Inside gifts of all types. Indoor plant sanctuary. Potting and three pot areas. What has captivated me is the seamless hand off of my questions by the staff. Needed a pot, asked about aquatic plants. The gentleman in pots guided me to the aquatic expert. Had a tree question, next expert. Wanted good recommendation on bee friendly bushes. Then indoor plants. Then outdoor ornaments gifts. Went in thinking I'd buy a plant. Left with 3 plants. 2 new pots. A tree. Gifts for friends and family. And plans to come back for other items. She did not check with any other employee, check the computer, or even look around the building (the building was in shambles, the grass hadn't been mowed in weeks, and their wasn't a single live flower in the coolers). I said, "I have a confirmation paper with the order number on it. I'll be right back." In the 5 minutes it took me to get the paper, she closed the store and left. This was at 3:50 and they don't close until 5:00 pm. The girl knew I was coming right back, and did no mention anything about closing. I have since called the store numerous times (no answer or voicemail), I called their toll free number on their website (it is no longer in service), I emailed the owner twice (no response from her), I slid the invoice under the front door of the store requesting a call back (never received a phone call). I work for the local school system, and got nothing but negative feedback about Price Florist Inc. I should have listened. I just needed something quick to surprise my wife. Needless to say, I called a reputable florist (Crouch Florist) in Knoxville and had what I needed within minutes.

The associate called the owner and the owner said, "No, in fact that he planned on going up in price by 25% per pallet the next week". So instead of giving a bulk price or just saying no that he could not do that he stated that he was going to raise the price by 25%. I am extremely disappointed in the unprofessionalism and the pressure tactics that were attempted to be employed especially being a long time customer for many large home improvement projects.
