It's very obvious that my situation with Temco is not unique based on the other 1 star reviews. It's also obvious that Temco really doesn't care. It's a shame that all Home Depot deliveries are sent through this company, as I will be thinking twice about ordering appliances through Home Depot now. I had 5 appliances that were to be delivered three weeks ago. All were received with the exception of a dryer, which the driver said was not on the truck. He assured me that I would be contacted the next day to reschedule delivery. I had to call Temco a number of times for an update and was finally given a new delivery date 3 weeks later. I received 2 calls the day before confirming my delivery window. When that window passed, I called Temco again and was put on hold for 20 minutes and then disconnected. I called again and waited another 20 minutes and was told that my delivery date was rescheduled and I could expect delivery in another week. I asked why it was rescheduled and they would give me no information. I had asked for this to be escalated and was pretty much blown off. If you have the choice, avoid this company at all costs. Update: After my delivery being delayed another week, I confirmed on 2 separate occasions with Temco that my appliance would be delivered on 7/30/2021 by 12:30pm. When that time passed, I called Temco and waited 40 minutes to speak to a customer service representative. Their system said I was caller #12, and it took 40 minutes to talk to someone. The customer service representative told me that my appliance was stop #9 for delivery. When I asked what stop the driver was on, there was a pause and I was informed that the driver skipped my stop. I was then put on hold for an additional 5 minutes and disconnected. I called back immediately and was informed that I was #14 in the call queue, and remained on hold for an hour and 10 minutes before I could speak with someone. At that time I was told that her notes stated that my delivery had been rescheduled "by the customer" for another week. I told her that I never rescheduled the delivery and was told that I would have to wait another week. I finally called Home Depot and canceled my order. I love shopping at Home Depot, but I can't continue to be jerked around by Temco. read more

I have had the worst experience with this delivery company I purchased a refrigerator a washer and dryer fron Home Depot on July 1st and was scheduled to receive my refrigerator on the 14th but was never delivered because they couldn't finf the unit, how ridiculous and unprofessional is that. Then my washer and dryer were scheduled to be delivered on the 21st and again never got delivered its the 29th today going to move in on the 1st and I still don't have my appliances. Before i delve into the story if this company i just want to say Please take every precaution with this company and if you can all together not use their services. They aren't professional they don't track merchandise and apparently don't know who their supervisors are and what shift they will be on. They apparently don't have a schedule of their employees so you can't expect them to know r be aware of the schedule of their deliveries. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! Ordered a dishwasher from Home Depot and they chose this company to deliver the appliance. First attempt they came within the 4 hr window and the guy checked the valve that the dishwasher was going to be connected to and they said it was in bad shape and said I suggest it be replaced as I don't feel comfortable installing a dishwasher to that. I listened and took his suggestion. Then they were trying to have me take ownership of the dishwasher which I flat out declined. It wasn't on the truck and I don't have the space to have it sitting here. I called and scheduled and they gave me a delivery day and said they will call me with a time. I took the day off and didn't leave my home so I wouldn't miss the delivery. At around 430 pm I get a phone call and I answer someone picks up but we lose connection. They call a second time and the call seems like it dropped.... I called the number several times as I was suspecting this to be the delivery drivers. Of course the phone kept ringing and going to voicemail. I had the inclination to call the delivery scheduler and company and I get the run around about oh sorry we can reschedule a different time because they are off of work. It's convenient to charge for delivery and installation and not hold your end of a purchasing agreement. I call and of course I get the run around apparently supervisors don't work at the scheduling department or at this company to take any escalation of complaints or calls. I couldn't get a name of any kind of supervisor because "we don't know the supervisors who will be on schedule." Then I get someone who says ummm the dishwasher was delivered to late from the manufacturers warehouse to be put on the truck. I of course said that wasn't possible as the dishwasher had already arrived and I explained the aforementioned first delivery and installation attempt. It will take 48-72 hrs apparently to track down my dishwasher which I paid to have delivered and installed then after the 48-72 hrs they will call to schedule a time for another delivery attempt. read more

Delivery service showed up in a beat up Budget truck- only gave me 10 minutes notice. They did not perform the install (probably dodged a bullet there, from prior reviews), but then they dumped my dishwasher in my sideyard, and FORGED my signature saying that I had accepted the product- I NEVER signed anything at all! Went to Home Depot and they refunded our installation fees, since I am now paying someone else to install the dishwasher. They were apologetic, and they don't like the delivery service either. One star is exponentially more than this "business" deserves. The ONLY reason they are even still used is due to large corporations terrible contract acquisition policies. I ordered 4 kitchen appliances thru home depot. They told me this would be the company delivering it, and led with "they're not great, If you have any issues just call us and we can work it out from there". Already a bad sign. They were scheduled for 2 weeks down the line, specifically 2 days before we left the state on vacation and needed it taken care of. They're supposed to call the day before delivery to give you a time window, then 30 minutes before delivery the day of. Day of delivery, got no call before. Had to call the automated system to get my time frame. End of timeframe comes around, and no one has arrived. Still no call, automated machine says "they're running late, but are still on their way, don't worry!" 2 hours after window closed, finally get ahold of home depot. They call the company directly. Apprently my stuff didn't get put on the truck the night before, so naturally it's our fault????? And they rescheduled me (without a f*king word to me) to the following weekend, when we will be out of state, instead of the next available delivery, as any normal company that messed up your delivery would do. So we rescheduled another 2 weeks out. So now a month since we purchased the appliances will they gracefully allow us to actually have them. They actually showed up this time, surprisingly. Then go on to tell me that they can't haul away the old Apliances that I paid to have done, reason being "you didn't order the right adapters" . Apparently they assume people don't know how to hook up appliances, but I was done with them and just told them to leave everything in the dining room and I would do it myself. Then they drop the bomb that "x company doesn't make adaptors for corner dishwashers" ok, we will just get another one. So they leave, it takes me 1hour alone to move my fridge and oven out and install the new ones (wow, no adaptors were needed CAUSE I ****ING HAD THEM). We order a new dishwasher that's price matched cause home depot and temco blamed each other for the mixup, and now new one is on order. It arrives the same day the microwave is going to be installed. Dishwasher gets here early, same issue. "This company doesn't make x adaptor" they refuse to install it again and leave. Actual appliance installer arrives and does the microwave with no issue. Decide to ask about the dishwasher and if either of the models we had ordered would fit. He says "yeah, the adaptors are pretty much universal. I installed one this morning with virtually the same exact specifications as this install here." HOLY SH*T THEY JUST LIED TO MY FACE TO NOT HAVE TO INSTALL It. Needless to say, immediately called Home Depot who said they would send them back in 2 weeks, told them to F off and give me a refund if they don't have any other company to work with. I am now looking at lowes or bestbuy to avoid working with Temco. Do yourselves a favor and avoid working or dealing with these people in any way. read more

