My experience with this program was extremely disappointing and distressing…read more I was transported by Uber approximately two hours away from my home to attend this program. After I expressed concerns about my care and advocated for my own medical decisions because I felt something wasn't right, I was taken to a hospital in Temecula and then left there. I ultimately chose to leave the hospital against medical advice because I believed the treatment being proposed was unrelated to why I had been brought there. The program later dropped off my luggage at the hospital but expected me to arrange and pay for my own transportation home, which cost more than $150. Since they arranged for me to travel there in the first place, I felt abandoned and unsupported. As someone who is legally disabled, this situation created significant hardship. I have repeatedly contacted the program requesting the return of the rest of my belongings and reimbursement for the transportation home. To date, I have not received a response. Based on my experience, I did not feel respected, heard, or treated with dignity. I felt that my concerns and personal autonomy were disregarded throughout the process. One additional concern I observed was that staff was constantly on their phones, all thru my intake which did not get completed and patients were allowed to use cell phones in ways that, in my opinion, raised privacy concerns. I cannot recommend this program based on my experience. Thankfully, I sought treatment elsewhere and am grateful to say that I am now clean and sober. If you're looking for a program where you'll feel supported and respected, I encourage you to carefully research your options before choosing this facility.

The nurses and case manager maintained necessary updates while also responding to my calls in real time. They were all professional and thoughtful. The facility itself is modern, clean and has large patient rooms. The physical therapy room is also large, modern and welcoming. There is a place for patients to safely sit outside. He was released after 2 wks, unable to walk & in tremendous pain. When he requested 911 to be called called staff manhandling error, they ignored him. They do not wash their hands from room to room, and due to this dismal like of basic hygiene, he now has MSRA. I just called Ryan @ the Springs the only Mgr that is proactive, and alerted him to MSRA is in the wild @ Springs. The food is processed & horrible. Most of the CNAs are untrained, and this is a cash cow for the greedy, and often sued owner. Google the 2.5 mil lawsuit he just lost, he owns hundreds of these Skilled Nursing Care Rehabs. Many, more than 10 per hall, sit in their wheelchairs, outside their room all day. Looking drugged & lost. Some of them repeatedly requesting a blanket. Most looking more than half dead. If you care about your loved one find another facility.
