Approximately ten minutes after I called for a tow (and speaking with a doll of a woman who was very helpful), the tow truck showed up. I was prepared to wait at least half an hour which had been the norm in my past experiences. Also in my past experiences, getting the car hooked up was a lengthy process. Not with Marty's! Ismael had us moving on the road within 3 minutes of him arriving. Tow truck technology has come a long way since I've needed their help! Blew my mind.
