Have been trying to transfer my account. Horrible service!! They sent half the money but not the…read moreother half. When I inquired why, they said the other advisor had to request it, and I informed them that yes, that happened which is why half the money was transferred already. Then they couldn't tell me why it wasn't sent, but I was promised a call back. I also informed them at this time that they needed to sell the funds so it could transfer. Waited for about a month. Never heard back. Called again- was told they had called me. I was also told they couldn't transfer my funds due to the type of account he had invested it in without a verbal instruction. Advised I had given that instruction but was giving it yet again. I was told the person I spoke to could not take the verbal instruction. They also told me they had called me many times. No voicemail nor any record of a call back- so I am sure this is a lie. At this point I told the assistant "ma'am (being polite) no one has called me. I have my history right here." At this point she went into a tirade about how she had a name and it wasn't ma'am. Sorry I haven't memorized each office staffs name and know it by their voice. My only explanation is he would like to keep getting commission off my money which he should not have access to at this point, or the woman I spoke to is not passing on messages. Never had such issues with a financial advisor! We were put with this office when our other advisor left, and have never been impressed, but this was the absolute worst experience!!!

Anyways I had a friend come visit me at my store the other day and yes I started to complain about the mall security and how someone stole my bike off my truck. She asked me about the claim I told her my car insurance would not pay for it she laughed and said my homeowners would cover it. I figured it couldn't hurt to try so I contacted Renee she was very helpful she got the claims office on the line as they took all the information (she also stayed on the line) the claims lady gave me a number told me the adjuster will be calling me. Within 4 days they paid my claim. Renee constantly kept in touch not make sure things were running smooth. I would recommend this agent to anyone five stars from me you deserve it.
