Our niece & husband carefully planned a winery tour for the day but it didn't go well when the limo driver accidentally left the car keys inside the bus. Understand that those things could happen but it delayed us for 45 min & altered our plans for the day. We rented a beautiful van in Temecula ! Amazing ! Great driver and great recommendations

Poor customer service. I reserved a 16-passenger Mercedes sprinter van to safely take my family to a couple wineries for my parents' milestone birthdays. Our driver accidentally locked himself out of the vehicle with the engine running after he arrived to pick us up. Accidents happen, we get it. At least two other family members witnessed the driver asking me for a hammer to bash in to the window to access the car, at which point I responded "no", and that we should call the owner / office for assistance. The driver left his phone in the vehicle, so I left a message with the office number on the business card, and the sales rep who I booked with. I then suggested calling AAA, to which the driver responded that they would take too long. My husband witnessed that response. My husband ended up calling AAA, and they arrived within 20 minutes, and we were able to get on the road. We THEN missed the first winery. Why? I noticed we were not within the vicinity of the destination, so I had to kindly ask him to pull over safely to the nearest parking lot so we could align on the directions based on the address made in the booking. The driver was going off of an address he jotted down on a loose piece of paper. It turns out the driver misspelled the address (typed the street name as one word instead of two). We were ~14 minutes out of the way from the first location. I directed the driver to take us our 1pm reservation at the second location which was ~13 minutes away from where we were positioned, otherwise we would only have 20 minutes at the first location. The driver arrived at ~10:45a to pick us up for our 4-hour reservation to two wineries. We didn't get to a winery until after ~12:30p. I could not extend the reservation to make up for time lost due to dinner plans. We called the sales rep who booked our reservation a couple days later, hoping for some sort of partial refund for time lost or a coupon for a future booking (anything for compensation for poor service). He told us our story did NOT match the driver's (e.g. the driver didn't ask for a hammer, and he claims he took us to our first stop). The some of the other passengers with Yelp accounts can endorse this review. There was a lot of back and forth, and it came clear that they were NOT going to be accountable for the events that occurred that afternoon. I decided to walk away from the conversation. We are no longer seeking any sort of refund. Lack of integrity is not worth another second of my energy beyond this warning post to future customers. 1659. 06/04/2025: Again, I don't need a refund. Our friends hired Temecula Executive Limos to drive them around to meet us for two separate winery reservations. They didn't make it to the first reservation at all because of car/limo lockout (had to go directly to the second), but apparently the driver is claiming they went to both reservations and the company is refusing any sort of partial refund or even taking accountability?? We can vouch for them.. we were waiting for them at the first location and texting with them the whole time. By the time they were able to get back on the road, we had to meet them at the second location. The lack of professionalism and integrity of this company is unbelievable. Giving them 2 stars is really being generous. It was my birthday celebration that was affected by the driver's incompetence. Yes, he's a highly decorated retired serviceman and a former police officer, as pointed out by the company's owner several times, and I sincerely thank him for his services. However, that doesn't mean he can't be dishonest to cover his mistakes (and he made a lot of mistakes that day) to look good to his boss. I want to start my review by stating that I am not writing this to discredit the company or out of malice. This is simply my honest experience. My cousin scheduled a ride from 11am-3pm with this limo service to transport our family and friends to a couple of wineries. The driver arrived promptly at 10:45am, which was 15 minutes early to our respective start time; which I would say is impressive and I commend him for that. As I started heading towards the front door, I overheard the driver tell my cousin that he accidentally locked the keys in the van. My family and I began brainstorming ways we could try and unlock the doors so we could start our trip. One of those ideas was using plungers to try and slide the drivers slide window down so we could unlock the van and retrieve the keys; unfortunately we didn't have the right plungers according to a YouTube video we looked up. My father and mother then tried another idea they found on YouTube, in which they applied several layers of packing tape to the window to try and slide it down in order to retrieve the keys. During all of our attempts to try and unlock the doors, I personally did not hear the driver try to help us and watched him stand next to my father while my dad tried to slide the window down using tape. Since none of our ideas worked, my cousin's husband called AAA at around 11:15am and said they could be at the house in about 20 minutes. AAA arrived around 11:35am and by the time they were able to unlock the doors and my family and friends were finished getting into the vehicle, our trip began at around 11:45am. While we were driving to our first winery, the ride was not smooth. Every time we took a turn, I felt like I was being thrown around the van. Not only that, when I looked out the window, I noticed we were heading towards what looked like a plaza because we were surrounded by buildings and restaurants. Now correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure a winery isn't supposed to have a bunch of buildings. My cousin noticed this as well and asked the driver to pull into a parking lot, so we could regroup and get back on track. By this time it was already ~12:30 in the afternoon, and we had a reservation at 1:00pm at the second winery since that was where we were going to be eating lunch. We decided to just go to the second location and arrived there at 12:55pm since there wouldn't have been enough time to make it to our reservation if we had stopped at the first location. During this whole trip, my family and friends still managed to laugh amid our frustration because what else were we supposed to do. We were dropped back off at the house at 3:45pm. So in total we probably got a little bit less than the 4 hours of service that had been scheduled because I do not count the time we were stuck at the house waiting for the doors to be unlocked or the time we were heading to the wrong location since those events were not supposed to be a part of the trip. Now this part of my review is regarding the unprofessionalism of the company, in my opinion, while reading the responses to some of the reviews written by customers part of my experience. First of all, I