I originally had ONE issue... the pigeon guards that were supposed to be installed were not completed at first, but I'm happy to say they have now followed through and the guards are installed. Thank you to Logan for his help and support in getting everything taken care of. Aside from that, I've been extremely happy with my solar system. I went from paying around $700 a month for electricity to basically just paying the NV Energy connection fee, which is under $20. The panels are still producing just as much as they did from the beginning. I would definitely recommend solar, and my biggest advice would be to round up when deciding how many panels to get--you'll be glad you did. read more

I had the pleasure of stopping by Jim's open house today, and I was genuinely impressed by how knowledgeable he is about Sun City! He gave me an amazing rundown of the community and shared things I didn't even know, which says a lot about how well he knows the area. Whether someone is looking to buy, sell, invest, or even rent in Sun City, I would absolutely feel comfortable referring them to Jim. He understands the 55+ community, the homes, the area, and the lifestyle that comes with living there. He's also extremely knowledgeable about solar, which is such a valuable added resource for homeowners. Jim works alongside his wife, and together they make a great team. I'm always looking for knowledgeable, trustworthy professionals I can confidently connect my clients with, and Jim is definitely one of them. I look forward to referring business their way and hopefully working together in the future! read more

I had Temp put solar on my roof shortly after purchasing my home three years ago. Not only did they give me a generous cash discount, my worst electric bill was $19-and-change. I bought a plug-in hybrid in October 2025. I thought my electric bill would bump up with the electricity needed to charge it. To my surprise, my bill dropped to $18-and-change. Under $20 a month; I wonder why I don't see more solar systems in my area! read more

Absalute scam. Had my solar system installed in March of 2026 and was supposed to receive a disbursement of $3000 for our solar contract. After my initial $1500 they decided they wanted to spend the last $1500. well it's now August 3rd. Instead of receiving my money the contractor/company decided to spend my money and now refuse to call or write me back. Got a hold of a manager once, never heard back or received my check. Talked to the seals representative and was told to call the company. endless cycle of calling to be sent to voicemail. Stay away, they will toss you aside Like they did me. read more

Avoid this company at all costs. The salesperson claimed they would beat any competitor's price, but instead tried to convince me that paying more was somehow better. The experience was unprofessional, and I found them to be rude and misleading. I wouldn't even recommend starting a conversation with them. Save your time and look elsewhere. read more

2 years later, endless phone calls, text and broken promises. I have been dealing with electric bills on top of my solar bill for 2 years now. I was promised something that never happened so I would move forward with there solar program. Logan the manager has promised to make things right after seeing my review on google and threaten me to take it down because it was effecting business. Just to again bait me, promised to fix everything 1 year ago. And I'm still here with broken new promises. It's a complete scam. Tell me why I paid almost $400-$500 a month with solar in the summer last year. That is more than a regular electric bill! Be careful do your research when your choosing a solar company you don't want to end up with holes in your roof electric bills broken promises and endless nightmare over trying to save money. Because in the end you won't save you will go broke! read more

I just purchased solar panels for the second time from Logan at Tempo Solar, and I can't recommend him enough! Logan's expertise, honesty, and attention to detail made the process effortless, and he helped me choose the perfect system for my home. Thanks to Logan's guidance, I've seen real savings and a smooth installation process both times. If you want a knowledgeable and trustworthy solar expert who genuinely cares about your investment, Logan at Tempo Solar is the person to call--you won't regret it! read more

Do not use this company. They are filled with empty promises and will do anything to get the sale and then they will completely ghost you. Jarrod and Dylan both said we'd receive multiple gift cards and knight tickets for signing up. We've never received a single thing. I can't even get a response from the home office in regard to needing a statement. Customer service is awful. read more

