This service really stinks. The first dishwasher was damaged, two weeks ago. I was notified that it would be here today by auto voice between 7 and 11. Called the number at 1:30 to be told the order had been canceled. When, Canceled. By who, canceled. When, don't know, canceled. Next person, " I don't know why, oh damaged. You have been rescheduled for tomorrow." So it takes two weeks to get a new unit from the first damaged unit but only 24 hours to get another one? BS. By the way the way this whole Home Depot cluster began 29 days ago. I have had to do all of the foot work to get any info on the replacement and missed appointment. read more

The worst delivery company been waiting for a stove fridge for over a month now finally got a message that it would be delivered between 7-11am , delivery personnel did not show up till 7pm with only the fridge ! When I called the company no one could help , not even a courtesy call to let me know they will be late show . So the stove got rescheduled for the following week , I got a message alert delivery will take place Saturday between 7am-11am , this time NO ONE SHOWED UP when I call the customer service was no hell stating they can't locate the driver and cannot look up my order WTH ! It is now a month they have "escalated" the manner to locate the stove in the warehouse, like where is the stove? U cannot locate it in the warehouse ? What ? Now little over a month no call yet ! Destroyed driveway and memorably bad service. Have any other options? Use them. Home Depot uses this company and you will read terrible reviews about them all over the internet. They have a corporate policy that they WILL NOT TOUCH your old stove on the first visit, if it has a down draft fan or is a gas stove. That's probably half of you. So, they drop off your new range attractively in your living room, then you have to re-schedule with them to send out a team that knows how to actually install your new stove. Why do they do it like this? Because many, many homeowners don't want to wait 2 more weeks to get their stove installed and either call a private repairman, or simply take the time to install it themselves. They could simply ask what kind of stove you have during scheduling, but this wouldn't save them any money due to disgusted customers dropping out. So, that "free installation" you got from Home Depot turns out to be just delivery. If you have an electric range with no vent fan going out, and one coming in, perhaps it will be quick. If not, expect to wait more time to get your new appliance installed. In my case, they also destroyed my driveway, as they tried to back a large delivery truck down the drive (rather than turning it around at the head of the drive as is obviously correct) and immediately went off road into the soft grass and got stuck. Tried to get a manager on the phone, and was told none were available. Obviously, I reached out to Home Depot corporate to let them know what their affiliate is doing, they are looking into it. May have to sue to get my driveway fixed, we'll see. read more

I purchased a washing machine from Home Depot and the delivery guys forgot to put the drain hose in proper place and flooded my floors as a result of their negligence. They don't even deserve a 1 star rating. This company is not reliable at all. My appliance was bought and paid for but never delivered. Excuse after excuse and pathetic communication. I had 2 refrigerators completely empty after the driver called to say they were 30 minutes away. After almost 3 hours, we finally gave up and put our melting meat and ice cream back into the freezer. After too many phone calls to Home Depot's "Customer Service", I gave up. I've had to reorder my laundry center 3x already. Temco's delivery team failed to deliver the first time (12/15/21), broke my old unit's drain line and falsely claimed my valve was corroded and water couldn't be shut off to avoid installation and delivery (12/18/21), and the third delivery was cancelled for NO REASON after calling me to tell me they're on their way (12/21/21). I spent the night trying to give away the old unit so I can access the "broken valve" and shut off my neighbors water for hours for the repair and IT WASNT EVEN BROKEN!!! I was able to turn the valve by hand and to top it off, they broke my laundry room's trim in their failed attempt to remove the old unit. It's been almost a month and I still have no laundry center all because Temco employees are incompetent, lazy, and dishonest! The wait for a new one wouldn't be as bad had they not destroyed my older unit. I wish Home Depot didn't have these vendors as their delivery team because they are just AWFUL read more

Home Depot had these guys delivering a refrigerator. Refrigerator came before kitchen remodel was done. First guy was very nice and said we could put it in the garage and they could come out within 30 days to move it into the house. Awesome! Well, we called on the 26th day to have someone come out and they told us they couldn't schedule anyone before the 30th day so too bad. My wife spent about 2 hours on the phone with them and they agreed to have someone come move it on on the 32nd day. Ok, it was a pain but whatever. We were given a timeline on the delivery date from 2:30 - 6:30. The driver called at 12:46 and said he'd be here in 5 minutes to an hour. Had to adjust my day and put off lunch, but at this point I just want to get it done. Fast forward to 1:33 PM. I come out of the bathroom and my phone is blowing up with calls from the delivery driver and my wife. I answer and my wife says, in a panicked voice, "Can you please go out there and get the fridge so he doesn't leave!" I rush outside to meet him and make it to the sidewalk by his truck. I am relieved to see his window is down so he'll hear me for sure! I wave to him as he puts his truck in gear and drives off. I try to call him - no one answers. Finally, my wife gets ahold of him and he tells her "I already marked it so I can't go back." The first missed call I had was at 1:29 PM. I called their customer service line and they said they couldn't reschedule the service for another week. This, mind you, was at around 2:00 - BEFORE their service window even opened! All they could say was "I'm sorry, it's the first available date." Updates coming. read more

