We told two salespeople that we needed to have the delivery men move the old bed from downstairs to upstairs. When the delivery men arrived they refused to move the bed because there was nothing in their notes about moving a bed. The salespeople never bothered to write it down! So the delivery guys said it would be $60, then $30, then $80 to move the bed. As they were leaving, one of the delivery men said, "If your dog comes near me and bites me, I'm going to kick it." They did come back to finish the delivery, but the owner of the company didn't have the professionalism to call us back! They also didn't know how to set up the new bed we purchased. After spending thousands of dollars on furniture there in the past; we will be buying from another furniture store.

The installers assured my husband "it will smooth itself out. Just give it a few months." We're a year later and my living room carpet is WORSE than the first day of install. Update: we called the store and they returned to our home to take corrective action. I appreciate that they were responsive when we complained, and made arrangements to correct the situation. The installer readjusted and re-stretched the carpet so that all of the large "tents" or peaks in the room have been laid flat again. I'm cautiously optimistic that the carpet will remain flat or that the store will return again to make it right should they issue recur.
