Called to reschedule twice and both times they confirmed the reschedule. The delivery truck arrived on the canceled delivery date... We told the drivers we rescheduled and they had no clue about the reschedule, they left and called their manager. A week later on the new delivery date, they didn't show up and told us nothing was scheduled on this date and couldn't get it out to us for a week. This is by far the worst experience dealing with a company in my whole life. I don't see how they are getting 5 star reviews recently; they must be paying people to write fake reviews. I ordered a stackable washer/dryer and a fridge from Home Depot more than 2 months ago and Temco was responsible for delivering it. I could write a whole essay on how terrible they are but I'll try to keep it as succinct as possible. Attempt 1: Fridge was dented so we refused it. Washer was not delivered and the delivery people did not know where it was. Dryer was delivered but not installed since the washer was not delivered. After spending hours on the phone with Temco, LG, and Home Depot, it turned out that Temco lost the washer and cancelled the order instead of ordering a replacement. Reason was never given. Had to reorder the washer, which was now on back order, had to wait 1 month for it to be shipped. Attempt 2: Delivered fridge. The only pleasant experience I had with them. Attempt 3: Washer was dented. Had to reorder, which took another few weeks to be shipped. Attempt 4: The delivery team stacked the washer and dryer on top of my drain pain and then shoved it across my carpet into my washer/dryer closet. They broke the PVC pipe off of the drain pan and cracked my drain pan. They left before I was able to check the pan to make sure it was OK. The funny thing was they had the audacity to say that the other delivery teams were lazy and probably damaged the appliances on purpose so that they didn't need to install them. Turns out this team was lazy themselves and didn't want to install the washer/dryer properly on the drain pan. Attempt 5: A new delivery team was supposed to come and reinstall the washer and dryer properly on the drain pan. They called me prior to coming and stated that they're not responsible for reinstalling the appliances due to a cracked drain pan and cancelled the installation. Called Temco and they said they can send a new team out. I told them don't bother with doing that, I'm going to hire someone else to do it. I wish Yelp didn't require a star selection to write a review. I placed an order via Home Depot but appliance deliveries for Home Depot are being managed by Temco Logistics. I put delivery notes on both the Home Depot order as well as the Temco Tracker they provide you with stating that all passengers need to have a state or Govt issue ID (like a license) as the delivery is at a military installation. Despite that, none of them had their license (first, this is a legal requirement when driving a vehicle, but you would think there would be checks in place BEFORE their drivers leave the warehouse and on the road?) No. This is one of the many deliveries they have screwed up. I'm also going to file a complaint with Home Depot because I don't feel like dealing with this company anymore and thus will not be ordering from Home Depot anymore either. I cleared my Saturday morning schedule for August 29. The driver calls me up and says he'll get to my location in 20 minutes. An hour later, no response to phone calls or text messages. They didn't have any other driver who had their drivers license to make the delivery the same day (RIDICULOUS!!!) to make up for the inconvenience, so I have no choice but to wait until Tuesday, Sep 1 and again clear schedule in the morning for this. read more

Just wanted to start off by saying Vincent G. & Juan B. are the Best Delivery guys EVER....They were both very Courteous, Professional and Hard working. They were assigned to deliver my Range Oven the first time around. They were being mindful of not scratching my walls or my floors while transporting the oven up the stairs. They installed the oven and even gave me a quick lesson on using the stove. Which is very Helpful(other delivery guys Do Not Go the extra mile like Vincent & Juan). They were Awesome!!! I had another delivery today(Mar 31st) for a New Microwave & Dishwasher. When I received the follow-up call from Vincent advising they would be delivering my appliances today. I Literally jumped for Joy!!! I new I would have these two great & amazing guys provide the same Excellent service they provided me a little over a week ago. I really Appreciate Gentleman such as Vincent & Juan who cares about there customers & and the respect of there homes. We need more people such as them who CARES.... With that being said, due to the times we are living in today Covid-19 they practiced Social Distancing & Cleanness. This company really sucks. I bought a refrigerator from Home Depot. Unfortunately, they use Temco for their delivery services. My delivery was scheduled for 9/25. Temco never called me to schedule the delivery time. I had to call the store to find the delivery window which was 3-7 PM. From there I used the text system to track progress. It stated the same information of 3-7 PM and that my product was on the truck. Then they did not show up and did not have the courtesy to call. When I had the store contact them, they lied and said the product arrived at their warehouse late and missed the truck. Complete LIARS. Then they have the balls to arbitrarily reschedule to Oct 8th! What Home Depot needs to understand is that when we begin our kitchen remodel with new everything, I am instructing our contractor to not purchase a single 2x4, nail or screw from them. They will lose out on $20-30K of my business because of this. Temco, I'm giving you the big middle finger. read more

