Charlene handled my hair and Launa did my makeup, and together they nailed it. Charlene guided me on adding curl but not too much volume. I was very happy with the result. Launa's makeup was equally awesome. She made me feel put together without my makeup being heavy or overdone. It held up beautifully through a long evening and I received a lot of compliments. Both ladies were professional, warm, attentive, and invested in making sure I loved the final result. They listened to what I wanted and delivered just that. I left feeling confident, beautiful, and ready for a gorgeous wedding. Her blending skills were incredible, and she really knew how to enhance features without making the makeup feel heavy or overdone. The final look was soft and natural, while still giving that glamorous polished finish perfect for a special event. She created such a beautiful balance between elegant and effortless. Everything stayed comfortable and secure throughout the event. The makeup lasted and did not smudge or smear off. My hair is not damaged so that wasn't a factor since there is no dye or bleach in my hair and my last perm was 2 years ago. The first and second pic are both after the shower, the lighting was different because it was a different house - as you can see my skin even looks different. I paid because, in my experience, the final look isn't until after the 48-72 hr no-wash period. Getting perms are more like the "trust the process" type of service. It's important to note that I have left the salon with worse hair that turned out exceptionally beautiful after the wait period. To add, I am experienced in the aftercare also. I typically clear out the following days and stay home as to not mess with my hair. When I do wash my hair, it is with non-sulfate quality products as to not break down my curls. I've attached a pic of what I looked like when I left. Salon O, please make this right so I can get my hair done by someone who knows what they're doing.

This place is truly amazing! For the past 5 years, I have exhausted most options in coping with my progressive hair loss. I have experienced nothing but disappointment and frustration, knowing that nothing has yet worked to give me a natural look. I wanted to feel good about myself and be able to style my hair without having to resort to headbands and hats all the time. Thankfully, my mother passed by this place and referred me to them. I was initially nervous about stopping by, but this place has a private room where I could try on different pieces without others watching me. I felt very comfortable, knowing Heather and Hillary respected my privacy and also my feelings regarding the touchy hair loss matter. They showed me compassion and lots of options. I am so grateful to have found this place. Thank you so much for helping me with my hair insecurity. I love wearing my piece and the fact that I'm able to go out and no one could tell the difference between my own hair and what I'm wearing. I have been wearing wigs for about 10 years. I'm always uncomfortable going into places like this because it's pretty embarrassing since I have absolutely no hair due to alopecia. I usually pick a cheap wig and don't try it on or order online. Which usually results in me not liking it and just putting it aside. I've had bad experiences in the past where I've heard the employee tell the customer that they would never put there customers in the wig I was currently wearing, of course it was hard not to overhear considering I was right there! Heather didn't criticize what I had on and she was really upbeat and sweet. I actually tried on two of her wigs and bought the first one she picked for me. She had a ton of info and I swear I felt like I was just there trying on a pair of shoes, that's how relaxed it was. I had such a great experience with Heather! She was super nice and really took her time explaining everything. I didn't feel rushed at all and she made me feel comfortable the whole time which meant alot since things have been kinda tough. The wig is seriously amazing it looks just like my real hair and feels super natural and easy to wear. Honestly it was worth every penny! And just letting ya'll know... just don't waste your money on those $40 wigs because I've tried them before and they barely lasted a month and they LOOK SO Fake! I've been coming to this place since 2018 off and on and I've got nothing but positive things to say. Heather is top notch at what she does and you can tell she loves helping people get their confidence back for both men and women. She is very creative at making men's hair systems appear natural for men specially and give you her insights on what to do and what not to do. She made sure I was comfortable, had snacks available, checked in on me throughout the service, and created such a relaxing environment. It never felt rushed, and I truly felt like she cared about me, not just my appointment. I have 3C hair, and she gave me a thorough wash, protein treatment, steam treatment, trim, and style. What stood out most was how much she prioritizes healthy hair. She carefully assessed both my hair and scalp, explained exactly what they needed, answered my questions, and gave thoughtful, personalized recommendations.