Horrible. Worst delivery experience I've ever had. I wish I could give them zero stars. On THREE different occasions, Temco Logistics left an automated message the day before, giving me a 4 hour delivery window for the following day to install my washing machine, and THREE times they did NOT show up AND didn't even bother calling me! Oh, and get this, if they don't show up, you have to call and reschedule and it's always 8 days out, not the next day, even when they're at fault. It's totally unacceptable to do that to customers. I had to leave work 3 times and wait at home for 4 hours - for nothing! It makes no sense that Home Depot contracts out with Temco. I'll never buy another large appliance from Home Depot again as a result. read more

I cannot recommend highly enough that you do NOT use this company. Temco delivered and installed a dishwasher that we purchased at Home Depot. After we used the dishwasher, the floors in our kitchen buckled. Unfortunately, the installers inserted the hose in a way that kinked the hose and the few times we used the dishwasher after installation, it leaked water out of the kink and under the floors. In the end, we had $30,000 of damage to our kitchen due to this incompetent installation. Floors, cabinets, drywall and counter had to be removed and replaced. We were not able to use our kitchen for about two months. If you purchase from any of the major appliance stores, there is a high chance that they contract with Temco for delivery and installation. From now on I will take the contracted installation company into consideration when purchasing appliances. If the store I am considering purchasing an appliance from uses Temco for delivery and or installation, I will 100% buy my item elsewhere. Stay far away from this one. read more

We purchased washer & dryer through Home Depot - and had it delivered by Temco Delivery. However, it was a horrible experience. We purchased all the hose/parts via Home Depot - but the servicemen, from the moment we opened the door had an aggressive/unfriendly attitude, would constantly ask us where our hose/parts were when we obviously had purchased the parts through Home Depot. Then they would yell "receipt, receipt." So once we showed them that we had purchased the parts - there was no mention of 'I apologize for the confusion/miscommunication.' Then they go ahead and start installing the parts - and not only do they just curtly tell us the door is too narrow - but they just stand there annoyingly as if it's our fault that we didn't have everything prepared. I previously spoke with Home Depot personnel to ask about what we had to "prepare the home" for the delivery - to make sure that everything goes smoothly. Regardless - they were undoubtedly annoyed/unfriendly and were rough with the machines and our home. We have scratches on our door as they were trying to fit it through our laundry room. I've had multiple appliances delivered to my home, and never once did I have such a horrible experience. I understand that it may be a 'third' party that is hired to carry out these services - but knowing that it is a reflection of Home Depot of who they pick/hire to carry our their services is very disappointing. read more

The 2nd Temco team that delivered our reordered appliance were excellent. They were professional, on time, worked as a team and moved our appliance into a tight space without any problems. The main installer knew how to set up the appliance and had their own tools. Taking off 1 star because 1st delivery was not successful, installation failed, crew needed to borrow a tool and rushed off with snipper, team members both did not speak same language and it was difficult for them to understand each other. Truly the worst customer experience I've ever had. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a washer and dryer from Home Depot to be delivered a week ago. When the units arrived, they were damaged. So, back on the truck they went. Then nobody followed up to reschedule so I call, they tell me I have to go in person to Home Depot to reschedule. I do that. Delivery scheduled for yesterday. Nobody shows up. Nobody calls. I call yesterday and they confirm that nobody showed up and nobody called. They tell me they'll schedule it for tomorrow (Friday). We call this AM to double check and the lady tells us it's not coming and that it's because the address is wrong. So my pregnant wife tells her that's a lie, so she leaves us on hold for over an hour out of spite. read more

I ordered a refrigerator from Home Depot on June 23, 2021, with delivery scheduled for June 29, 2021 between 12 pm and 4 pm. At 3:57 pm of the delivery date, I received a call from the driver saying that he would be at my house in "20 or 30 minutes." They never showed up, and never picked up the phone when I tried to call them. When I called Home Depot about the delivery issue, the agent told me that the delivery team claimed that they came and left a note because nobody was at home, they even said they had a picture to prove they came. I know that was a lie because I was home the entire time and waiting for the delivery. My camera was on and I can prove that they never showed up nor left any notes. I do have camera recorded and willing to show to the court that they were never showed up and there was no note left behind. read more

