We knew this was not your average tow. Kaleb assured us he would do it and come out after noon on a Wednesday. By 7pm, still no tow truck. We called and they explained that there had been an accident preventing them from coming. I understand that things happen, but my Mom waited ALL DAY for them to come. A simple phone call would have been the nice, expected, professional thing to do. In any event, they assured us they'd be there the next day at 10am. They finally showed up closer to noon, and decided that the tow was 'not worth our trouble' due to the location of the vehicle. No discussion of options to maybe move the car closer to the road or anything. Simply said they wouldn't do it and left. I called Kaleb to ask what happened and he lied. He said we stated the car would be in the driveway, which we absolutely never said. Kaleb and this company are shady and I would not recommend!

They will not tell you some BS about something that's not wrong with your car and ask for a ton of money to fix a non existent problem. I know that if they find a problem, their labor fees (which are maybe a bit higher then some of the nationwide chains) are very worth it. I am assured that the mechanic working on my car is ASE certified and that he knows what they're doing. You pay for the best with everything else and with J&J I am more then happy to pay them what their time is worth, since I know that in the long run, I will save money by having my car serviced by a trustworthy shop, and that it will be done correct the first time. There are multiple times that I've taken my vehicle in for something that I thought was a bigger problem then what it was, and they fixed it for pennies compared to what I was quoted at other shops. One time in specific they fixed a y valve that split the coolant line into 2 pieces, I found out that the part was a pretty low cost part, but it was a bit difficult to install. When I took the vehicle to a "discount" chain to get a quote, i was quoted $500 for the part and $50 for the install. J&J Charged me under 100 for the part, and around 125 for the installation. They also told me that a laundry list of other items that the other shop said was wrong, were perfectly fine. This is why I keep coming back to them, time and again, even for oil changes, because I can trust them to do it right the first time. Thanks!

If you need some brakes or a tire put on this is your spot. They also offer towing services at a reduced rates so that works also. I've come here and had my radiator replaced several tires replaced and just now the other day I needed some breaks rotors and calipers. I do think that they were cheaper a few years ago but now they're kind of online with a lot of other places but not like Midas or such. Sam is very friendly and responsive. If you need to just roll up and get something done they are very fast. Average time for me has taken maybe an hour to get a lot of things done. You can bring your own parts or have them order it. Lots of the times I will bring my own and just pay for labor. Up to you. This past time I got front brake pads and a caliper replaced. The mechanic took me back to the shop and showed me what the difficulty was so that I didn't think I was getting scammed. I appreciate that and they remember every time that I bring my car in there.
