I have them a call the day I got my car back from the paint shop and he gave me a list of all the things he could offer me that I was wondering about. Gave me a quote same day, scheduled next day super easy. They took their time and care with each portion of the car and I cannot be happier with how it came out ! I got a wet sand and polish for my new paint, interior leather refreshed, wheels polished, over spray was removed. Overall for the price I cant complain for the care and attention they gave. Will definitely be back for future details

One word...WOW!! My husband and I are so blown away by Colton and his team! Colton is a wonderful communicator and very responsive. He lets you know everything included in the service you request and his work does not disappoint. Our cars have never looked as amazing as they did after Temecula Mobile Detailing did their magic on them! We don't know what product they used on our leather seats, but they look and feel better now than they did when our cars were brand new! We are so impressed with the mobile washes we received and at a very reasonable price. We're so thankful to have found Colton and look forward to doing business with him for a very long time!

It was the day before Thanksgiving, when I went into Ralph's Not a minute to spare, I had to get to my parents' house Grabbed the butternut squash and beer--I was out like a gazelle While on the phone with my mother, who is talking off my ear I approach my gray chariot, and my own personal hell I see him standing next to the trunk, and the next thing I hear: "Is this your car?" He asks me quietly, perhaps out of fear So yeah, while I was in the grocery store someone swiped my car while trying to park. He stayed and waited for me to come out to talk to me about it, and gave me all his info and let me take all the pictures I needed. My first lucky break was that this guy stayed. Fast forward to arriving at my parents' house a couple hours (and only ~40 miles) later, and my dad comes out to take a look. He goes back inside and comes back out with a wet paper towel, and to my amazement, almost completely wipes off the scratches from the affected area. My second lucky break was that the damage was not as bad as it appeared, being mostly paint from the other guy's car (and maybe all the dirt on my car created a shield). There was still a bit of minor damage, so I hopped on Yelp to see if I could find a hand wash car wash with good reviews in Temecula. I was shocked to find that there are essentially none, but there were a plethora of mobile detail businesses. Although I just wanted a wax, I figured that retailers might be worth checking out. So I used Yelp's Projects function to get quotes from a few businesses. My third lucky break was finding Temecula Mobile Detailing. Colton was the second to respond to me, but the most detailed. He sent his soonest availability, and descriptions of the services they offer. After exchanging back and forth, he suggested I might need a 1 Stage Paint Correction with wax sealant for $150. I scheduled the appointment (soonest was Monday after Thanksgiving) and notified Colton that he would be meeting my dad to handle the car. Communicating with Colton through Yelp and through text was very easy. He gave updates on his progress, from ETA to sending a full PDF of the charges. After cleaning the car and inspecting the spot, Colton realized it would require a bit of 2 Stage Paint Correction, as a scratch or two had gone into the clear coat. He did this free of charge, which was very kind and unexpected. So for $150, I received an exterior hand wash and paint reset, 1 stage paint correction on entire exterior body, and 2 stage paint correction on affected area. Such a great deal! My dad took a bunch of pictures he sent over to show off how my car looks the way it did when I drove it off the lot (on the outside, hehe). I love it! Colton did a great job for a very reasonable price, and my dad said he also seems like a good dude. I highly recommend Temecula Mobile Detailing to anyone in the Temecula area needing a bit of car beautification.

My car was a mess, I haven't had a detail since before my oldest was born. Colton and his partner completely transformed my car, inside and out, it looks brand new. It means a lot to me to have a clean car, I know im going to be more confident driving now. I finally feel like I have a fresh start and just in time for the holidays too. The price to have an interior detail, a wash, and a headlight restoration is a lot better than other detailers offer. I would argue the quality is a lot better too but you can be the judge of that when you give this company a shot, I highly recommend them!

They did a stellar job my car feels and smells like I just brought it brand new. Although his quote was a little higher than others I was impressed by some of the photos and reviews on his yelp so I decided to go with them over a few other cheaper quotes. He came out with his brother both very professional gave us a breakdown of price, material, and what work they will be doing and were here for 3plus hours cleaning our car. The leather was perfectly cleaned and carpets shampooed like back to factory. He did miss some spots on the top of inside of car above the vanity mirrors and a few other little crevices but overall A rating and very detailed otherwise. I am the most satisfied with how well he did on the outside my husband hit the side of garage and we had some pretty noticeable paint scratches as well as other places and grime and marks he got off all of them. The paint on body was so nice and fresh after glad I didn't have to take it to a body shop he was able to fix most issues with his ceramic coating stuff he uses. We will have him do our Lexus as well can wait. read more