Tempo Solar World is definitely the way to go. Our sales rep team of Chris Jackson and Danny (sorry I forgot his last name) explained every step of the way and delivered what they said they were going to do. I requested the conduits be painted to match the house...DONE! I requested they move inverter box so its not blocking my door light...DONE! I requested they install the critter guards on the panels...DONE! I requested roof tiles that were cracked during the installation...DONE! Chris made sure I, the customer, was left happy about my $30K purchase. I will recommend them over ION, SunSolar and Tesla any day of the week. I've had my panels installed in early June 2025 and running (with the Permission to Operate) within 3 weeks. I monitor its energy production daily via the App and compare it to my NV Energy invoice monthly. It's our first summer in Las Vegas and I am using our AC without hesitation knowing I will not be charged an arm and a leg. Solar is the way to go and Tempo Solar World with Chris Jackson's team is best decision I've made! Carly D. read more

I highly recommend Tempo Solar and my rep Joseph! They are super helpful throughout the process, very honest and forthcoming, and understanding of your needs. They are always responsive in a timely manner and willing to help with my HOA needs to get the job done within set parameters. Joseph is so cool and has never let a call or text go unanswered. My concern was putting a large sum of money down but get this... I put $0 down! The process was fairly quick and simple. Tempo handles 90% of the startup work. I just had to create some online accounts, download an app, and sign documents via email. Super easy! My monthly paying will be around $125 and I won't continue to pay NV energy other than basic meter costs. That's a pretty great trade off! If you're thinking of Solar in Vegas... do it! And definitely do it with Tempo, and request Joseph! read more

Tempo Solar World - Solar panels - Solar Installation Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Employee Jim Wenzel was formerly running a business "Jim the Solar Guy" that is under watchlist status for multiple complaints with the Nevada State Contractors Board. I personally met Jim at my house some years back when I was considering solar. Jim was dishonest and slimy throughout negotiations. He couldn't answer simple straightforward questions and behaved like a fraudster. Most of his representations turned out to be outright false. Jim also made racist remarks mocking Latino subcontractors at my house, assuming that I would find it funny. I did not find it funny. It appears Tempo Solar World hired him. I would not trust any company that hires such dubious and untrustworthy employees. read more

All I know is we hadn't even received our first electric bill after buying a new house and these two clowns show up banging on our door, ringing the bell aggressively. I'm like whatever they're selling I want no part of it. My Good Cop husband agreed to a meeting, and they wouldn't give him any website to research them or do any kind of due diligence on. They also "don't do email". Just wanted to high pressure you into an immediate sit down and sign a contract. We don't even have a kitchen table set up yet! No dice read more

Tyreeeeee is the BEST! From the start, I was so scared and unsure about going solar... it ended up being a great experience thanks to Tyree! He answered my million questions with confidence, never pressured me, and gave me the time I needed to make a decision without ever being pushy or overbearing. What really stood out was that Tyree gave me his honest opinions, which made the decision so much easier. Any issues that came up during the install or with my NV Energy bills--Tyree was just a text away with a quick answer or solution. And even now, over a year later, he's still always there when I have questions or concerns! I'm SO happy I went with Tempo Solar and worked with Tyree. Highly, highly recommend!! read more

Tempo Solar has impressed us at every stage of the process. Competing in a crowded market of solar companies often using aggressive and bothersome tactics, Tempo Solar stands out with their professional and consultative approach. As a senior learning consultant specializing in sales and technology, here are the aspects of their service that I particularly appreciated: 1. Consultative and Classy Approach: Tempo Solar's method is refined and customer-centric, making the experience comfortable and informative. 2. Effective Teamwork: The sales team, composed of two members, worked seamlessly together, highlighting the strengths of their sales strategy. 3. Persistent Yet Respectful: The sales team was diligent without being intrusive or aggressive. 4. Thorough Consultation: The discovery and consultation phases were comprehensive, and at no point did I feel pressured to make an immediate decision. When we finally decided to move forward, everything promised was delivered. The solar panels were installed within about a week, causing minimal disruption--a crucial factor for someone working from home. The installation team was professional, courteous, and willing to answer all my questions. Currently, I am waiting for the 30-90 day net metering process to complete before the system goes live. Tempo Solar was very transparent about this step before I signed the agreement, which I greatly appreciated. I will continue to provide updates as we progress in replies here. read more

