Instead of being supportive or acknowledging progress, he makes you feel unwelcome--almost like you don't belong unless you're struggling or "doing bad." Recovery is supposed to be about growth and encouragement, but with Joseph, it feels the opposite. He doesn't congratulate or uplift people who are improving. It's as if he only focuses on the negatives and wants to keep people stuck in that space. If you're looking for a place that celebrates progress and positive change, this may not be the right fit. Everyone deserves a counselor who truly supports recovery at every stage--not one who makes you feel guilty for doing better.

As I am a resident of Murrieta, I've been a patient of Dr. Chakrabarty Sr.'s son for five or six years and it gave me the honor to to meet the man who inspired him. He couldn't say enough of how proud he was of a son who out-did his own father. He even gave me a tour of his office and showed me a family photo. I told him how much I always admired the kind of medicine they practice, and how G.I. Excellence and Trinity never get enough atta-boys for the lives they literally save., or in my case are spared from Barretts leading to Cancer. I have his son and the team at Trinity to thank for that. He said, "probably 97% of patients sit in our offices and tell us similar things, but it's that 3% 'vocal minority' that make their negative experiences known on yelp and google. Why don't you be one that leaves a positive review?" I'd say that was the best prescription any doctor gave me.

The first day there included a care conference with family, case manager, social worker, nurses, aides, physical therapist and Dr. Rolando Gutierrez. The plan of care was created after careful listening by the doctor and the staff to patient/family concerns. The plan was then implemented consistently over his 6 week stay. The nurses and case manager maintained necessary updates while also responding to my calls in real time. They were all professional and thoughtful. The facility itself is modern, clean and has large patient rooms. The physical therapy room is also large, modern and welcoming. There is a place for patients to safely sit outside. We feel fortunate in having the recovery phase in this skilled nursing facility. When we really needed help the staff who work in this modern facility came through beautifully. My husband was injured by untrained staff. He had repair neurosurgery yesterday, C2 - T3. That's…read moremajor 4 hr surgery on a 73 yr old. He was released after 2 wks, unable to walk & in tremendous pain. When he requested 911 to be called called staff manhandling error, they ignored him. They do not wash their hands from room to room, and due to this dismal like of basic hygiene, he now has MSRA. I just called Ryan @ the Springs the only Mgr that is proactive, and alerted him to MSRA is in the wild @ Springs. The food is processed & horrible. Most of the CNAs are untrained, and this is a cash cow for the greedy, and often sued owner. Google the 2.5 mil lawsuit he just lost, he owns hundreds of these Skilled Nursing Care Rehabs. Many, more than 10 per hall, sit in their wheelchairs, outside their room all day. Looking drugged & lost. Some of them repeatedly requesting a blanket. Most looking more than half dead. If you care about your loved one find another facility.
