for deliveries and based on our property camera, the company truck was labeled as "Temco logistics". Considering Home Depot will provide an anticipated delivery time frame and supposed to call 30 minutes in advance, my husband and I ensured we were by our phones to get the call since we were working and ready to drop everything and be present. We received the call 20 minutes prior to the delivery and to our surprise the delivery man was quite unprofessional while addressing my husband over the phone, telling him "hey bro if you don't get here we're jamming" even though they didn't follow the 30 minute rule AND we still had a 15 minute window to accept the delivery. My husband told him he still had an additional 15 minutes and they were supposed to call 30 mins not 20 minutes in advance. This seemed to really upset the driver and when we got there he continued to argue with my husband. We had still arrived on time to accept the delivery. The whole time the driver was there he was arguing and his helper was completely quiet. They put the fridge back in the truck with such carelessness that it probably damaged the unit and Needless to say, we are SO OUTRAGED by this horrendous customer service that we went to Home Depot and canceled the order. At Home Depot in GArden Grove, the manager Bryan clearly embarrassed understanding and politely offered us a temporary fridge or refund. There were few moments of silence and then I was prompted to a survey to rate this call. I have never in my life experienced such a poor service and such NEGLECT TOWARD ELDERLY. I specifically explained that this property is for seniors and had no response. I did not pay out of pocket for this delivery; the company I work for did. I notified the management on the same day of such poor service. Luckily I do not have to deal with them. 1. I gave Home Depot 10-days to deliver my washer and dryer, but Temco called at the last minute to say that the driver did not report to work, so it was rescheduled for the following week. 2. Driver adjusted the washer and dryer so that they would not ROCK, but he did not know that they both have to be LEVELED so that the cabinets, clothes drums, and drum bearings will not be damaged by wobbling and banging during the high-speed spin and dry cycles. I offered my carpenter's level, but he also did not know that it should be checked on three cabinet seams specified by LG, rather than incorrectly on the lids. He readjusted all the levelers to meet these requirements. 3. LG requires that their brief, automated installation tests be run on the washer/dryer electronics, mechanical components, and vent. He was not aware of how to do this, which is alright because I had downloaded LG's installation manuals ahead of time, but what is troubling is that he refused to take the time to run these 5-minute tests. 4. Driver smashed the dryer vent hose against the wall. See the attached photo. This poses a fire hazard because lint will collect prematurely at the tight bottleneck areas. It also prevents proper airflow, which can increase drying time and damage the blower. Ten years ago, Sears Installation had provided the correct 90-degree close-quarter couplers on my old LG dryer. When I told him that it was not acceptable, he stated that he had to leave and demanded that I sign the Appliance Delivery Receipt, which I refused to do unless the problem was corrected, i.e., "Services were NOT performed." 5. I received an e-mail copy of the shipping document and discovered that the driver had forged my signature and printed name. See the attached photo. 6. Temco returned a few days later, but they informed me that they could not correct the dryer vent hose problem because Home Depot does not provide them with the correct parts. So, not knowing how to correctly install a vent or requesting the correct parts is somehow Home Depot's fault? How about much better training at Temco? I feel sympathy for the less mechanically-inclined customers who blindly accept delivery without verifying that it had been performed correctly. I explain to him that I've unlocked the door remotely, my mom is inside to sign and supervise installation of washer and dryer, and I'll be there in 20 minutes. He says "ok, let me call dispatch and I'll call you back." Never calls back, just leaves without a word. Rearranged my entire house for these people to do their job. The Temco delivery crew fabricated excuses to not install the appliances, it was really something. In my case, their reason was the dryer would not fit because it was vented to the rear of the appliance - guess what? It was a ventless dryer. This was a perfect example of lazy, excuse making, and not taking time to be solution based, but take the easy way out at the end of the day. They caused a huge issue for me - another week of no laundry, AND they also proceeded to improperly cancel the order... so I had to reorder everything. Another hour on the phone. I need to reiterate, this all happened because they had no knowledge of what they were installing (or doing), incompetent??, and making excuses so they could go home. I called them 6 different times within 5 minutes of being at my place and they did not answer the phone calls or texts. My real frustration was how deliberate it was. I will not trust them again, and will ask to get a supervisor on the phone. I will also file a complaint with Home depot regarding this company's absolute disregard for getting the job done and their incompetence. What kind of training and protocol do they have so you don't get stuck with the crew I had? Temco was outsourced by Home Delivery to deliver a stackable washer/dryer to my house in Culver City. I prechecked all doors and hallways to make sure that the washer/dryer configuration would fit along height and width dimensions. When the two gentlemen arrived to