Temco Logistics is the worst company I have ever dealt with in many decades. They deserve a zero star rating. Al the other 1-star ratings summarize my own experience with Temco. Here is my nightmare and the multiple lies from Temco: I purchased a stacked washer and dryer at Home Depot, only to be surprised that it could not be delivered for over 10 days. So 9 days later, I got an automated phone call from Temco that they would be delivered the following day between 8 am and 12 noon, and that "the driver will phone 30 minutes before arriving". So I got up early the next morning and waited. And waited, and waited. I never received a phone call from the driver. That was LIE #1. No delivery persons came. At around noon I called and the Temco rep said "the driver says he is outside the front door right now and no one is answering". I looked out the front window and there was no sign of any truck or delivery persons. That was LIE #2. I asked the rep to contact the driver again and after a few minutes on hold he said the driver was not answering the phone. The rep said he would call back as soon as he could get ahold of the driver. That was LIE #3. Now it is nearly 12:30 pm and I called Temco again. This time another rep said that I was #7 in a line of about 21 deliveries. He said the driver had already moved on and he would try to get them back but they were not answering their phone; he said he'd call me back in a few minutes. LIE #4. And he said he would "escalate this to management" but that he could only email management; neither he, nor I could not talk to management. On my third phone call 20 minutes later, I said "why don't you call the phone number of the next customer and ask them to tell the driver to call you?" There was a long silence after which he said, "that's a good idea, and I will call you back to update you". LIE #5. I made a total of SEVEN phone calls to Temco over the next few hours, and in each case got the same story and that they would "escalate it to management by email" , with the promise to call me back. LIES #6, 7, & 8. In the last call, the rep said that the driver reported that the space in front of my house was too small for their big truck, so they just drove on by. Wait, what about the story of the driver at my front door? That was LIE #9 because there is a huge space in front of my house with 4 side-by side garages giving clear space for an 18 wheeler semi. At near the end of the day, I got a nice phone call from a Temco rep who really seemed to take my side. She said she had looked at my home on Google Street Maps and saw there was in fact plenty of room for their truck, so the driver was clearly not telling the truth. By that time it was after 6 pm and she said the drivers had gone home and she could not call them back. The best she could do would be to schedule the delivery a week later. On the next attempted delivery a week later, the driver actually called about 15 minutes before delivery, and they installed the new washer and dryer. BUT....They REFUSED to take the old washer and dryer away even though I had paid for their removal! They said "there's no room in the truck". So how can you take out a mega-size pair of machines from your truck, install them, and not be able to fit a much smaller 20 year old pair of machines back in your truck? I called that same nice lady back (she had given me a direct phone number!) who was again really upset that this happened to me. She called the driver and they still refused to take the machines even after her insistence. Bottom line: she said they were too lazy to move the old machines around in their truck as they unloaded later deliveries. At least someone is honest. She scheduled a later "pick-up" of the old machines for a week later. A week later, a different team of 3 people came and picked up old machines on time and even made the promised 30- minute pre-call. These were very courteous and nice people this time, and we tipped them. Was it all over? Not quite. Later that same day I got an automated call that "my machines will be DELIVERED tomorrow morning! Say what? By the way, I called the manager at the Home Depot store to ask for help, and he said they had literally multiple dozens of complaints about Temco and when they pass them to Home Depot upper management, they are totally ignored. In other words, Home Depot wants the CHEAPEST delivery contractor, regardless of how badly they mistreat the customers. So I suggest you never buy appliances from a store (like Home Depot) that uses Temco Logistics for delivery, folks! read more

We call before the delivery date tell them our business hours, the dispatcher said they put the delivery notice on my schedule, but they still delivery without the business time. Temco has now been to my house three times. All three times have been terrible! The first time they came, they delivered a dishwasher & took out a chunk of my baseboard on the way into my kitchen & completely scratched up the side of my cabinet "forcing" the dishwasher into place. Then the dishwasher broke after 2 days. A few weeks later, they came to pick up the broken one. As they were pulling it out of its place, the guy put it onto the dolly & lifted up- which completely detached my granite countertop from the cabinets as well as detaching my sink. I insisted that he note the damage on the receipt. He did & then didn't want to give me a copy, so I took a picture of the receipt. While removing the dishwasher, they also took a tee shaped adapter from underneath the sink without telling me. Yes - they actually stole my part!! When Temco returned the next day to install the new dishwasher, they said they couldn't install because there was no water line. I have both before & after pictures so I know the water line was there. The manager at Home Depot is now dealing directly with Temco & is aware of all of the damage they have caused & claims have been filed with their insurance company. It is unfortunate that I won't be purchasing anymore appliances at Home Depot until they stop using this HORRIBLE company to deliver their products. DO NOT USE! THEY ARE THE WORST!! read more

This company has now no-call no-showed twice for the delivery appointment for delivering appliances. After the first delivery window was missed (with no heads up, no warning), I called their customer service and was told there was nothing they could do - I would just have to take the next available delivery appointment one week later. They wouldn't work with me to expedite that date and they wouldn't let me arrange to pick up the appliance. I asked to speak to a manager and was told on the phone that I would get a call in the next day from someone. This promise was - of course - not upheld, and when I called back the next customer service rep indicated that the prior rep had not even submitted the request for escalation. After locking in the second delivery date, I called multiple times the days before delivery to double-check that the appointment was confirmed, and rearranged my work schedule accordingly. On the day of the scheduled delivery I called twice to check on the status, and both times I was told that the appliances were on the way and would be delivered that day. The entire delivery window rolled by and still no appliances and no communication from this company. I have been the one initiating contact, and each time the service reps act like I am crazy for being concerned and confused about what is going on here. I have no fridge, stove, dishwasher, or laundry machines while waiting for this delivery and I still have no idea when it will be actually delivered. read more

