After having to rearrange all my other plans for that day still waited at least 30 minutes. Last week I called and made an appointment, gotcha there, no appointment noted and again at least 30 minute wait. So I called in and made an appointment yesterday, go in and guess what? No appointment noted. I was there at my designated time as agreed upon via phone call. Two adults and a child were taken back before even acknowledging my existence. I left after waiting and wasting an hour of my Saturday. After I left I received a taext that said, and I quot, "Don't call here again.