assess the delivery pathway they spent approximately two minutes in the house and measured nothing (It was 1:30PM on a Tuesday). After their "inspection" they indicated that they could not place the stackable washer dryer in the intended location on the 2nd Floor. I asked them why and they could not/did not explain. They indicated to me they would call their supervisor who would explain the situation to me. One of the two men was quite obnoxious and took a seat on the back edge of his delivery truck. He looked ready to go home I spoke with the Temco Supervisor (Angie) who explained to me that while clearance existed for the delivery pathway, using a dolly provided the potential for damage to the wood floor and/or the ceiling. I asked if a) the dolly was required b) the delivery team used tipping techniques to avoid ceilings, and c) whether the washer and dryer could be separated, thus reducing potential damage to the walls or ceilings. In all cases Home Depot's drop-down liability policies precluded TEMCO from taking such risk............These liability policies were not disclosed to me, and were interpreted so stringently by TEMCO that I can't imagine them being able to deliver ANY appliance. Upon receipt of this information I a) Asked the delivery team to leave b) Told their supervisor to cancel the delivery order AND my entire Home Depot order c) Followed up with Home Depot to confirm that the order was to be cancelled d) Advised them that Temco was a HORRIBLE subcontractor based upon my experience and encouraged them to discontinue using them e) Reported Temco to the Better Business Bureau. Something tells me they got paid for their time and not for execution of delivery. Shame on TEMCO, Shame on Home Depot for using TEMCO. We had a Home Depot delivery on Monday the 29th, and they warned us to make sure we checked the appliance before accepting it because it's pretty much a headache to try to get any help after. Cesar from Temco came through. He called us when he was heading over to say he's about 25 mins away. He came right on time. He came in and checked out the space and fridge before he unplugged it and disconnected the water line. Took the old one out, came in with the new one. Super careful both ways. He installed it and assembled the handles and drawers for us. He was super helpful and friendly and professional. Him and my husband were chatting it up the whole time. Very cool dude. They showed up to deliver a new washer and dryer which was purchased at Home Depot. They were unwilling to bring it to the second floor as we had paper down on our new tile floor to protect the floor. Then they advised they tried to use the excuse they could slip on the rug protector we had on our stairs due to construction. I ask to speak to supervisor and they had a low level person call. I asked for this to be escalated to a supervisor and she transferred me to Home Depot. While I was on hold the driver took off and did not even come in to discuss while they were leaving. Do not use this company as they do not have any customer service and do not care about the consumer. UPDATE/EDIT: So turns out they deliver fro GE. If you buy any appliance from GE in the Los Angeles area, you are likely to be subject to work with this company. So just stay away from GE appliances and you can avoid this company altogether. If you by chance are subject to this company for your Costco or Home Depot delivery, immediately call Costco/Home depot and have them assign you to someone else! Their field team is extremely incompetent. We went for a whole month without a Washer/Dryer installation. Below is the recap of our ordeal: 1. They give you a wide time slot like 9am-1pm and show up at 3pm. So you'll end up blocking your entire day. Let's just say you are willing to do it. 2. When they show up, they make some random excuse or the other for not completing the installation. Here were ours: Attempt 1: "We can't install today because you need to fix your valve" Okay this was on us. We said alright and then proceeded to fix our valve. 1 Week later... Attempt 2: "We can't install today because a part was broken on your unit. You need to call the office and work with them" 2 Weeks later... Attempt 3: "We can't install today because we brought the wrong truck and we cannot park here" 1 Week later.. Attempt 4: "We cannot install because you have stairs" So a different excuse each time. This does not include the hours spent on the phone with their "office" to fix the issues. When I called at 3pm asking for help, they said that the managers who can help have "clocked out" for the day. Don't have the bandwidth to type out that entire ordeal! The technician inspected the space and stated that he could only deliver (not install) the appliances. The technician left without processing the cancellation and had a dispatcher from Temco call to tell me that the delivery was cancelled. Both the dispatcher and installation technician were totally unprofessional. Neither provided a clear explanation of why the appliances could not be installed and did not provide any documentation showing their refusal to install the appliances. In my work over 40 years, I serve as a branding and marketing consultant, and I rarely, rarely, use the words "delighted" or "honored". And seriously, this Temco team showed characteristics not expected from "appliance installers": deep listening, calmness and focus on dealing with any issue, polite businesslike language, positive, respectful, deeply experienced, highly competent at dishwasher removals and installs, and a heart for service. I was WOW'd. My wife had ordered a dishwasher whose actual frame was exactly 1/4 inch too large preventing it from fitting. , and if anyone could have ensured it fit, watching and listening I soon trusted Tony absolutely could have. When the Team returned with