Communicated well, and offered to move items for me to get the fridge in the kitchen. They explained every step to me and made sure everything was set up to my liking. Temco Logistics. How do you still stay in business? Your Yelp reviews suck!!! Home Depot. What idiot Home Depot higher up makes the decision to keep making HD customers suffer with an as+clown delivery service like Temco Logistics? And why only use one delivery service? Why not use a few and create competition? Have you seen Temco Logistics Yelp reviews? Do you know the hours I spend with your phone reps over Temco Logistics' as+clown failure to deliver? Delivery attempt #1: I got a call the night before to be ready to get delivery between 8:30 - 12:30 the next day. After waiting around all day, I called Home Depot who told me "prooduct never made it on the truck". I asked Home Depot to give me the number for the delivery company to see what's going on. Temco rep told me they're doing a doc search? and when they find the item, it'll get the on truck. Delivery attempt #2: I got a call the night before to be ready to accept delivery between 8:30-12:30. After sitting around all day, I called Temco and the rep told me there was a shortage of drivers and the item never left the warehouse. I asked why I wasn't told so I didn't have to miss work...blah blah blah Delivery attempt #3: Same night prior call asking me to be ready to accept delivery. I proactively called in the morning and was told the item never made it on the truck. I called Home Depot to complain offered to have them deliver to local Home Depot store, I'd hire installers and I'd give Home Depot the bill. Home Depot said they don't do it like this. We do a 3 way call with Temco and was assured that the next time, it'll get on a truck because they were going to do a "doc search?" which was what I heard after delivery attempt #1. I asked what if it doesn't happen? They said not to worry. Delivery attempt #4: I called several times during the day to make sure the items were on the truck and my delivery "was the last one of the day". Around 5PM, I called again and was told "delivery wasn't going to happen, sorry". I went to local Home Depot store and asked if I could just buy it directly from the store and rep said it wouldn't make a difference, they use Temco for direct purchases too. I asked "aren't there a bunch of customers like me then?" Rep replied, "no, you're actually really nice"... Delivery attempt #5: Never made it on the truck. Like previous 4 attempts, no one from Temco calls me. I call Home Depot and spend another 2 hours of my life to try to avoid dealing with Temco. Temco supervisor says she can only send an escalated email to the warehouse and like the previous 4 attempts, cannot put me in front of the delivery schedule because that's not how their scheduling system works. I was pleasantly surprised given this was my first major appliance purchase from Home Depot. I was provided an estimated delivery date of Saturday, May 7. The day before I received a text message reconfirming the delivery date and four hour delivery window of 7 to 11 am. The following morning Julio called to say he would be by in 1/2 hour. They arrived on time and installed my Frigidaire refrigerator. I should add that there was a small glitch. They had to remove the door to my old refrigerator in order to remove it from the premises. How can I give a business any lower stars? I set up my delivery with Home Depot for the afternoon because I work. I get a call from Temco that it'll be delivered in the morning. I was one hold for TWO HOURS (see picture if you don't believe) and finally hung up. Then 3 guys show up, drill my custom cabinets (without telling me what they're doing and I was right there) and leave a mess all over my kitchen. PLEASE NOTE THE DRIVERS ARE THE ONLY REASON I AM GIVING 5 STARS!!! The drivers for the company are WONDERFUL and they really do care about their customers. I would hire them in a heartbeat. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy even when the women in the office do not. I should not give 5 stars because the women in the office are rude, unprofessional and honestly not worth the minimum wage they are likely paid. They clearly do not care about bad reviews and as a business owner I find this to be the most concerning part about my entire interaction with them. TEMCO wake up!!! You need to hire professionals if you want to keep contracts with large vendors like Home Depot. Cheap rates will not go far when Home Depot has to keep refunding customers. read more

Delivery guys called 30mins prior and arrived as promised, within the time frame. They uncrated and disposed of all the cardboard which was awesome. I chose to install it myself so I had them place it in my garage. The service guys were polite and fast. Total time 10min maybe 15mins. Great service! read more

Just got cut off by a speeding Temco Logistics truck. A paper flew off the truck (or out of the window) as the driver made an unsafe, speeding turn from a side street into a larger street heading south, cutting me off in the process. The paper looked like a business document, like an invoice or something. The street has a posted 35 mph limit, as it's a residential neighborhood. The truck was barreling down it at 50 minimum, only to have to stop at the red light a few blocks down, like everyone else. read more

I bought a washer and dryer from Home Depot. The delivery service provided by this team was on time and the installation was efficient.

The delivery team arrived and would not install the new dishwasher that I purchased from Costco. The installer claimed that the drain hose would not be long enough, without even measuring. I explained that the current hook up has been working perfect for 11 years without any issues. Since he insisted he could not hook up the new dishwasher, I asked if they could just drop it off, and haul away the old one, and they said no. I then asked if they could just drop off the new dishwasher and they went to the truck and drove off. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this company. I now have to take another day off work to reschedule delivery for next week. I hope it is not the same company. Terrible customer service. read more
