Do not use this company. They are filled with empty promises and will do anything to get the sale and then they will completely ghost you. Jarrod and Dylan both said we'd receive multiple gift cards and knight tickets for signing up. We've never received a single thing. 2 years later, endless phone calls, text and broken promises. I have been dealing with electric bills on top of my solar bill for 2 years now. I was promised something that never happened so I would move forward with there solar program. Logan the manager has promised to make things right after seeing my review on google and threaten me to take it down because it was effecting business. Just to again bait me, promised to fix everything 1 year ago. And I'm still here with broken new promises. It's a complete scam. Tell me why I paid almost $400-$500 a month with solar in the summer last year. That is more than a regular electric bill! Be careful do your research when your choosing a solar company you don't want to end up with holes in your roof electric bills broken promises and endless nightmare over trying to save money. Employee Jim Wenzel was formerly running a business "Jim the Solar Guy" that is under watchlist status for multiple complaints with the Nevada State Contractors Board. I personally met Jim at my house some years back when I was considering solar. Jim was dishonest and slimy throughout negotiations. He couldn't answer simple straightforward questions and behaved like a fraudster. Most of his representations turned out to be outright false. Jim also made racist remarks mocking Latino subcontractors at my house, assuming that I would find it funny. I did not find it funny. It appears Tempo Solar World hired him. Our sales rep team of Chris Jackson and Danny (sorry I forgot his last name) explained every step of the way and delivered what they said they were going to do. I requested the conduits be painted to match the house...DONE! I requested they move inverter box so its not blocking my door light...DONE! I requested they install the critter guards on the panels...DONE! I requested roof tiles that were cracked during the installation...DONE! Chris made sure I, the customer, was left happy about my $30K purchase. I will recommend them over ION, SunSolar and Tesla any day of the week. I've had my panels installed in early June 2025 and running (with the Permission to Operate) within 3 weeks. I monitor its energy production daily via the App and compare it to my NV Energy invoice monthly. It's our first summer in Las Vegas and I am using our AC without hesitation knowing I will not be charged an arm and a leg. This company has been to our house 3 times in one month. We live in a gated community with a no solicitation sign on the gate. They entered through the gate, and knocked on our door, which also has a no soliciting sign on it. The first guy said he wasn't selling us anything, and refused to leave. He had a solicitor lanyard on with his number on it. I wish I'd taken a picture. The second guy is in the cowboy hat in this Instagram picture https://www.instagram.com/p/C3n9ulnSXQQ/?img_index=3, and he also used the same "I'm not trying to sell you anything" line, which was clearly a lie. That was yesterday. Today, Tyree showed up to our door, spouting the same nonsense. They are scam artists that look up new deeds filed with the county who illegally enter communities clearly marked with "no soliciting" signs. I have reported them to code enforcement. I suggest anyone with a similar problem to do the same. They stalk and harass. I'd never hire them to sweep my driveway, much less put something on my roof. Buyer beware. read more

This review is only in regards to their sales technique. We have had at least 8 different Tempo reps knock on our door over the past couple weeks. A new one comes every other day! It's incredibly frustrating as we've expressed multiple times we're not interested. We have a no soliciting sign up as well. And we've expressed that it's a disturbance to our young baby who is often sleeping. I don't understand how we could be any more clear. Is this company so disorganized they don't realize they've sent so many different reps? Or are they that careless that they just don't care that this is borderline harassment? read more

