Amazing convenient nail salon they get you in quick I was a walk in on 5/1/24 and they had my nails done within 45 mins to a hour very nice technicians who do they're best to make sure you leave happy , my technician Juliettea ( hope I spelled it right ) did amazing work which honestly I am a picky person but she definitely knows what she's doing I got a almond short nude for my prom and the total was 60 dollars but I tipped 5 dollars on my prom is on May 3rd and I am in love with it they are definitely one of the best salons in south Knox will always love star nails and their work !!! read more

So so sad that I really liked this place because I do nails as well. I took my mom after ranting and raving about it, and they rushed through our appointment. Polish on my toes are very sloppy, and the sparkles they put on my moms toes is horrible!! They put 5 layers on and told her it'd take an hour to dry. After we waited an hour, the polish just slipped right off her toes. You don't even have to do nails to know you should never do more and at most three layers if you want your polish to ever dry. They gave her $5 back after collectively spending $130. 3 hours later and the polish is still rubbing off. Y'all need to do a better job at compensation. read more

Will never go back here. Huge delay after telling me it was going to be a few minutes. Lukewarm water for 12 minutes, no one came to check on me. The fan light inside of the water table you soak your feet in fell off and had gross gooey stuff inside. the fact that I walked out and not one person asked me what was wrong tells you they don't care abiut your experience here. I truly hope other people have a much better experience. read more

The woman who did my nails was very sweet but she was really rough with my fingernails. I bled on two nails and she would jab my cuticles. The gel nails I got are bumpy and she didn't make sure they were not sticky. Barely put any lotion on and used gloves that kept snagging. The woman sitting next to me kept being left all alone while the woman who was doing her nails would run around and help random people. Women who were doing pedicures were texting while painting the lady's toe nails. I wish it had gone better. read more

Have been several times, never really had a bad experience, but nothing spectacular either. The guy that must own salon is usually the greeter, never smiles or seems to care if you come back. But the ladies are all very nice. I had a older lady last time for gel & she did fine, but for some reason the next day or two the right hand a few nails started lifting. This has happened to me several times, not just at this salon & it's always the same nails on the right hand. I called back & they were nice enough to tell me to come back & they will fix them. That visit I think I may of had Kim, I really really liked her. She did a amazing job & insisted on removing all the gel & staring all over. She did not charge me, but I did tip her a few dollars for her time. I would & will definitely go back to her. This salon is always busy it seems so they are doing something right. It's a great location & convenient. They by far have the best selection of nail gel colors. I would recommend making appointments, as they seem to be busy. read more

Slow and rude. Older lady working there takes an hour to do a manicure....and then you have to tell her to go back and fix all she's missed. Kim actually "tried" to threaten me and told me I can't talk to her customers. Last time I checked I live in the land if the free....America.....I can talk to whoever I want.