Great business and fantastic communication. Took 18 days from signing papers to install completed and producing power. Joseph B is a great agent and help us find and understand the process. Can't wait for NV energy bill to slowly disappear over time. read more

Tempo Solar World recently completed an installation of solar panels at my house. The process was easy, the installation efficient, and my costs were zero. I was extremely impressed with the company and their representative, Taylor. He explained everything about the installation process and how much money it would save us. But the best part was the entire installation took two weeks. I would like to thank Tempo Solar World for the outstanding job and professionalism. I recommend this company over all others in Las Vegas. If you are looking for solar for your home, this is the company to call. read more

Terrible door to door sales. Ignores sign on from door that I work from home and not to ring door bell. Once you open the door, they will not take no for an answer. Claim they are getting paperwork signed for a neighbor. Fail to tell you who that neighbor is. They just want your information so they can come back and harass you again. read more

Team answered all the questions I had and installation was swift! Highly recommended for solar panels

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. They ignored multiple "no soliciting" signs and still ring my doorbell. I told them not interested the first 2 times, and they came back again 2 days later. I finally had to tell them never to step foot on my property again. I would not recommend this company for anything. They show a HomeAdvisor seal on their website, but they continually break that Code of Conduct. I never want to see any representative from this company anywhere near my house. read more

The whole process was simple from start to finish. The bulk of the work was done in one day. The Sales staff didn't disappear after the first day. They were there for every step, even going WAY above and beyond the job description. Thanks Eric, Diego, and Steve for all of the extra help. read more

Tempo Solar World was able to install my system in less than a week after signing my contracts. The workers showed up early and were finished installing my 34 panel system within 4 hours. My project manager Joseph Bernadzikowski was professional, always answered my texts and calls, and made this process absolutely seamless. Joseph also showed up to my home within an hour after NV energy gave us the green light and made sure I had my SolarEdge app all set up. I would recommend this installer and specifically Joseph to anyone that is looking for Solar done the right way! read more

A friend of mine recommended this company because he had such an amazing experience with them. I was a little skeptical about going with them due to the reviews but Tempo Solar has MOST DEFINITELY impressed me! They were honest every step of the way and explained thoroughly about any questions or concerns that I had. After signing documents, my panels were up after about a week! All of the other companies I talked to said about 2-3 months which by then would have taken too long. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family!!! read more

This review is only in regards to their sales technique. We have had at least 8 different Tempo reps knock on our door over the past couple weeks. A new one comes every other day! It's incredibly frustrating as we've expressed multiple times we're not interested. We have a no soliciting sign up as well. And we've expressed that it's a disturbance to our young baby who is often sleeping. I don't understand how we could be any more clear. Is this company so disorganized they don't realize they've sent so many different reps? Or are they that careless that they just don't care that this is borderline harassment? read more

This company has been to our house 3 times in one month. We live in a gated community with a no solicitation sign on the gate. They entered through the gate, and knocked on our door, which also has a no soliciting sign on it. The first guy said he wasn't selling us anything, and refused to leave. He had a solicitor lanyard on with his number on it. I wish I'd taken a picture. The second guy is in the cowboy hat in this Instagram picture https://www.instagram.com/p/C3n9ulnSXQQ/?img_index=3, and he also used the same "I'm not trying to sell you anything" line, which was clearly a lie. That was yesterday. Today, Tyree showed up to our door, spouting the same nonsense. They are scam artists that look up new deeds filed with the county who illegally enter communities clearly marked with "no soliciting" signs. I have reported them to code enforcement. I suggest anyone with a similar problem to do the same. They stalk and harass. I'd never hire them to sweep my driveway, much less put something on my roof. Buyer beware. read more

Tempo Solar World came by my home after I met with multiple companies. I thought I found the best offer boy was I mistaken. There are incredible offers by companies that do their own installs bc they do not pay any middle men. No way I could be mistaken I was offered a 9.56kw and a 9.6kw at a higher price that Carmelo offered me for a 10.4kw. I don't know much but these guys seem to literally get the best deal available to them. More panels bigger system better panels faster install you name it. I recommend but please put my name they offer referral plans I will split it with you! read more

