The quality is not that great, your car is still wet when you come out. So you have to towel dry it off. The service is ok, the guys try to upsell you. Great service and car washes until you want to cancel your membership. If you don't have the account # you must call and wait on hold. Must be pretty busy over there with car wash inquires... Anyway I tried to cancel on Jan 10th, and they said it was taken care of. Fast forward to March I am still being charged.... Called a 2nd time and they told me they had to request a membership cancellation. Really? A request? I then asked if they could access record of my last call which she could not do immediately. Also, I had the call log on my cell and wanted to send that to them for proof which apparently is not allowed either. So the wait continues.... will I ever get this settled? Maybe I'll just pay for carwashes will I close my bank account. read more

I had the "Magic" wash but didn't get some of the products it claims to apply (I.e. tire shine, wax) they stated they have been having these machine issue for a while but still charge you for the full amount and don't inform people. When I asked that the tires didn't have the dressing applied they respond with there is nothing they can do expect put it through the wash again... In conclusion if you need a good car wash, go else where and only get their 10$ wash as a last resort. read more

We are very happy with Soapy Joe's Car Wash. The wash, rinse and dryer do a good job and the colorful lights make it fun for the kids! I have the monthly pass which is very convenient. They have various prices for the monthly price depending on the services you choose. It is easy entrance and the line moves quickly. The vacuums seem to work well. The employees are nice and if there is a problem, it gets resolved quickly. Good management. I wash my car about 4-5 times a month, and I am happy with Soapy Joes! read more

Soapy Joe's is a wonderful upgrade from the carwash that was here prior. The membership prices are great and allow for me to go through any day, as often as I want. And their business hours make getting a good use out of a membership really easy. The facility is very open, always kept clean, and for those late nights at work you can still wash your car at 8pm and feel safe in the well-lit location. I almost forgot to mention the fact that one of the great things about this location is that even when it's busy, it's fast! There are plenty of vacuums and spaces to park. Car wash is quality is very good. Clean towels are always available, and the entire area is kept very clean. Staff is attentive. Wish they offered air pressure hoses to blow the water out of the side mirrors, etc. Disappointing I am seeing non-members drive in, use the towels as they wipe their windows with the damp towels, then use the vacuum for their car's interior. Pretty impressed with this car wash! I needed to get a car wash quickly and was in Fallbrook, so decided to stop by. Didn't have to wait at all, and the price was great! Car got clean in the drive through carwash and then afterward I vacuumed the car and wiped it down at their vacuum stations. Only complaint is I wish they had the option of full service like some places where they vacuum the car and do some cleaning inside for you. It would be easier for my pregnant self and I would pay a lot extra for that! read more

January 6, 2024, Soapy Joes car wash in Fallbrook ripped off the back trim of my car. I filled out a damage report. When contacting corporate, they never responded. I turned it over to my insurance company and they had the same issue. My insurance turned it over to a collection agency and they too can't get a response. It has now been 6 months and no resolution. Their machine caused over $2,500 of damage to my car. When their machines damage your car, you are out of luck. Soapy Joes will not take responsibility for their equipment read more
