Clara was so sweet over the phone and answered all my questions. I knew she was busy I heard the phone ring several times when I was calling her. But she still made me a priority answer on my questions when I had first called. I actually got in today for my first appointment when I called this morning. When I walked in both Dr. Chen and Clara were very sweet and friendly. Let me just say I have a huge struggle with hypothyroidism my whole life since I was 7. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and hashimotos and struggled to even lose 10 lbs. so today I made the day for change!! It's going to happen. Dr. Chen was super knowledgeable took her time and targeted my symptoms and gave me all her knowledge and information about how to go about this. Just from today's visit. I got a new thyroid medicine to help my t3. Just adding to my other medicine to target the thyroid & weight loss. I'm all for the hope of losing just about 20-30 lbs. I'm not too over weight. But. It does effect my not losing this weight when I meal prep , run, work for a very physical job. Like what the heck I'm sure you all can relate right?!??