I moved into my house a little over a 1 ago (July 2023) with my brother to take care of our dad after our mom passed. We went with Solar to help keep costs down. The first summer was great. This past summer, my bill was just as much as when I did not have solar. Not good. Nothing in the household changed. I knew something was wrong. I sent my bills to Tempo for them to review. I have to admit that it took longer to resolve than I liked (hence 4 stars instead of 5) and my frustration was at an all time high, but I also have to give credit where credit is due. One of the managers, William, came to my house for a sit down to work out and try to help resolve my issues. He listened to my frustrations and took full ownership of the communication issues. This helped us to work together to find the root cause of my exorbitant energy bills. William agreed that something was wrong. He assured me that Tempo did its due diligence to review my solar system. Everything with my system was working. Through more discussion, the only thing William could think of is that there might be a problem with one of my AC units. Tempo has an AC guy that William offered to send out to my house to check on my system. I was surprised, amazed, and grateful. The AC guy was great and very helpful. He found one of my units was leaking freon. I called my Home Warranty and had it fixed the next day. Now I won't know till next summer if this fixes the energy bill for sure. But I'm hopeful. It may have taken more time, money and frustration to resolve this issue than needed on both ends, but in the end Tempo did make things right and assured me that they are there to help save me money and provide a trustworthy product. I would recommend Tempo Solar and thank them for helping to find what hopefully was the root cause. read more

Full transparency! We sat with 5 companies and Tempo Solar had the best pricing and warranties. I would recommend this company simply due to their longevity in the las Vegas area. My current experience with Tempo has been horrible and frustrating. My solar panels were installed end of May first week of June and now it's 8 Aug and my panels are still unable to be used. I was told it would takes 2 weeks before we get up and running and here we are 9 weeks later and still nothing. I have reached out to my seller and it's been crickets since I complained 2 weeks ago. He keeps blaming NV Energy for the delay but the energy company is having issues with them doing the paperwork correctly. Furthermore, they created the account application for them to process the paperwork on our behalf but gave us no access to see and signed the required documents. Tempo Solar is smoke and mirrors, everything looks and sounds good but at the end I am stuck paying my solar panel and and energy bill. read more

I will i could give them less than a one star. our solar was turned on by nv energy in january. we were told that we would be able to use our phone to see what was produced. it has not worked since the solar was installed. they never return calls and only text but do nothing afterwords. when i saw one of the employees next door (also tempo customers) i spoke to him and he said we needed another part that he would get me. i got a text from Adam on May 18th, a month and a half ago and nothing has been done. we got our bill from nv energy and it went from $ 22 to $ 242 in june. right now with temps in the 100'd my phone shows we have produced 1 watt today and at 1:30 we are now producing 0 kw. i think we got ripped off for $ 49,000. read more

Since we are in a new year, I decided to give an update on this company. Tempo called me about an week and a half ago, asking how can they make this right. I told them, they can compensate me, for all the hassles and stress they have put me through, taking money out of my pocket, by paying GoodLeap financial for solar panels I never asked Tempo to put on, since their guy misrepresented himself and pretended to be with the only company I ever called and it sure wasn't Tempo. The man whom I spoke to, said he had to speak to his supervisor and I have never heard back from him! I guess I should add in, I told Tempo to get their fraudulent panels off my roof. I posted a breech of contract photo from GoodLeap, the financial company which is backing Tempo and made take this loan, which i have to pay on or my credit will get screwed up, which we all know, it's not easy to repair, which I'm going after this company next. So, these are the 2 dishonest companies in dealing with. Also, my original company I planned on doing business with, the one actually called and signed a contract with, NV electric will pay me at the end of the year 40%, Brighthaus the company I am supposed to be with gets 36% and I would get to keep 4% and since I'm on disability, that would've been very helpful in my situation! Thank you Tempo Solar for scamming out of money, I guess it's only about the big mighty buck, companies shouldn't scam people out of their money. By the way, because of this situation, Tempo Solar has been suspended from the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and I will not stop until this company admits their fault and makes it right, this is just the beginning. I will keep posting updates! read more
