I do not want to even give this place 1 star. Horrible customer service. My son's school sold the coupon cards for $10 for a year of discounts at certain places. Well, at Rancho car wash it specifically says $2 off any car wash or $4 of any car wash package. So I chose the full service for $20. Please tell me why it still costed me $20??? The cashier told me I was wrong and misreading it. Again, very unprofessional. I told her they should not participate in local school fundraising and I will be letting the school know. I may sound a little dramatic over $2 or $4, but it is the fact that everyone needs to be aware of their issue. Get some training in customer service people! read more

The reason for the 1 star is terrible customer service at the end, where they dry off your car and it feels like the own doesn't even care for customers. I had the unlimited car wash so yeah I'm going to make use of that, after a while, it was obvious they got annoyed of me. The only people that were respectful were where you drop off your car and payed for your car wash. Those people deserve 5 stars and more. I feel like I did get damage to my wheel while in the car wash, but I can't say for sure because I wasn't paying enough attention. I only got "The Work," and it always did a good job. I ended my membership and went to Uptown Auto Spa, (it's new) and everyone is very nice there. Yes, you have to vacuum and dry off your own car, it does leave this brown oil stuff on your wheel, but that is to clean your wheel, easy to wipe off. It's definitely worth it. read more

All door jams were still dirty and cup holders were dirty , interior still had dirt and I still had to brush the carpet interior to get dirt out ! Wish I would have read the reviews before spending money here. I spent $30 on a wash. My windows are cleaner than they were, floor mats vacuumed but I have water drops all over my car still and the inside of my cup holders are wet. For a second I thought there was a leak inside my car that got them wet. At first I was pleasantly surprised at how quick it was done but just a ride around the block and 2 minutes later I can see how bad of a job that was done. Stay away from this car wash,in the rain the car washes much better. Customer service is terrible.

Don't waste your money or your time. You're better off having your dog pee on your car. To start, the $5 wash is the same as the $25 wash. If you don't believe me, just watch your car go through the wash. Vacuum job - you're better off having your kids jump on the carpet. I had to ask for my car to run through the wash a second time, as they mysteriously didn't add wax or any other soap upgrades they charge for. I had to ask for re vacuuming because they didn't bother vacuuming the back seat area. To top it off, when I complained to the lady at the register, she asked if I wanted to talk to manager, to which I replied, why don't you talk to the manager. His place is a complete joke. I never really take the time to write a bad review but I won't be coming back to this car wash. My mom had recommend if since she's been coming here for over 5 years. The guys that greeted me were so nice but the guys washing my car kept laughing and looking at me making me uncomfortable. When I got my car back there was still dirt all over my rims and on my floor mats. My car wasn't even that dirty to begin with but I got it back in the same condition I gave it to them in. Let me just start off by saying the manager and the cashier of this establishment have by far the worse customer service skills I have ever seen in my life. I got my oil changed 4 months ago and went to the car wash they partner with for a free car wash. Mind you I've never been to this place before and had no idea how they operate, I handed my receipt from the oil change to the guy up front and he printed a receipt for the car wash and I thought that was it. I got my car washed and I left no problem. Today I went to do the same thing however this tile the manager wouldn't return my keys to me after the car was washed because he claimed I didn't pay for the wash. I'm very confused at this point. Apparently I had to take the receipt to the cashier for them to zero the total for the free wash, no one told me this. I was treated as a thief and they kept my keys hostage until I was forced to pay for the previous wash. This wash was free because I had the voucher for the oil change but they forced me to pay for the last wash because I didn't have the voucher. They were puzzled by the fact that I didn't keep a oil change voucher from 4 months ago and treated my like an idiot because I didn't understand how their process works.Their system also isn't capable of reproducing the voucher which is ridiculous.Instead of the manager just comping the wash because I was new to their car wash he forced me to pay or else I wouldn't get my keys back which by the way is illegal. So long story short don't go here unless you learn how the whole process works because they will treat you like an idiot. This place was ok, it's now not even worth it to take my car there anymore, tires were dirty and the guy told me that the machine takes care of that, bugs still all over the front of my car, this is the second time I have had a terrible job done, the center console was dirty and full of dust, the windows in the back still had dirt on them, the passenger outside door was dirty, they didn't even bother to wipe it. Do not have your car washed at ranch car wash at rancho cal. We paid a monthly fee to have both cars washed unlimited times per month. The car wash closed about 2 months ago for upgrades of the washing procedures. After it reopened I drove thru for my car to be washed and I noticed a few days later my tow hitch was missing. I went back to the car wash and they told me the hadn't found it. I had an extra cover that I put on and it came up missing a week later after I had gone thru the car wash. I went to talk to them and they told me they had no lost and found and they never saw the cover. This meant to me that anything that came off cars was fair game for employees to put in garbage or sell. Yesterday 3/18/21 , my wife and I went to the car wash , checked to see if the new hitch cover was affixed before we went in and went through and the cover was missing after the wash. I prepared to go through the car wash and find it. Supervisor George Gonzalez joined me and told me they were not responsible. I found the cover on the ground in the middle of the wash and Mr. Gonzalez retrieved it. I started to tell him about the other two covers and he repeatedly told me they're not responsible. I went into the office to ask the clerk if any had been turned in while Mr Gonzalez who had followed me repeated at least 5 times they were not responsible. He then told me I was no longer welcome at the facility. Be advised there is absolutely no customer service and there are thieves cleaning your car so we cancelled our monthly service. read more

