I had an extremely bad experience with one of this company's drivers. The river had parked the truck in such a way to have blocked the entrance and exit to our building parking entrance. Despite repeated request from all the cars wanting to exit or enter the parking the driver and his help would not move the truck. The delivery was not even to the building that they had blocked the entrance to. Things got worse when one of the residents had an emergency and had to be rushed to the hospital. even then the driver did not move the truck. We had no other option but to call the paramedics and the police, Meanwhile one of the residents who was trying to come to the parking volunteered to take the sick man to hospital. The paramedics and police arrived and the driver only concern at the time was am I going to get a ticket or the company. The truck did get a ticket but nothing else happened to the driver and our repeated calls to their office. Our fridge delivery was delivered smoothly. Communications were great; was provided a delivery date, notified the day before, and then 30 mins before arrival. Removal of old fridge was also great; was even told that my water valve should probably be replaced since it had a minor leak upon shutting off. Installation was perfect as well; the team checked for blemishes and then centered the unit. Hope Home Depot keeps using these guys for my future appliance purchases. read more

I literally made a Yelp account to give this review, the service has been so horrible. I've been trying to have a dishwasher installed for 6 months. Of the 8 times I've scheduled to have it delivered and installed, they have never given me the 30 minute heads up call (which they always say they will do), I've never received the day before delivery window call, they've skipped me in their delivery / installation route multiple times, and their installation crews refuse to try and install anything that looks like it will take more than 10 minutes. They even canceled my order without telling me, reaching out to reschedule, or contacting the company I purchased the dishwasher from (Home Depot) to notify them. Even when contacting customer service to see status on the delivery team, they've never been able to reach the team, which seems like a systematic issue that should really be addressed. My experience with Temco has truly been one of the worst purchasing and customer service experiences of my life. I would never recommend using them. read more

