Katie. she has been with her since she was 6 weeks old! I was nervous because of her age,her just being so little but I had nothing to worry about. ms. Katie has always kept me updated on her and made sure she was well taken care of. She will soon be going with ms. Hannah who watches the one year olds. she is so sweet and you can tell how much she enjoys her job and how much love she has for these babies! This daycare also does pictures regularly with professional photographers which I appreciate so much with being a single mother and not having the time go out and get them done myself. All of the teachers work with the children as well, and make holidays special for them! My kids love it here!

Anytime that I have logged in to see what the class is doing, the teachers are working with all the kids on learning their numbers, colors, letters, etc. My daughter is going to be 2 soon and I am IMPRESSED with how much she has learned in such a short period of time!! One of the managers Jessica is a phenomenal person. I was very nervous since this was my daughters 1st time in daycare; she has always answered my calls & has even called me to tell me how she is doing. I recommend this learning center to anyone that may be looking to send their child somewhere.

DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE! This place used to be amazing years ago but in the last year the…read morequality of teachers and administrators have drastically gone diminished. The people running this school don't have any expertise around early childhood education and caused me to believe something was wrong with my child from a behavioral perspective. The "experienced" admins suggested I pull my child and place her in a 1:1 environment due to her "issues". I did pull my child about 6 months ago and placed them in a school the same size and she has EXCELLED. Not only has she learned more in 6 months at her new school than she ever did at My Little Sprout, the new school absolutely adores my kids. In addition, the new school outlined that some of behaviors of the old school teachers which caused anxiety for my child. For example My Little Sprout taught her to "stomp" on the floor when she was frustrated which was a bad habit to teach as it teaches aggression. The new school used actual early childhood education methodology to teach my child healthy emotions. Do yourself a favor and check the credentials of those running the school and ensure they have actual expertise with kids. This place doesn't have it at all and doesn't want to actually deal with kids at all. My child no longer has anxiety going to school that this place caused her to have!

So, I just remembered about this place- my child attended this facility about 10 years ago. I just…read morewas telling someone here at work about the cameras and watching my son. Mrs. Cindy at the time was amazing to my child- she loved him and cared for him in the mornings. I remembered how he was the most precious baby/toddler and I was excited to see him everyday- and I would pull up and go inside to get him and i would hear a child screaming/crying from the back room- i open the door- my baby is standing there crying holding his little hands together and not one teacher at the time was consoling him. I asked why and they said the older kids kept turning off the lights. and there were a few more times that happened- I let them know i dont ever want to come pick him up and he is in this type of distress and i think it got better. how do you not calm a crying child down??? i was livid and when i think about it again i get pissed off 11 yrs later. I was also told they didn't believe in comforting children or picking them up-some type of tough love shit. That pissed me off ( I had to work tho ) - I wish I could go back and change one thing and never have sent him there. Doing that crap to my baby boy who was so adorable and good. The teachers or caregivers then , sat on the floor while the little ones played- and this is on camera!! I worked at a pre-school in college and we were to monitor and walk around at all times, interacting and I loved those kids. 11 yrs later and this place was disappointing in that aspect. I do have pictures of his work and him doing things and for the most part i never worried. but when he cried that broke my heart. i ended up pulling him and staying home with him again. I hope everyone has had better experiences there as it has been 11 yrs for me and I still get a little upset.

In response to Isabelle G's review:…read more At what point in history did our society reach such a low where one person could slander and accuse another person's character without any repercussions, all in the name of righteousness? In a Court of Law one repeating what others have said or seen is called Heresy. Yet you so easily throw this lady under the bus without a shred of hard evidence. Please provide the links to the two 2015 Articles in NOLA.COM so I can read for myself. Your righteous indignation is so lofty, did you at ANY TIME go to this lady yourself and inquire if these accusations were true? Are you aware of Matthew 18:15, which states very plainly, "If your brother sins, go and show him his fault IN PRIVATE; if he listens to you, you have won your brother." I can find nowhere in scripture where it says, "If your brother sins, go and POST ON THE INTERNET FOR ALL THE WORLD TO SEE FOREVER AND EVER." You should be ashamed of yourself for putting something like this on the Internet. If God forbid the accusations were true, I would hope that her family and her Christian Family at Church and School could help and assist her, NOT humiliate her by posting on the Internet her short comings. I'm so happy to know that you are so Perfect and Sinless. Maybe I can be lucky enough to be able to stand behind you on the Day of Reckoning before our Lord and Maker. That way I'll have a front row seat when you are struck with a lightening bolt for your thoughtless and self-absorbed "act of kindness" for all to see on Yelp! If I were this teacher, I would take legal action against this Isabelle G and the other parents for invasion of privacy and defamation of character.

Many of OLL (not LOL) faculty and staff are homeowners in Old Mandeville, which helps form a stable and secure environment for the little ones. Speaking of faculty and staff I am extremely blessed to live on the same street as this sweet, loving, VERY dedicated, mother, wife, and religion teacher. Did you know that she even has a statue is her front garden to honor our blessed mother? What more could a school ask for in a religion teacher? It's an all out crab war!
