Coastal removed the bearing/motor mount bracket to extract bearing/shaft [no way I could do that laying under the vehicle, see before and after images]. Although they did refuse to work on it because it had oil catch cans on it, which is common for anything turbo charged. So i had to remove them before they would even work on the truck. The service guy Clint was rude, and disrespectful also. This was the first time using them, and I would NOT recommend them to anyone!!! TJ's loop was the last to do an oil service on my vehicle and yet, they did not want to claim the damages that they had caused. The dealership said that the drain plug was not installed properly along with a bad oring from the plug. They should've told you the issue before anything. It was their fault the engine on my vehicle seized up. It cost me $8000 for a new engine that TJ's refused to claim full responsibility of lack of practice. They may be fast, but their quality work sucks ass. And their claims management team along with the store manager are the worst.