Ordered a gas cooktop from Home Depot for my uncle and installation service. Homedepot used Temco. For under $500, absolutely no complaint. We missed them first time because I didn't check my phone--they called half an hour before arriving. WOULD BE CLEVER IF THEY COULD KNOCK ON MY DOOR INSTEAD. Second time delivery and installation went smoothly. I checked for damages--all okay. Finished in less than 20 minutes. Good service! Temco Logistics was meant to deliver a dishwasher: First Attempt: Showed up 5 minutes before the 4-hour window was over. I told them I had to leave for an appt so they rescheduled Second Attempt: They were a no-show on the scheduled day and time. I called their customer service, I was told the dishwasher was damaged so had to reschedule Third Attempt: They finally arrived but said the water valve connector was plastic and it has to be changed to metal so they couldn't install the new dishwasher. (We got a plumber to change it) Fourth Attempt: They show up and took pictures of my closed garage door and claimed that there was nobody at home without coming to the front door to ring the bell. (This was unbelievable and frustrating that their lazy drivers would lie and write false notes) Before you order appliances from Home Depot, try to verify if it will be this company doing the delivery. I felt that writing a review might help the next person that makes a purchase from Home Depot and has Temco Logistics do the delivery. I purchased a dishwasher from Home Depot and purchased the installation package. As we were in the middle of a remodel of our kitchen and yet had the plumber out to do the pipe and water the delivery people from Temco Logistics just slid the dishwasher into the location but didn't hook it up. They had the wife sign that delivery and install had been done (she didn't read what she signed) and I asked Home Depot to remove the installation charge and they said they couldn't as Temco Logistics reported that they had done the installation. I have called Temco four times to get their charge reversed as they didn't do the install and they won't and even when I have tried to speak with a supervisor about it she is never in or in a meeting and when I request a call back the supervisor has yet to do so. So, making this statement on yelp I hope to help others who have Temco do a delivery to not sign the form unless the work has been completed correctly. I will continue to pursue this issue and get a refund for work not done. It is sad that Home Depot continues to use Temco as Temco seems to have more complaints which reflect on Home Depot and the service they provide. Used by Home Depot Cypress branch to deliver and install appliance and did an incomplete and hurried job. Day 1 of the ordeal at 9 AM, the installation day: The delivery/installation guys said the kit that came wasn't compatible, so they suggested to use the old one. They said we could return it ourselves so the refund would be faster. They turned on the appliance for a few minutes to test and left in a hurry while the appliance was still running. Before leaving, one of them asked for a good review and wrote down their names as "Richard and Miguel." After they left, we discovered that per the manufacturer, the part provided was universal and should work. Additional kit in a box was left unopened and uninstalled, left on top of the appliance. After Googling and talking to Home Depot online and via phone and learning that all the kit provided and purchased should have been installed, we called Richard and asked him to come back. Richard said he'd come back around 4-5 pm same day. After 3 phone follow-ups around 6 pm, Richard said he was going to try the next day, if not that night, because he was still doing installation--that or we could call the warehouse. So we did. We called the warehouse and we were transferred to HomeDepot.com for a work order. No briefing was done before we were transferred, so we had to re-tell the unfortunate events over and over again. After being bounced around between this company and HomeDepot.com and Home Depot Cypress branch for 12 hrs straight + and still counting, the best they could do is to schedule us in another week. Day 2 of this ordeal starting at 7:30 AM, long story short, back to Home Depot-Cypress, "Mario" in Appliance said he could do the installation himself same or next day if he could find a company truck. We called to confirm the time, and after being routed a million times, finally someone said Mario was at lunch and that we could call back at 1:30 because no one could take a message for him. We're still calling Mario. It's past 2 PM, we're still waiting. read more

Your installers did not install my appliances correctly. I had two refrigerators delivered on the same day, both with problems. Doors on the first refrigerator not level, hot water coming out of my cold water dispenser, water filter not installed properly. The second refrigerator not balanced properly, the freezer opens when I close the fridge, and the fridge opens when I close the freezer. In addition, I made two appointments to have the problems resolved. Your people no showed and did not call me. The first day I was stop # 19 and called to check, I was assured I was next. Today I called at 12:00PM, my appointment was 8:30AM-12:30PM. I was told I was stop number 9 and they were on number 7, someone would call me within the 1/2 hour. I called at 1:00PM to find out that I had been skipped. The delivery people did not call or come to my home, they just skipped me. I work from home, and was home for both appointments all day. I even canceled a vet appointment. I had my phone on me the entire day, no one called. Your phone hold times are ridiculous, and your customer service person never scheduled another appointment for me, I will be writing reviews all over the internet, and contacting Home Depot Directly to tell them about your horrific service. read more

