The place where we had to leave the vehicle had surveillance cameras and they gladly showed us that they were not involved in the thief of the converter. Someone spotted C&K truck along side of the hwy with my vehicle and the driver was seen back there with cutting tools. Being broke down is one thing but having to buy a converter is another. There's other towing services out there besides them. If you don't care if your converter gets cut off by this company then hire them. They lost this family as a customer.

The driver was super helpful and had a good sense of humor. Had it not been for the rear axle assembly digging into the pavement, we would have rolled over. Our truck was precariously perched over the edge of a steep bank. After several phone calls to towing businesses that turned out to be closed, we reached Tennessee Roadside. What a fortunate turn of events. Within minutes, "Tow Truck Tommy" and his partner Tony arrived, assessed the situation, and got to work. Using a nearby tree as a fulcrum, they calmly and professionally winched the truck at just the right angle to get it back up on the road WITH NO DAMAGE.
