I don't need towing services very often (only 3 times in about 12 years), but when I do I always call Campbell's Towing. They have always been prompt (or at least showed up in time frame given), efficient upon arrival, and handled my vehicles with care. On two occasions I requested my vehicles be towed with on a flatbed truck - both times they accommodated my request. Prices are reasonable. Most recently the transmission cable on my truck broke, leaving truck sitting in a driveway at a complex. Campbell's dispatched a truck that showed up in 20 minutes. The driver had to turn my truck around before he could connect for a tow. Since the local dealer was already closed, they agreed to store my vehicle over the weekend at a reduced storage fee and deliver my truck on Monday. Normally this would have cost me two tows, but they waived the 2nd tow since the circumstances were out of my control. Not saying this so everyone expects to be able to bargain, but to share my experience for what I consider great customer service from a local company. As soon as both my kids started driving, I made sure they had Campbell's Towing contact information in their cell phones. read more

We have used Campbell's towing many times over the years. They are always professional, courteous and helpful.

Our vehicle got stuck on Surfside Beach last night. We called our Allstate 24/7 Roadside Help line and they dispatched Campbell's Towing truck to help us. They tried to pull our pickup truck from the front without success. Then my husband asked if they could try to pull it from behind. Towing guy pulled his metal rod in, got into his Towing vehicle and left us stranded without a word. Imagine, your family is stranded at Midnight in the dark on the beach, and ocean water is getting closer & closer, and finally help arrives & leaves you stranded. Thank God, when we called another Towing co., (had to pay out of pocket) to J&M Wrecker Services.. but Blake knew what he was doing (had the same truck as Campbell's) pulled our vehicle within minutes. If you are ever in this situation anywhere near Freeport/Surfside beach side DON'T USE "Campbell's Towing" and waist your time.... read more

The staff is so unprofessional and actually argued with me saying my complaint was only because I was mad I parked in the wrong spot. I'm upset because for being a "professional business" they know absolutely nothing about professionalism. I understand it was their job to move my vehicle.