I moved into my house a little over a 1 ago (July 2023) with my brother to take care of our dad after our mom passed. We went with Solar to help keep costs down. The first summer was great. This past summer, my bill was just as much as when I did not have solar. Not good. Nothing in the household changed. I knew something was wrong. I sent my bills to Tempo for them to review. I have to admit that it took longer to resolve than I liked (hence 4 stars instead of 5) and my frustration was at an all time high, but I also have to give credit where credit is due. One of the managers, William, came to my house for a sit down to work out and try to help resolve my issues. He listened to my frustrations and took full ownership of the communication issues. This helped us to work together to find the root cause of my exorbitant energy bills. William agreed that something was wrong. He assured me that Tempo did its due diligence to review my solar system. Everything with my system was working. Through more discussion, the only thing William could think of is that there might be a problem with one of my AC units. Tempo has an AC guy that William offered to send out to my house to check on my system. I was surprised, amazed, and grateful. The AC guy was great and very helpful. He found one of my units was leaking freon. I called my Home Warranty and had it fixed the next day. Now I won't know till next summer if this fixes the energy bill for sure. But I'm hopeful. It may have taken more time, money and frustration to resolve this issue than needed on both ends, but in the end Tempo did make things right and assured me that they are there to help save me money and provide a trustworthy product. I would recommend Tempo Solar and thank them for helping to find what hopefully was the root cause. read more

Tempo Solar World came by my home after I met with multiple companies. I thought I found the best offer boy was I mistaken. There are incredible offers by companies that do their own installs bc they do not pay any middle men. No way I could be mistaken I was offered a 9.56kw and a 9.6kw at a higher price that Carmelo offered me for a 10.4kw. I don't know much but these guys seem to literally get the best deal available to them. More panels bigger system better panels faster install you name it. I recommend but please put my name they offer referral plans I will split it with you! read more

My current experience with Tempo has been horrible and frustrating. My solar panels were installed end of May first week of June and now it's 8 Aug and my panels are still unable to be used. I was told it would takes 2 weeks before we get up and running and here we are 9 weeks later and still nothing. I have reached out to my seller and it's been crickets since I complained 2 weeks ago. He keeps blaming NV Energy for the delay but the energy company is having issues with them doing the paperwork correctly. Furthermore, they created the account application for them to process the paperwork on our behalf but gave us no access to see and signed the required documents. I will i could give them less than a one star. our solar was turned on by nv energy in january. we were told that we would be able to use our phone to see what was produced. it has not worked since the solar was installed. they never return calls and only text but do nothing afterwords. when i saw one of the employees next door (also tempo customers) i spoke to him and he said we needed another part that he would get me. i got a text from Adam on May 18th, a month and a half ago and nothing has been done. we got our bill from nv energy and it went from $ 22 to $ 242 in june. right now with temps in the 100'd my phone shows we have produced 1 watt today and at 1:30 we are now producing 0 kw. i think we got ripped off for $ 49,000. read more

Since we are in a new year, I decided to give an update on this company. Tempo called me about an week and a half ago, asking how can they make this right. I told them, they can compensate me, for all the hassles and stress they have put me through, taking money out of my pocket, by paying GoodLeap financial for solar panels I never asked Tempo to put on, since their guy misrepresented himself and pretended to be with the only company I ever called and it sure wasn't Tempo. The man whom I spoke to, said he had to speak to his supervisor and I have never heard back from him! I guess I should add in, I told Tempo to get their fraudulent panels off my roof. I posted a breech of contract photo from GoodLeap, the financial company which is backing Tempo and made take this loan, which i have to pay on or my credit will get screwed up, which we all know, it's not easy to repair, which I'm going after this company next. So, these are the 2 dishonest companies in dealing with. Also, my original company I planned on doing business with, the one actually called and signed a contract with, NV electric will pay me at the end of the year 40%, Brighthaus the company I am supposed to be with gets 36% and I would get to keep 4% and since I'm on disability, that would've been very helpful in my situation! Thank you Tempo Solar for scamming out of money, I guess it's only about the big mighty buck, companies shouldn't scam people out of their money. By the way, because of this situation, Tempo Solar has been suspended from the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and I will not stop until this company admits their fault and makes it right, this is just the beginning. I had Tempo electric wire a spa for me, I live in NY and my house is in Las Vegas. I detailed exactly what the work was supposed to be, and we agreed on a price. When I came to my house in Las Vegas, not only did they NOT do the work agreed on (they did about half) , but they charged me for a 50AMP GFI circuit breaker, and installed some home depot cheap breakers (NON GFI) I hired a new electrician (Penny Electric, who I wrote a RAVE review for) and they pointed out how shoddy the work Tempo did.