After three scheduled appointments, we are still waiting for the refrigerator to be delivered and installed in our kitchen. Another dissatisfied Temco customer joining the Yelp 'support group' for a rant and, hopefully, **advance warning** to anyone thinking of using Temco Logistics. Our story is like many other victim-customers of Temco Logistics: 1. Ordered washer/dryer from Home Depot on 5/22/21 2. Called for delivery date from Temco. No time window was assigned until day before delivery. 3. 1st delivery attempt: 2 guys spent 2 minutes then said they couldn't install the new unit until we had a new gas line put in. (To be fair, this could have been a legitimate issue as the unit had been in place for more than 15 years. So we had our plumber come the next day to install a new gas line.) 4. Called Temco again to schedule a 2nd delivery. The earliest option was 1.5 weeks out. Again, no time window assigned until the day before delivery date. 5. 2nd delivery attempt: 2 men came. Again, after 2 minutes, they found another issue: we needed longer water hoses to accommodate the new unit. Even though we paid extra for the necessary water and gas hose part kits at the time of purchase, the team did not come with the appropriate kit for the machine. We offered to run to Home Depot to get different hoses but the guys were in a big hurry to leave. Same day, we bought multiple additional hose options from Home Depot to be prepared for the next visit and called Temco to schedule delivery #3. 6. Called to schedule delivery #3 and no appointments were available for another 2 weeks. At this point, we were more assertive letting the scheduler know that the first crew should have told us ALL that was needed to take delivery so we wouldn't have new problems each time. (We're still not clear why they could not use the parts package from Home Depot.) 7. 3rd delivery attempt: even though we were notified the day before that our delivery window was 7a-11a, the driver called at 5:50am to say he wanted to come into our home(!). 3 men showed up instead of two. Their names were OSCAR LOPEZ (the driver), FRANCISCO ROMERO AND MARVIN ROSALES (even Tempco didn't have this guy registered at our house) -- beware if these are your delivery people. The driver, Oscar, came in to our house and was SO RUDE. We refused to acknowledge me or even respond to a 'hello' as he marched in. Went straight to the unit area, disassembled our closet door door and proceeded to soil our white carpet with the door and his dirty shoes. Asking him to show a little more respect in our home, maybe lay down a drop cloth or blanket, he challenged me (finally looking at me) and saying: 'What, I know you're not going to hit me." Really?! What kind of customer service is this? And what's with rolling up to someone's house so early in the morning acting like such a jerk? Things continued to get worse. The men proceeded to damage our drywall taking the old unit out, then afterwards 'found' damage on our new washer/dryer unit. The new unit had clearly been struck on the side by a blunt object which pierced the cardboard box and materially bent the side of the machine. The unit packaging had no other scuffs or markings. The strike was clean and likely recent, as they didn't tell us about the damage when they arrived and surely would have caught in a quality check when loading the truck or after arriving at our place. With their horrible attitude, we wouldn't be surprised if these guys just didn't want to install after the haul, so damaged it themselves. There also was no license plate on the truck. Just a plate saying 'Real Hasta La Muerte." The worst part is that OSCAR FORGED MY SIGNATURE as if we had accepted delivery of an undamaged unit. THIS IS FRAUD. It's important to note that I have called twice asking to speak with a Temco supervisor, and have not received a call back. Home Depot management says there is not much they can do as Temco is contracted at a corporate level and is used by Home Depot, Best Buy and Lowe's with a monopoly on the delivery business. Please question this company (or the big box suppliers who use them), or better, go to a mom and pop appliance store. (We found the same machine with delivery for less than HD+Temco.) If you have your own horrible experience with Temco, be sure to escalate your story up the chain with your big box store so the management negotiating these service agreements can be aware. Companies like Temco should not be in business with such horrible delivery and customer service. read more

I received a call on 12/7/21 stating that my Home Depot stove delivery would be from 7-11am. At 6:21am I got a call from someone with a 909 area code. Me not knowing who the caller was, I did not pick up. At 6:55am the delivery driver finally decided to leave a voicemail stating he was at my gate waiting. I immediately called him back at 6:57am and he told me he already left since I did not answer and would be back in 20 minutes. It wasn't even 7am yet! When we spoke, I instructed him to enter a specific gate and use the call box to call me and I would buzz him into my complex.  Which I also mentioned in the delivery instructions. At 7:32 am, he called me to tell me he was there and at a different gate. He did not follow the instructions that I told him. Anyway, I told him my grandmother was coming out to get him. 5 minutes later he calls asking where we are. I said to please hold on 5 more minutes since this is a large complex and my grandmother who is an elderly woman was coming to get him. He was unhappy about waiting 5 more minutes and started to give me attitude. Once my grandmother got to the gate one minute later, no one was there. I called him and no answer. After that, I called Temco Delivery and the woman on the phone stated that the driver was already at stop #4. How is this possible if he just left my complex?? She told me that she would reach out to the driver and I should call her back to get an update. Really?? I didn't understand why I needed to call back and follow up about a service that they are supposed to provide. This should not be my job to do. She should have been the one to follow up with me and give me a plan on how to move forward. I waited for someone to reach out to give me a new plan or date and no one did so I got frustrated and hours later, I reached out myself. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me that it takes 3 days to request a manager. REALLY??? The whole experience with Temco was horrible. The delivery driver was rude over the phone and had zero compassion or understanding. I ended up not getting my stove delivered and had to wait another week for rescheduled delivery. They are making such a reputable company like Home Depot look so bad... Also, since I didn't get to speak with a manager, I am writing this Yelp review instead, in hopes that someone sees it and does something about this. read more

My delivery was right on time! Three hours before the window I was given. And they called me a half hour before they arrive to let me know they were coming. The installation technicians were very cool and helpful. And delivered my new dishwasher perfectly, no scratches and made sure to run it before they left and it is in proper working order.