This was the first time I ordered a new refrigerator and I was excited! I was concerned about the delivery folks being able to find me in my large condo complex and make it up the five stairs at the entry, but I didn't have to worry. These guys were great! They called me when they were 10 minutes away and again when they arrived at the gate. They were friendly and fast/efficient and yet they took great care moving it through the doorways. This place is a JOKE......and the people who they have working for them are incompetent. I order 4 high end appliances from HOME DEPOT, a dryer, refrigerator with pad, stove with air fryer, hood, and a dryer. They first day they came I saw him dragging the dryer up the rock walk way said your rocks are doing to get damaged I said pick it up there were 3 healthy young men, he said you wanna come out here and pick it up, I said I can very very disrespectful, then to find out they had the wrong appliance in the first place and then he did not want to remove it but said instead this is what you ordered, I said I did not he argued with me my friend was here we were just looking at each other in disbelief...I said you are to young to have such a negative attitude, and said perhaps you should have verified inventory with me before you unboxed it and took it off the truck, then brought what I bought to my house BOXED because all the appliances were unboxed that they brought in, they were giggling and laughing thought it all was a big joke, the fridge was scratched, part of oven hood missing the piece that covers the duct, dryer dented hook ups missing. I called about scratched appliance, they said they could squeeze me in but 6 days later really that is squeezing, then waited in the 5th hour on that day I finally called them and was told that they had come but there was no one over 18 years of age to accept it I said that is not true I am a widowed single woman no children on the property they are either lying or went to the wrong house or just wanted to go home because it was now close to 5 pm last moment to deliver it gets better OKAY 3rd time they come yes 3, they called said they could not deliver the appliance as the street was crowded once again in the final hour I got online found number and took pics of the street in residential neighborhood, same neighborhood they delivered damaged missing appliances to the first delivery mind you that they pulled A HUGE TRUCK UP TO and parked it in the street in front of the house took off appliances and made delivery.....I texted him and said just pull up he said he did not want to block driveway I said block it is is mine it is okay while all across America there are drive ways being blocked with waste management trucks amazon trucks et. etc. and traffic waits why was today so different I was so frustrated at this time. I had called HOME DEPOT on the 2nd attempt to get my appliances, and the store manager got on the phone very, very nice man and I told him what happened, he said YES WE ARE AWARE of how they perform and because of the NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS THEY HAVE RECEIVED ABOUT TEMCO LOGISTICS poor performance we are in the process of finding another vendor to make our deliveries OUCH TEMCO but you reap what you sow I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE!! Is it really worth losing in my guesstimate one of the biggest contracts you have I mean I see you have Home Depot on your website as a feather in your cap! But it is not in the securing of a contract it is in the service of that contract and you sirs are failing miserably in the training in order to crate high performance employees who are what makes the engine GO..........he also told me that their policy is NEVER to unbox the appliances until they are in front of the customer. I will NOT ORDER ANOTHER THING FROM HOME DEPOT UNTIL I AM CERTAIN THEY NO LONGER DO BUSINESS WITH TEMCO LOGISTICS.... I emailed them pictures of the street with no traffic I texted the driver letting him know this was unacceptable as I had movers coming for old fridge and other items, so if you had a good delivery just consider yourself LUCKY BECAUSE THAT IS ALL IT WAS...This company must have gotten so big that they now do not train their employees...........bad mistake my suggestion is to write to undercover boss and see how your employees are handling your business, and I am sure that you will be hiring trainers WHAT A SHAME ONCE AGAIN TO LOSE HOME DEPOT THAT IS GOING TO HURT but I am sorry to say you deserve it I can only imagine all of the other customers who were so excited, to finally save up the money to buy all top of the line appliances or any new appliance for that fact TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS ALL THE WAY UP THE CHAIN....I do not usually even do this scathing of a review unless someone has royally F'd up as you have TEMCO LOGISTICS SHAME ON YOU!! This is about the delivery of our refrigerator we bought through Home Depot. It is an understatement to say that it was the worst delivery experience we have ever had. The 2 people that came to deliver our refrigerator were already instructed to remove the doors to fit the refrigerator through our door. They were unable to attach the doors back after bringing the refrigerator into our kitchen. The 2 front doors were clearly not leveled and one was way higher than the other. When we pointed this out, they removed the door in a hurry and started banging/hammering on the bottom to try level the door, think about the damage this can do to the appliance. They used their weight to make one door go more down. When hammering and all the banging didn't work, they put washers on another door, to make it look level. This washer didn't come with the refrigerator, clearly they just want to make it look level and not install it properly. As we could realize what was happening they quickly put the door back on and started leaving. We told them it's not installed properly and the door won't close properly. They kept making excuses and by that time one guy was already in the truck and the other started to run away too. We tried to stop them, tell them to install it completely or at least return our old refrigerator but they both were already in the truck and driving away. They never asked us to sign any delivery confirmation. I went to their truck and kept requesting to return my old refrigerator, the reply I got was "if you have a problem with installation talk to Home Depot." Then they rushed away in the truck, almost running his truck over me. We don't have a working refrigerator, till the next one gets delivered. It was a horrible experience and I hope others don't have to go through it. read more

Waited two months for oven delivery from Home Depot. Installers were very nice but turned on my oven before they left and melted a package of plastic that they did not remove that ruined my brand new appliance. It is like cement on the surface. Have been back to Home Depot and tried calling and emailing my claim rep. at Temco 4 times with NO response. Even the Better Business Bureau has many complaints about Temco. Pretty sure you have to go to small claims court to get any response. What a shame. And shame on you Home Depot for using them. read more

Said not to worry and that they would come back and install dishwasher when we got it fixed. We ordered an item from Home Depot and HD contracted the delivery out to this service. It was a replacement part from GE for an item that had arrived damaged. Our Project Mgr got notifs from Temco that the delivery was on the way, with a four hour time frame. He waited over 4 hours and NO ONE SHOWED UP OR CALLED. So I called and we rescheduled. Then the same exact thing happened again, where the Pjt Mgr got calls and notifs that the delivery was on the way, waited over 4 hours, and no one showed or called. I called the Customer Service for HD and found out the item had never even arrived to Temco to deliver. They did not bother to tell us that, but faked two deliveries and wasted over 8 hours of our company time. Worst service ever. read more

