We needed our garage carport studded in, waterproofed, and stucco'd as well as concrete broken out and new concrete poured to make our new garage. Claude came out asap for a consultation and was courteous and thorough with an estimate within a day. Him and his crew showed up two weeks later ready to go! I have to say, we have been skeptical of contractors since we bought our place (we had some bad experiences), but Ten Eight came recommended by a neighbor and boy were we pleased. I mean Claude and his team are EXCEPTIONAL. Seriously. Our project was creating a fence around our perimeter and extending through the backyard, and during the pandemic when wood was extremely hard to find. Claude was able to find wood for us that was close to what we wanted and with the same staying power. He also provided us with a very detailed estimate so we can see where all the costs were coming from. As far as the project, Claude was really great at coming up with solutions on the fly, as new challenges arose (usually happens with older houses). His crew would show up when they said they would and would end when they said they would. They are extremely professional and responsive. I cannot speak highly enough of Claude and his crew. Like I mentioned, we have had some pretty bad experiences over the years with contractors, but this was not one of them. This was a GREAT EXPERIENCE from start to finish. Even after the project was finished, Claude has checked in to see how everything was going. What other contractors do that?! Amazing! Ten Eight Renovations did our bathroom and did an outstanding job!! We wanted to upgrade everything and get rid of the tub and make a nice stand up shower that was wider then the tub space. The job came out extremely nice! Tile work is nicely done, flooring looks great and is level! The plumber that works with them is very professional and gets things done very quickly so we were not waiting for any plumbing to get finished for multiple days. We did have an issue with the paint peas g and Claude came in looked at it and had his guys reprime and repaint with no fight. They fixed anything we pointed out as quality is what they strive for and they delivered!!!! I will be using them again in the future for more projects and remodel.