do not think that prior job positions or rankings should play a role in deciding whether someone is a credible source or not. While I appreciate our driver's service and the work he's done in the LAPD, I believe that anyone is capable of being dishonest under desperation or possibility of being reprimanded. Now I do not know what was going on in his mind when he explained his side of the story, but I kindly ask you to just keep that in mind. Second of all, I think that accusing your customers of lying and fabricating a story just to bring down the company is of poor taste. We are allowed to share our personal experiences/reviews, whether they're good or bad, since I believe that is how a company can grow and make improvements. Lastly, if jobs and positions are important to you, I would like to add that I am a respected registered nurse and many of the passengers in the van are part of the medical field and considered heroes as well. A lot of things went wrong in this trip. At first the driver was on time and things went wrong from this point. The driver locked himself up causing a long delay. We tried to help the driver open the windows. The driver wanted a hammer to burst open the driver window. We cannot provide a hammer and one of us gave a large rock. We still said not to shatter the window because we would try to open it another way. The driver eventually tried to hit the driver's window with the large stone. It did not shatter. We called AAA and after a while he came and opened the window for us. After a long wait we were on our way, but another thing happened. The driver got lost. We made a rest stop to correct the address that was written in the driver's GPS. Because of these delays we missed our first stop and just proceeded to our second stop at Lorimar. We were offered another winery to visit and because of the things that happened, we decided enough is enough and we went back home. I am not trying to maliciously ruin your business Tim. I am just trying to state the fact. I was the person who was trying to open the window by using a packing tape attached to the window and trying to pull it down. I was also beside the driver when he tried to smash the window with the large stone. I do not disregard the service of the driver. And thank you for his service. I was just stating the truth. We only were taken to one location, the driver did try to smash the left front window with the stone and we got lost. That is the plain truth. This trip was a disaster for some parts and it was only good that we reached one destination not two as per contract. read more

Fantastic experience from beginning to end! We took a group of seven adults to SoFi stadium (Rams- Browns game). We chose the Mercedes Sprinter. Price was great especially compared to other Limo services. Tim was our professional driver. He arrived early, personable and friendly. Vehicle was beautiful, clean, very comfortable and even had some complimentary beverages. We were dropped off very close to entrance of SoFi Stadium and he was there promptly when the game was over. We made great use of the two large TV screens in the vehicle on one football and the other music... everyone was enjoying the experience. Quick quotes. Okay price. On time for an airport trip. Owner picked me up. The problem is that those quick quotes get dealt with while he is driving. He couldn't keep his hands off his phone. He has a calll with his wife (no big deal), but then proceed to get into a heated conversation with her as he was attempting to guide her through making a quote. Some calls he deferred. Others he took. Same with texts. Don't put your business above my safety. My safety IS your business. Worst of all is that the gratuity is included in the price. I'm typically quite generous with such things, but having prepaid for something that I do not feel was earned rubbed me the wrong way. In response to the reply: First, it was a Cadillac Escalade you were driving, not the Mercedes sedan. Second it was two calls from your wife and one from your client at Pechanga. Yes, you used an earpiece, but you fumbled it with each time. Third, it was the text you were trying to send discretely while on the 241 that resulted in you leaving the lane multiple times that caused alarm. It was at that point I stopped talking to you so that you had one less thing to focus on. Trying to frame my concerns as on me because I wasn't a jerk in not allowing you to take the call with your wife is just silly given the quantity of distractions you chose to allow. The following review is my opinion based on the service that I received from this business. I'm very confused. How many companies are named Temecula executive limos? The owner replied to my previous review and claimed I had used another company. I felt terrible and took down my review. Well, after some searching I found my bank statement for my credit card I used for the limo service and saw I had made the payment to Temecula Executive Limos. The service in my opinion was less than satisfactory. In fact it was terrible and the problem is gratuity was included. The driver did not know how to respond to our simple requests so he didn't. . He was confused and could not accomodate the simplest request at all. He drove on the average 10 miles below the speed limit after he had warned me that if we go over the scheduled time I would have to pay $150.00 per hour in cash. At one point while we still had the limo I called him to politely let him know we're not happy with his service he hung up on me. Over all a terrible experience for our daughters and their friends. We will never use them again nor would I recommend them again. And if there is any question if I have ever booked a limo with this company or if I'm on their database it is probably because my wife booked it under her name and I paid for it. If they don't have any of our info even being in their database or about us ever booking with them. I definitely do in my bank statements. I would hate to think the owner tried to confuse me in order to take down my previous review by telling me I used another company but I can only go off of what I have on my credit card statement. Even though they used a contracted affiliate, they booked our run under their name and accepted our payment under their name. Therefore they're responsible for the poor service that we received. As far as the claim that we never booked with them the bank keeps a record of all transactions that is amounts of fees for services and the merchants they are paid to. Our experience with Temecula Executive Limos was amazing from start to finish! Some girlfriends were in town and at 930pm we decided to see if we could pull together a wine tasting trip to Temecula from Oceanside for the following day. This is my first time using this service. I was used to renting regular shuttle vans to and from the airports. I was surprised how affordable, comfortable and easy to rent a limousine style van. Needless to say, there were 4 of us who travelled with 8 check in and 4 carry on luggages that fit in the Sprinter Van. The price is comparable and even cheaper than the other shuttle services after making the comparisons.