I bought a new refrigerator from Home Depot which came with free delivery. Apparently they contract with Temco. I received a call the day before they were to deliver the refrigerator stating they would be there between 8-12. We waited. No show. I called the number they left on the message. I spoke to the lady who stated that the refrigerator was not even in the warehouse. She was rude and said someone should have called me. I told her that they did- about the delivery. She said she had no idea about the delivery and when it would arrive and abruptly hung up. I see why the delivery is "free" it doesn't happen. Oh. my. word. Temco was sending someone to inspect and fix my washing machine "between 10:30 and 2:30" today. At about 2:25 I got a phone call from the tech asking if I had the washing machine pedestals to be installed. I told him the washer was already installed on the pedestal--that he was supposed to come and fix the screws that were not tightened and to put the retainer spring back on the boot seal to stop the machine from leaking water out the front. He said there was no reason for him to come, he knew what the problem was and it could not be fixed--that I need a new washing machine. I told him I agreed, but his company wanted him to come to confirm. He said he was not coming but would call to tell the company I needed a new machine. Ok--so far so good..... THEN, I get a call from Temco telling me they will give me the phone number for Electrolux. I ask why I would call them and the woman says "so they can send you a new washing machine." I explain the machine was broken by their installers and so there is no reason for Electrolux to replace the machine--Temco needs to replace the machine. She tells me a manager will call me back. No one has called. This is insanity. read more

If I could give zero stars I would! This company is absolutely terrible! Very unprofessional, unorganized and the employees are rude and refuse to help. I've unfortunately had to work with them on two occasions and was not satisfied with either. The first occasion they scratched two of my kitchen cabinets delivering my appliances and are making me get licensed contractors to come to my house to give me quotes in order to compensate me for damages. The second occasion they dropped the ball on my delivery and called me less than 24 hours before my delivery was supposed to take place to tell me I'll now need to wait four extra days to get my washer and dryer. I'm beyond frustrated and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Please go with another company unless you want to work with people who are completely incompetent. read more

I was scheduled a delivery between 8:00am-12:00pm on November 18, 2020. I kept checking the status on the website and the entire time it keeps saying 7 deliveries ahead. After continuing to check and calling at around 11am, an hour before my delivery window closing, they said they could get a hold of the delivery team and they weren't sure why it was not updated on the website. Finally when the window closed at 12pm it was updated to "6 deliveries ahead of you." At that point I called again since the delivery window had closed. Again, I was placed on hold after waiting 20+ minutes only for them to tell me they weren't sure what happened and placed me on hold again. To make matters worse, they again said they weren't sure what happened but they couldn't get hold of the delivery team and that at that point all they could do is reschedule my delivery for a week out! Mind you, it was not the first time it was rescheduled! The original delivery was supposed to be on October 3rd! (More than a month before their dialed 2nd attempt on November 18. I spent over 1.5 hours on the phone in delivery day trying to get answers and just get my refrigerator delivered but they were not helpful and gave me the run around. I had no choice but to reschedule since they clearly weren't going to honor the delivery day. I had to make arrangements again and once again the website is not being updated on today's delivery and I'm on hold with someone from Temco Logistics and continue to hold after going on 18 minutes. At this point I may have to cancel my refrigerator order all together. What good does a new refrigerator do me if it's sitting in some warehouse getting damaged. It's been over 60 days that I ordered my refrigerator and with the delivery delays I'm over it. Absolutely ridiculous and never got a call back from a supervisor. I highly recommend you DONT USE TEMCO LOGISTICS! I will also be escalating with The Home Depot as they are using a delivery service that's useless. read more

Bought a Bosch Dishwasher from Home Depot and this company contracts for their installations. The first time they show up they determine the water lines they have are too short. The dishwasher is literally 3 feet from the sink. You would think an installation company who does this on a daily basis would anticipate these simple issues and carry an assortment of universal hoses..which is what we ended up going back to the store and buying. The next time they come out they determine the power cord isn't long enough. Seriously? What a complete bunch of knuckleheads. So, after taking off work and wasting an entire day waiting for these incompetent installers we now have to wait for another installer. read more
