I am 110% pleased and satisfied with the exceptional level of care here. My kids are ages 2 and 4, and I have been at Allie the whole time. The teachers genuinely care about the kids, and Allison is extremely accommodating to parents' schedule changes and needs. There is a personal touch here, which often lacks in the corporate franchise facilities. Seasonal festivals and late nights are offered regularly and allow for parents to either enjoy socializing at the school with their children or enjoy a few hours of adult time. New housing developments are exploding in the area. If you are relocating or moving to the area, don't let a bad review keep you from checking this place out and seeing for yourself. I enrolled my 2 year old daughter a few wks ago and I am already searching for new care. This place is a nightmare! 1st off, the daycare providers are highly unattentive to the kids. Every time I ask how my daughters day was I get the same response "I'm not sure I wasn't in her group" but I know for a fact that's not the case. I've also sat by after I've dropped her off and before pick up to see what their up to and the staff is never being attentive to the kids. Except for the youngest girl that works there. She seems to be the only one who cares about the kids at all. My daughter also came home with severely scrapped up knees with no information from the staff. They probably didn't even know it happened. I have also noticed that my daughter went from being excited about school to very reluctant to go, which is a for sure sign that this is not a good place for her. I have also walked in to hear the staff fully yelling at the children, UNACCEPTABLE! They also have some extremely questionable staff hired! The owner seems to be cheaping out and not paying for quality staff, which would improve her business overall. Quality staff is a must for this type of business. It just makes me wonder and a little sad that other parents are totally fine with the very low quality of care their children are receiving. BTW, we just moved here from another state, and our daycare prior to this was beyond exceptional, so I would know a good daycare from a bad one, and this one is not a good daycare. I hope they read this review and consider how essential their business is and that they need to provide quality care for these children!

At least the 2 year old room which my son was in! I admit my son was a biter, but it could all have been prevented if the 2 year old teachers would have listened to myself and my sons therapist! We put a request and a safety plan that the therapist wrote up to them to help my son when he would become worked up! Instead of preventing it they wouldn't do anything. And the day they found out my son had SPD and possibly autism was the day he was kicked out! So all in all i wouldn't recommend this school to my worst enemy if their child has any type of disorder!