This is the worst experience I have ever had and I will NEVER purchase any appliance ever again from Home Depot. When I arrived at my rental house, I asked the driver if he can wait just 5 minutes for my tenant to arrive and he said that he has other jobs that he needs to go to and refused to install the stove unless I open the door to let him in. I reluctantly let them in without my tenant's presence. He started to install the stove without asking me to inspect it and I then told him to wait until I inspect the stove for damages. He said again that he has other jobs to go to and didn't have time but I insisted on inspecting the stove anyway. As I inspected the back of the stove, the second worker said there's no damage on the back and if there were any, no one would notice it anyway. As I argued, the worker refused to install the stove. That's fine with me. The worker was in a haste and careless in installing the stove and I didn't want to risk him damaging the stove anyway. I asked to speak to a Customer service rep and file a complaint against the installers and after I spoke with the Temco Representative, as I was walking back to my car, one of the workers said that they were going to install the stove but after they heard my phone conversation to file complaint with the Temco service rep, they refused to install the stove. When I asked for the names of the workers, they refused to answer. I cancelled with Home Depot and purchased the same stove at LOWE'S and the difference was like night and day. They were careful and patient and immediately asked me to inspect the stove for damages, if fact, they inspected the stove as well. As I made my complaint with Home Depot, the Home Depot rep said Temco is a 3rd party vendor and they're trying to get rid of them and use their own employees. For their sake, Home Depot needs to do this ASAP, otherwise, they will continue to lose more customers. Read the other 1 star reviews of customers who say the workers try to find any excuse to NOT install the appliance. The comments are TRUE. Don't have appliances installed through Home Depot until they get rid of Temco! In the mean time, Lowe's appliance Installers are expeditious but careful and methodical which is more important than being hasty and careless. Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered a fridge from Home Depot. Temco is their designated local delivery company in the SF bay area. The fridge was delivered 4 times, damaged each time, so I had to send it back. Even the delivery said it's probably their forklift driver who is damaging it, but somehow this person still has a job there. Keep in mind, each time I had to take time off work and wait at home for their 4 hour delivery window. Finally, the 5th time it was in good shape, so they brought it in the house. I did not watch them, and only noticed the next day that they had cracked it while bringing it in. And hid this fact from me. Not to mention, each time there was a problem, you have to deal with Home Depot support, the manufacturer support line, and Temco. And the 3 constantly play the blame game, bouncing you back and forth and saying you need to talk to one of the other support teams. In all, I lost 10 hours of phone time, and 20 waiting for them in person, with nothing to show for it in the end. Lesson learned, I will never buy a major appliance from Home Depot again. read more

They deliver Home Depot's GE appliances in the SFV. They brought a washer dryer ( no masks), apparently misunderstood me, flattened the gas line in back of the dryer. Home Depot helped every step, but could not stop GE from sending them back for the install. Temco returned, hooked it up, left but the room started reeking. The gas company came, found a gas leak in the back of the dryer. Said to get rid of the machine but couldn't tell me if it came that way from GE.. So, to be fair, I have edited out a lot of yesterday's review. Home Depot sent a plumber to install the last appliance I got there. Worst company! Yesterday, Diego and his team of 2 employees (who were training), were supposed to deliver a refrigerator to our apartment. There are two entrances to the building, one through the back carport, the other through the front of the building. The carport gate was undergoing maintenance and wouldn't open. There was one way in, through the front, up two sets of four stairs, and the stairs leading to the apartment, they said they couldn't deliver it up the stairs, although on their document it stated "up to 3 flights of stairs". It was apparent that they were lazy. They left and reported the appliance undeliverable. Now we have to wait another week to receive the delivery. read more

6/21 Update they finally came and installed my dishwasher. Instead of being flush with my cabinets, like all of my dishwashers have always been, they installed it protruding out at least an inch and a half. First they told me that couldn't install my dishwasher on Sunday because of my valve being crusted open. It worked fine for me so I tried to make them come back but they wouldn't and rescheduled for Tuesday. I asked for a late delivery they called me at 9:10 and said they were on their way would be here within 30 minutes. One hour later I finally called dispatch only to find out that the truck had broken down and it probably wouldn't be able to deliver today. They called me back later I insisted on a morning delivery. Guess what the automated system just called me to let me know that my delivery time is between 1 and 5. This place is ridiculous. I don't think I will shop at Home Depot again if it means I have to deal with Temco. read more