Interior work was excellent! Car looks great inside. 4 stars because (1) price quoted before booking was $150, but when he showed up the price became $170 (and based on what he said it sounded like a standard practice, he said "I normally upcharge $50, but I will only upcharge you $20") Also, the outside of the car was left 100% untouched. Can't say enough good things about Colton and his service. I had an terrible odor in my car from spoiled milk that leaked and permeated the fabric of my car. It was so bad it was basically undriiveable. Knowing I needed the car for school pickup and drop off, Colton fit in an odor treatment at the end of his day so my kids would t be exposed to post treatment fumes. He kept me informed of his schedule all day and let me know eta 30 mins and 5 mins before arriving. Upon arriving he was pleasant, professional, and very very competent. Knowing we're on a tight budget, he was kind enough to steam the fabric for no additional charge before starting the digger. The treatment is guaranteed or he will refund the payment. Was the first detail I have gotten since getting my car a year ago and car looks completely brand new now! Colton hands down one of the nicest person I have met, he had gone beyond with cleaning the interior specially. Had makeup rubbed all over the back seats and now its like they were never there. While it was a tiny bit expensive compared to a $10 drive-thru car wash, you get what you pay for. The car looked better than new when he was done with it. I was told it would be no more than $7 for a 15-minute wash using a credit card. Based on that information, I proceeded. I only noticed today that I was actually charged $15, which is more than double what I was quoted. This feels misleading and unacceptable--especially since there was no clear pricing displayed. I called and spoke with a manager, and instead of resolving the issue, I was told to dispute the charge with my credit card company. That response alone shows a lack of accountability. I will be disputing the charge and filing a complaint with the BBB if this is not resolved. At a minimum, pricing should be clearly posted so customers know exactly what they're being charged.

That was a complete abortion. I complained and the rookie called his boss and agreed to fix it. When I went to pick it up after FOUR DAYS at the shop, it was not finished and was told they fired the rookie and another tech would take over. I refused to let them mess with my car anymore and took it home. I have since contested the charge with my bank since Ceramic Pro refused to refund me. Amateur hour, for sure. P

Bubbles everywhere and PPF film has stretch marks and what appears to be fingerprint marks. I paid for full car PPF and a part of the trunk was not covered at all. Scratches on the windshield tint, and when they replaced it, even more scratches were there. Been trying to get the owner, Kyle, to call me to no avail! His PPF installer told me that he would get him to call me to hopefully have a meeting, but nothing! No calls or messages! There are over 30 bubbles and plenty of debris caught in the film. They said the windshield tint will be replaced again, but nothing, no call or message! I was told that I have a warranty, but what good is that when I cannot get anything done. I didn't even want to submit a negative review because I was waiting for Kyle to reach out, but it's clear that he is ignoring me. This is the worst PPF job that I have seen and others cannot believe it as well. I've had people say, "why didn't they just redo it and make it better", but this company doesn't believe in that. No reply from the owner is why this review is written, so everyone can know how horrible of a job this company did on my car and how they do not stand by their work. If anyone wants to see their work on my car, please reach out to me so you can see for yourself. I took another car to Clear Pro and they did a fantastic job. Clear Pro does charge more for their work, but is miles better with everything! This company isn't trustworthy and tells the customer that the car is protected. The car may be protected, but looks terrible while doing so. I really wanted to work something out with the owner, but how can we since he never returns any messages. This was a big mistake taking my car to Ceramic Pro Elite! From now on, just Clear Pro for me and I advise anyone else to go there as well. UPDATE: To show how untrustworthy this owner is, never did Kyle show up or call me to see the many imperfections the PPF has! I will be more than happy to show anyone personally what a horrible job that they did! The first car was ceramic coated ONLY! No PPF at all! As far as I can tell, the ceramic coating is good, but we are talking about PPF. I guess Kyle thinks that they applied PPF on both cars! This only shows their lack of professionalism. When picking up my car, I could see stretch marks, bubbles, and no PPF on the back of the trunk! They reluctantly worked on it and made it worse, then after a 2 weeks adjustment time, they tried to adjust the many flaws, only to make things worse! Even the windshield tint was worse! Kyle is only trying to save face, but has done nothing to fix things! Ask him if he has ever called me or returned any messages? This is absolutely the worse company to install PPF. Even the installer stated that there are a lot of bubbles and he'll have Kyle contact me! No contact at all! I have taken the car to Lexus and to Clear Pro, and they cannot believe how bad the install was! If anyone wants proof, please message me here or in Google and I will show you my car! Bubbles are hard to see on pictures! With the ridiculous reply from this owner, I will now take this further to the Better Business Bereau and see if there is a main Ceramic Pro Office! They should not get away with this!!! Just like any owner who received a bad review, this Kyle guy wants to twist and make up things to make the reviewer look bad! REMEMBER, CONTACT ME SO YOU CAN SEE FOR YOURSELF THEIR TERRIBLE WORK!!!

They offered a complimentary wash and handled everything with such kindness and professionalism. I had spilled almost 5 gallons of water in my trunk, and they did a deep extraction that gave me so much peace. They educated me on what my after care should look like. They didn't give me any hassle at all -- just genuinely cared about making sure I left happy. The owner and team were so sweet, communicative, and truly stand by their work.