the second unit we ordered, I was on camera with headphones on and missed their call and door knock. On the third trip, I was uplifted by Tony's professional service and my wife's and my "mistakes" were never made an issue. TEMCO was supposed to come in the morning and install the appliance. The install person did not show up to my door until 7:30PM. Once he came and saw where the dishwasher went he said my hose was not long enough and I needed a longer hose. The guy was super rude and seemed like he was in a rush. Just outright horrible customer service. I went and purchased a hose and waited another week for another installer from TEMCO to come out. The next installer came out and started to unpack the dishwasher and stated there were dents on the dishwasher. I advised him I did not see any dents and to please install the dishwasher. He then stated because he sees dents, Whirlpool will not honor my warranty. He advised me to call Home Depot and get anther dishwasher. I thought this was a little strange so then I decided to check Yelp. I soon realized that TEMCO will do anything to avoid installing items so they can keep the installation fee and not have to put in the work. I called Home Depot and asked if my warranty was void if for any reason there was a dent. The representative replied NO the warranty is not void. I explained my situation and the representative returned my money for the installation. She also mentioned that there were many complaints about TEMCO and they are working with their suppliers to get another logistics company to take over. Delivered on time! The day before I received a call saying my new washer will be delivered between 7am and 11am and it was delivered around 8:30am. The guy was curteous; after removing my old washer he asked if I wanted to clean the area first before installing new washer which I appreciated. Two guys did the delivery and they used shoulder straps to prevent any damage to my house. In the past the Lowes delivery guy did not and while removing old refrigerator out, damaged my front door jam. After installation, one guy tested to make sure washer has water. They took their time in troubleshooting the installation of my new dishwasher. 1. It is true. Temco Logistics is subcontracted by Home Depot and Home Depot tells you to be available "All Day" to accept the delivery. I received a reminder call the day before the scheduled delivery date. The person on the line reiterated to expect the delivery team any time during the delivery date. HOWEVER, I asked this person roughly when I could expect the team since "All Day" is a huge window. The person kindly told me that I was 3rd on the list which means I could plan on expecting the team some time in the morning. 2. They asked if I wanted to reschedule so that I could have a carpenter open up the space OR if they should continue trying. After some gentle force and wiggling of the old appliance, they got it out and carefully brought in the new dishwasher. Eli made wide calculated turns around the corners of the walls as he wheeled in the New and out with the Old. 4. What a team effort: Eli leveled the appliance while Miguel turned it ON and performed a test wash cycle to ensure that there was no leak. They also shared some maintenance tips. [e.g. how it is supposed to sound when it is appropriately draining vs if there is no sound coupled with no draining then I should first try to clear the black pipe before calling a plumber to save some $$$] Overall: I would do business with this company again. Called Home Depot and ordered a dishwasher. They deli ered a new dishwasher with missing parts and asked if they can use parts from the old one. The install guy was very disrespectful and refused to install the dishwasher because we did not pop off the trim piece before he entered the house. Very disrespectful Update: I reached out to management about our issue. They took swift action and sent Felix and Ozzy who did a great job and were extremely professional. Guys came to drop off washer made excuses no to install they said they would get paid anyways so it didn't matter. They reeked of alcohol and looked drunk. They told me the water valve was going to blow up and left house. They don't value the customers at all read more

Avoid using Temco at all costs. I am quite shocked how bad their delivery team's attitude was and how poor their customer service team is. I have encountered very lazy delivery teams that are constantly looking for ways to avoid installations and deliveries at all costs. read more

So adding onto my original review of Temco. Today (Dec 1st) I finally got my dishwasher. After the new dishwasher was ordered, I got a call from the head of customer satisfaction at Temco. He apologized for what happened and promised to look into it. I was hoping he could expedite my new delivery date, but alas, I still had to wait until December. So, this morning Temco shows up with my dishwasher. Really nice guys. However, they tell me they are only there to haul away my old washer and drop off my new one. WHAT? I am supposed to have full installation. So, I call the head of customer sat and let him know what's going on. Never got a reason for how my install was left off the work order - but I was told it would happen. Unfortunately, the guys delivering my washer didn't have the electric cord or water hose. So I had to wait for another team to come to my house to finish the install. About an hour after my washer was dropped at my door, another group of guys showed up and finished the install. Just like the first team, these guys were really nice, explained to me what they were doing, and took all the packaging with them when they left. I finally have my new washer and I'm thankful to Temco for making sure it all got done today. I've already run the dishwasher and it works great!