I spoke with Dave Laurence the Owner today,and was hung up on.My S UV's blue tooth was dislodged. I was trying to explain to him what occurred. Apparently this was something he couldn't understand or was unwilling to care about,after all this wasn't his vehicle. I was told to come in on Monday,so he himself could look at it..After listening to the Condescending and ARROGANT disposition, i will try and fix it myself. That last thing i want is to start my day talking to a rude and sarcastic person who has poor communication skills.. If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would have. Please save yourself the hassle and don't go here. I should have read Yelp before going, as I see that many other customers have been as frustrated as I was. I went here for an inside and out car wash. First of all, after the car was done, I noticed that the cup holders and door handle holders had not been cleaned out, so I asked the worker to do so and he did. There were also many dirt spots remaining on the car, which were easily wiped off. However, I then noticed a long black streak running from the front passenger side of the car all the way to the rear. This was not present before. With a little elbow grease, I was able to wipe some of it off, but out of principal, I went and spoke to the attendant about it. He referred me to the outside manager, Humberto. Humberto was extremely rude and quickly denied that their car wash could have had anything to do with the black mark. I asked if they could wipe it off, and he said that that was in a "higher package." I explained that I was a first-time customer and asked him if he wanted to please his customers and have good word of mouth? He did not seem to care. I said that I was poised to write a negative review because of this, and he said "go ahead." I then asked to speak to his manager and he refused to tell me who that was. I then went inside and spoke to the clerk, Mary, who was running the cashier. I explained how Humberto had been very rude and disregarded me as a customer. Initially, she seemed pleasant, but then when I asked for a partial refund, she became rude as well, saying that they "did not do refunds" and that "you can't have everything you want just because you want it." She did offer to run the car through the wash again. I asked to speak with the general manager and was told that he was not there. She did take down by name and number and said that Dave, the general manager, would "review the video tape and call me." Still no call back...not shocked. I then went back outside and told Humberto that Mary had offered to run the car through again. He rudely refused run it through again, at which point I decided to cut my losses and leave. My car is maybe a week old and they some how managed to leave it worse than how I brought it in. Specifically the inside. My sunroof was not cleaned and ended up with greasy fingerprints. I'm pretty sure they didn't wipe the inside down. When we spoke with the manager or at least the guy who said was in charge he said I'd have to buy the special interior cleaning on on a brand new car. My 9 year old saved up $45 in quarters to take to the fair, we stopped at the car wash for a wash & wax before heading out. My daughter left her little cosmetic bag full of her fair money in the side door behind my window shade. Well, you guessed it we get to the fair and her money is gone, two hours of crying at the fair. When I discussed this situation with one of the two partners in business I was told "this is the world we live in", not that he would get to the bottom of it or even an apology. I have been going here for years. Like any business, it is hit or miss depending upon the employees, but their overall job is very good. Last week, I even watched an employee squeeze into the back of my coupe to wipe down the back seats. I usually buy their Deapaloozas around Christmas time as gifts, but they didn't offer it this year for this particular location. Since I thought my car wasn't that dirty, I got the $20dlls service mainly because I had some sand inside the trunk and under the backseat of my Minivan. When the car was done I realized the back of my car was untouched. The sand in my trunk was still there and there was debris everywhere. It look like they didn't vacuum at all. I pointed this out to one of the staff and he said that they would fix it. I took my car back to the vacuum area and there was one guy that started vacuuming and he still skipped the area under the back seat. I politely ask him to allowed me to do it myself since I realized he was not going to do it the way I expected it to be done. After 5 mins a tall man whom I supposed was the supervisor or the owner approached me. I thought he was coming to apologize for having a customer doing something that his staff was supposed to do. To my surprise, instead of apologizing he told me that I was done and that I have been using his vacuum for 10mins and that was enough!!! I told him that I paid for vacuuming my car and since they obviously didn't do a good job (even the 2nd time around) I had to do it myself. He unplugged the vacuum and said that I should have requested a detail service and that I should wash my car more often! Excuse me but I wasn't asking his service for a leather detailing job. I merely wanted them to vacuum. That is basic! He finish by saying "God bless you" with a tone that sounded more like "F... U" Since I was with my 6 year old son I decided to shut my mouth and leave. Waste of time AND money!!! This place has seriously gone downhill. I remember a time when 3 or 4 guys would clean the inside of the car and I left feeling like I got a good service for the price. Now? Not so much. The past few times I've been here I have been seriously disappointed. Basically all you get for $25 is the auto wash on the outside and a half ass vacuum job on the inside and that's it! The seats and drink consoles weren't even wiped down or cleaned!!! I asked the manager if they clean the inside and he said that's EXTRA. I said, "how much extra because I thought it was included?" He said it's $65 for the full detail!! What?!?! You mean it goes from $25 to $65 just so you wipe down the inside of the car???? Completely absurd. When I looked annoyed He proceeded to say I'll wipe down this part for you this time. And then he barely did anything. The car still looked terrible. I've been going here for years but clearly this place has different owners or management now and it's NOT GOOD. I'm very unimpressed. It's overpriced and they do a crap job. I'd recommend washing your own car. Or go to a drive through car wash for the outside and clean the inside yourself. So I got "The Work's" wash, which is there most expensive $31.99, and it was supposed to include vacuuming of full car, plus I asked for vacuuming of trunk. The outside looked great after, but I get in my car and it looks like all they vacuumed was the door seal. My whole back seat was still covered with sand and same with the floors, and not to mention I go to look at the trunk and it hadn't even been touched, and I even paid extra to have it vacuumed. I get back into the line and have them vacuum it again and the floors still have things everywhere. I will only ever go here again if I just want my outside washed. Disappointed big time. read more

Destroyed windshield on brand new car had to be replaced after employee flipped the wipers on and another employee refused to stop the line so wipers could be turned off. Then "Roberto" the line manager, leisurely dried another car while the now broken wiper arms continued to groove my windshield.
