    Tennessee Smokies v Chattanooga Lookouts

Great ballpark, but it needs to be said that if you're not paying attention, you'll definitely miss it from the highway. It is COMPLETELY COVERED from the trees. I mean, it IS in Tennessee after all. However, again, once there it's a great ballpark. It has a decent sized shop for a AA league team. Got to see them play the Chattanooga Lookouts, so pretty cool. I was impressed with their attendance too-they seem to have a good turnout and good local support. No real complaints here. Good job Kodak-keep supporting competitive baseball:)

Came here for a yelp event and we were spoiled at the luxury level. We had cushioned seats for the game, and a buffet with drinks! As for the food, I was addicted to the fresh popcorn because who doesn't love fresh popcorn? The food sucked though. There's a new chef with a new menu and everything was gross. The chicken looked frozen, the rice and veggies were overcooked and soggy. Everyone went for the hot dogs because you can't really mess that up. The cookies were decent too since they were soft. I heard Tom and chee was here last year but it's not anymore. I'm surprised it wasn't a hit. I would go for a grilled cheese sandwich during a game. I guess everyone enjoys the normal junk food - pretzels, popcorn, nuts and hot dogs. On my way to the luxury level, all of the staff were so friendly! Extremely friendly to the point that if you were having a bad day, you won't be!

I had my first experience at a Smokies Game! I was so impressed with the staff all the way from the parking lot to inside the stadium. First, the gentle who parked us allowed my wife and I to have "special" parking because it was our first time at a Smokies game. The second incident with staff that really stood out to me was a man working one of the beer stands. My wife and I purchased the mason jar and a beer, which came out to $20 but the card machine was down and we only had $15 cash on us so he let us have two jars and two beers for $15. I had an amazing time! I can't wait to go back!

We had driven by the Smokies baseball field many times, tonight we decided that we would see a game. It is a beautiful park very clean and lots of parking , they are a minor league team, tonight they were playing, Birmingham Barons. We had great seats lower level right behind home plate, the views were beautiful we could see everything. We were very fortunate and the gentleman behind us had the radar gun testing the speed of the pitch, never saw that before. There were a lot of concession stands on the main level with good food and drinks. The weather was perfect for a baseball game nice and cool, The game had extra innings so it was exciting to see who was going to win, unfortunately we did not win but it was close. There was a nice surprise after the game was finished they had a fantastic display of fireworks that was beautiful. For my first baseball game experience here it was wonderful and I will be sure to try to hit another one.

What a Great stadium! Everyone that works here is so nice and it's a really well kept clean stadium. And what a great assortment of beer and food. So much fun.

Beautiful ballpark to come to. Fun family thing to go and do when staying in Pigeon Forge. Tickets are cheap but you do have to pay $5 to park and program cost $1. A lot of different places to eat inside the ballpark. They have different promotions every night, just check their Facebook page or team website. Tonight was all you can eat buffet night, $20 ticket gets you in the game and all the food you can eat.

It's truly a friendly baseball park. America's friendliest, they say. I love going to the Smokies games. It's probably best to eat before you go because the food is overpriced but I suppose that is to be expected. Be prepared to have a blast leaving when the game is over. Slight sarcasm, there. I go every year for the Independence Day celebration. This year the fireworks seemed a bit short. I think something happened to them. It's always a good time though. I was there in 2014 when it went to 16 innings. Bless their hearts! The fans were tired and we gave in and cheered for the Biscuits to get a run so we could finally see some fireworks and go home. Definitely worth the visit!

Nice assortment of food and drink and really comfortable seats. Enjoying my first yelp event here.

Minor league baseball glory. Depending on the day you attend a game there are daily deals. We went on a Monday and it was $1 hot dog day! What sweet deal. Sadly it was a rain out but we will certainly be back in a few weeks when the Smokies return.

It was meh; hard to believe it was a semi-final game because they played so sloppy. NHL hockey players seem a lot more advanced on the ice. We ended up leaving after the 2nd period because the score was 0-4. The arena feels cozy compared to the Las Vegas Golden Knights game. Here, you feel a lot closer to the game because of the small arena. The Ice Bear fans are loud; the cow bells people were ringing were annoying (especially when they are directly behind you). Note to self: maybe bring earplugs or earmuffs in the future. Saw several good fights on the ice so that was fun. I wish the popcorn was hot. The pretzel didn't look very appealing. I asked my friend how it was and he said it's about the same temp as the popcorn (which was room temp). Would I return? TBD.

The old wooden seats were a bit uncomfortable over the course of the game. The crowd was very negative toward the opposing team and refs. Just their general chants were always saying how "you suck" or "refs suck" etc. over and over. Not a lot of chanting encouraging how supportive they are of the Ice Bears. Instead of a chant going "hey! Go Ice Bears" it was "hey! You suck!" I didn't enjoy being surrounded by the negativity, since it wasn't balanced out with support for the home team. The interaction from the announcer, the inter game activities and Big Screen was all done right. Bravo.

The pros about the stadium was the closed captioning on two locations during the game. I would have liked to seen the captioning to begin when introductions began but still grateful that this was present. We didn't appreciate being misled that a shuttle service was available for those parking in the G7 garage. We had to walk over 1 mile to and from the stadium. We entered from gate 22 as was recommended but it felt like we were sardines slowly moving to find our seats. I wished the seats were individual instead of a metal bench with backs as my body had a hard time being comfortable. There were plenty of drink and food vendors but the cost was ridiculous. We stuck with bottled water and shared a pretzel. However, a hotdog with nothing on it was $16. I loved the merch tents and did purchase a shirt and hat for summer use. Overall it was an enjoyable evening but it will be our last game. Be sure to dress comfortably, wear walking shoes and even eat a meal outside of the stadium before arriving. A plus is we left a bit early to avoid crowds and easily exited the parking garage onto I-40. Thanks!

I'm a Dave & Buster's Rewards member and visit the chain often in multiple cities, including Los Angeles, Hollywood, Washington, and now Sevierville. This location absolutely holds its own. The space was very clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly, not nearly as crowded as I expected given how tourist-heavy the area is. I visited with my sister, niece, and nephew, and everyone had a great time. Food was on point: I had the steak salad and the Philly cheesesteak, and we also shared the pretzel bites. Everything came out fresh and tasted great, no complaints across the table. Staff were friendly overall and helpful when needed. A special highlight was the Human Claw attraction; my nephew loved every second of it. Pure joy, zero regrets. The staff seemed understaffed, and our food took about 45 minutes to come out. We honestly didn't mind the wait since there wasn't much else to do with most places closed. They offer a wide variety of games, which we played first before sitting down to eat. I ordered the chicken tenders. They weren't bad, but they tasted like they may have stayed in the oil a little too long. Overall, it ended up being a good backup plan during the storm and gave us something fun to do when options were limited.
