Furthermore we had to call the store to get the refund we were owed (we exchanged for a less expensive mattress) as they never put it through. Poor customer service on top of a bait and switch offer. Raj is a nice enough guy but hard to feel like we were treated right when we lost out in the end. Go elsewhere for a more honest and transparent process.

Party room meaning the room where we set up our food buffet and other dishes for family and friends parties. We had our 2 foldable banquet tables in there that we bought from Costco and we eventually we got too lazy to put them away. So I gave Ken a call and we worked together after several calls to each other (and texts) and were able to give him the exact dimensions we wanted for our new cabinets, including the wood finish. We just wanted a simple looking design that would meet our needs. Our custom made cabinets came a week later and I am super happy! Over a year ago I stumbled upon this place in San Rafael and ordered a credenza piece for our dining room and I still love it. I wanted new dressers for our bedroom since our 10 year old IKEA dresser drawers broke. I was able to order & purchase 4 new dressers at Dimensional Furniture with one of them made custom sized to a space that didn't match standard sized dressers. I am really super happy. The dressers are made with solid wood and you have a choice of 10 colors to choose from for the finish. You also have a choice of either wood or silver pull handles for the drawers. I came in on a Tuesday morand my dressers were delivered yesterday afternoon...on a Thursday (the same week)! I paid an extra fee to have my old broken IKEA dressers taken away as well. Excellent service and I love my new furniture!

I tried all types of toppers but nothing seemed to help. I contacted the store and was told it should of been moved in a box and that the warranty is not valid as a result. I was told If I wanted to replace the inside springs it would be $1200 and for each foam section it would be $800 plus shipping. Owner said that it probably got damaged during move. However the mattress was moved in the same manner it was delivered to me (wrapped in plastic), which may of not been done correctly by the delivery company they used. After paying soo much for this mattress I was hoping there would be some sort of warranty or at least support that could be offered that was not as much as buying a whole new mattress, but unfortunately that was not the case. Sadly, I will need to buy a new mattress since I can no longer sleep on this one. If you don't plan to move it's a great mattress, but word of warning... don't move it unless you put it in a very sturdy box, since it is very floppy....

I could never find the support I wanted because what I finally realize now is that I want support and resilience. Memory foam collapses and becomes hard with impressions very quickly. I always felt like I was sleeping on a rock in a hole. Over five years ago we purchased a mattress from this store which is a component. It has a spring coil base, then a layer of latex and another layer of latex on top. We could pick the firmness of each of these components. It's perfect! We already had an adjustable base so our new mattress went on top of that. Let me tell you, I've never had a better mattress! It gives me the support I want but with some resilience (or bounce) so I'm not sleeping in a hard hole most mattresses end up developing after just a few short weeks. It's so cozy! Also you can turn the latex pieces yourself if you feel the need. I purchased mine in Walnut Creek when the store was there but I wanted to leave this review here too.

I contacted the Duxiana US headquarters. They immediately made sure I got the legs I wanted at their expense.

When I purchased a large bed frame, we were able to fit the Duxiana King into it with a bit of help from our contractor. But I noticed that the Dux bed didn't feel quite the same. I went to the store several times and we worked out a pattern for the components and I bought a new topper because I had not rotated mine (oops) like I was suppose to. I was still feeling like something felt odd with the King Bed, so today, Barbara came over to my house and we stripped both of the beds and I realized that at some point, my pascals (components) had been reversed. Because of the brilliant way these beds are designed she was able to check the springs and other parts of both beds and made certain that everything was working properly. Within two years, the…read moresofa developed a serious defect: the single-seat cushion has collapsed to the point that it sinks excessively, making the sofa uncomfortable and unsafe to sit on. I contacted the company to request either a repair or store credit so I could replace the sofa. Both reasonable requests were denied solely because I did not purchase the extended warranty--despite the fact that this is a clear product failure occurring well within a reasonable lifespan for a sofa. To make matters worse, it took from November 14, 2025, until today to receive a response at all (which I had to initiate). This prolonged delay and lack of accountability reflect extremely poor customer service.