Spent almost $2k at Hawthorne Home Depot on a washer and dryer set. They told me that the earliest they can deliver is in 7 days...ok not ideal, but I can go a week without doing laundry. 7 days later, the installer came by on time, and was extremely pleasant in installing the washer and dryer. I even tipped him and his partner. Then everything started going down hill. We immediately loaded the washer and get an error message that water is not properly going in. I called the installer right away and he said he can't come back because he already left and that I need to call Home Depot. Home Depot gives me the phone number for Temco's call center in LV who tells me that the earliest they can come and properly set up the washer and dryer is at the end of the week on Sunday -______- At the end of the day, it's really Home Depot's responsibility for hiring these clowns despite all of the unhappy customer reviews that's evident here. Morale of the story, don't purchase major appliances at Home Depot if you need some one to deliver and install them into your homes. read more

Negative 5 stars, they owe me 5 stars. Apparently Home Depot has contracted with them for delivery. I ordered a washer and dryer. After waiting one month, Temco was supposed to deliver, never showed. I called and they had LOST my appliances. They conducted a warehouse search which took a week, thought they found them, scheduled delivery without notifying me, then LOST them again. Did ANOTHER warehouse search and one week later apparently found them, booked a delivery for 2wks later. When they showed up, they only had the dryer, they had LOST the washer. Called back again and no one knows where it is. It's been 6 weeks since appliances should have been delivered, I have spent over 10hrs on the phone and I have no hope my appliances will be delivered. Had a pretty bad experience with this company. Had to get a new oven from my home warranty and they ordered an oven and it took a few days to arrive. When They showed up to deliver it the oven has been damage to it and they had to take it back and order a new one. The next oven delivery comes a week and a half later and that they show up to deliver it and again but It also had been had damaged And I was not going to take this oven so it once again send the oven back and ordered a new one. They called me saying it was ready to be delivered but then they mentioned it had been hit by a forklift, So again had to order a new oven and this is now two weeks later. They called me and let me know they would be delivering the oven and then the next that day the delivery the driver calls me and says he's on his way. Waited two hours did not hear anything else nobody comes to show up for delivery of the oven I called and they let me know the oven was not loaded on the truck that day and that's why they did not arrive for delivery. I told them they could at least let me know it was going to be delivered and I wouldn't be waiting around wasting time. Finally the next week we schedule a delivery again they show up and install the oven but glass all over the place from the prior oven all over the floor of my linoleum got scratched up. I put in a claim with the company and I have still yet to hear anything back from them and it has been over a month. For over two months we dealt with no-call-no-shows, multi-week rescheduling at the fault of Temco and no follow up from the company. Customer Support's Tag line should be changed from "Is there anything else I can help you with today", to "Lose our number if you need anything" - Problem solving seemed to be left off the requisite skillsets when they were hiring this latest pool of useless, situationally unaware, tone deaf, knuckle draggers. These are the facts: As of Nov. 11, 2011, Temco Logistics has attempted three times to deliver an LG refrigerator because of its repeated failure to consider the flight of stairs connecting my house to the street. On Sep. 24, I purchased an LG fridge from Home Depot with a final price exceeding $4,000. It was scheduled for delivery on Oct. 3 by Temco. When the two delivery guys showed up, they unloaded the fridge from the truck and the water dispenser handle was broken. One of them told me it would be taken back and replaced. The 2nd delivery attempt was made on Oct. 26. When the two delivery guys showed up, one of them told me that they needed three people because it would be unsafe to attempt carrying the fridge over the stairs by just two people. This information should have been noted after the first delivery attempt, which would have not wasted the second attempt. The 3rd attempt was scheduled for Nov. 2. However, only two people showed up and indicated their delivery notes did not state that my house had a flight of stairs or that three people had been previously requested to deliver it. They nonetheless attempted to carry the fridge over the steps and unfortunately the fridge fell over one of the men's legs and it was damaged; I hope the delivery man's leg is okay. I'll also note that someone at Temco falsified my signature in a Proof of Delivery PDF I received for this 3rd attempt via text. A 4th delivery attempt is scheduled for Nov. 13. On Nov. 10, I called the LG delivery dept. and the LG rep got in touch with Temco's escalation team, who told her that the number of people depended on the route in which the fridge would be part of. Temco also told the LG rep that if only two people showed up, they would leave the fridge on the street and that I would have to hire a company to bring it up the stairs; I'll note that I paid for installation and haul-away of the old fridge. read more
