After 10 years, the bed sagged so severely that my wife and I can no longer sleep on it without experiencing back pain. Hastens claims to have resolved the issue in newer models. Yet instead of honoring the warranty, they offered a 15% discount on a replacement bed priced between $22,000--$ 56,000. This is not a solution--it's an insult. A luxury brand should stand behind its products and its promises. I cannot recommend Hastens based on this experience. Hastens warranty is meaningless. For super-highly-priced bed a warranty ought to be a major consideration when making a purchse. The receipt did not have a more detailed description of the mattress, but I recognized that it was from the same company. I still find store's written policy a little unnerving, but we have a mattress! ---------- I walked in today to buy a queen size mattress for which they promised delivery today between 4-8pm. Unfortunately, it has not delivered and no one is answering the phone. Getting delivery today was key to my purchasing decision, but now I see on the receipt that the store policy states that: - There will be no refund - All sales are final - No exchange after delivery - Delivery subject to change without notice - Etc.
