Heather was so disrespectful to me. I went there on April 8th around 12:30 pm and I'm a mixed woman and I wanted a wig for my party. Heather said for me to come back in 20 minutes. And when I returned, ignore me and did not answer the door. I waited for at least 15 minutes and she never return to the door. I believe because I was a mixed woman she didn't want to serve me. If you are African American woman do not go that that place for any products. I was referred to Temecula Wigs by a friend of mine, and since I didn't live in Temecula, I didn't think Heather would be able to help me. I called her on a whim to see if I could at least have her steam my wigs, and I'm so glad I did. Not only do my old and beat up wigs look like new, but she helped me find the best human hair wig!!! I lost my hair from chemotherapy for breast cancer and unfortunately it hasn't grown back after 4 years. I kept buying synthetic wigs hoping it would grown back, but realized it was time to invest in something more long term. Again, I do not live in Temecula, so all over the phone and with texting, Heather was able to find me my dream wig. She then went above and beyond helping me find the wig. I really wanted roots to keep the wig looking more natural, but the color I wanted didn't come with roots. Without me even asking, Heather just said she would dye the roots herself! I seriously couldn't believe it!!! The wig came in the day before my birthday because she was so fast and excited to get me the wig. From her attention to every detail and communication with me I know she has a genuine heart to help people! She was amazing over the phone and gave me better service than any wig store I'd been to in person. I won't stop praying that my hair grows back, but if it doesn't, I know Heather will help to make me feel confident about my hair. And if my prayers are answered and my hair does grow back, then I will still be one of Heather's customers for life because her products are amazing!!!!! I have tried so many synthetic wig conditioners and love hers 100 times more than them all. Plus her products for the human hair wigs happened to be my favorite brand from when I had hair. This place is absolutely amazing! I have purchase 4 different wigs from other places in the last 7 years that I never wore once I got home because I never felt good or comfortable with them. I had seen this place so I stopped by yesterday not really expecting anything. Lisa listened to everything I had gone thru with past wigs and how I had kind of given up and had not been feeling good about myself for some time. I am 61 years old and my hair was extremely damaged from years of dyeing and I have bad hair loss. Lisa took a very long time talking to me and listening very careful to ever word I said, she was very knowledgeable about her products and helped me try on different styles of wigs. I never felt rushed, intimidated or pushed to buy anything. With Lisa's help I was able to find a wig that she helped style on me that has made me feel so amazing...it makes me feel like myself from many years ago. I feel so comfortable and now have confidence that I can not remember the last time I felt. I can not thank Lisa enough for changing the quality of my life. I have not taken the wig off since... except to sleep, than I was able to put it right back on by myself with no problems in the morning. This place is very pleasant, enjoyable and professional.
