Great selection! Joey was super kind and helpful in helping me choose my tennis racket. Highly recommend! Very helpful and informative! I'm excited to start my tennis journey!

The best price in town if you need service for your tennis racket. They are friendly and complete on time. They have variety selections from grip, dampener, and lots of professional rackets to select. If you love tennis or starting to explore, make sure to check out this place. Good rackets matter if you're looking into performance.

Joey and his Team at Tennis Factory are mega. Great selection of the best quality tennis equipment with knowledgeable and exceptional service. They take the time to listen to your needs and recommend the best product that helps you play your best. Note that they have an indoor tennis training facility on site as well with several high quality teaching coaches available at a reasonable cost.

Had such a great experience getting 2 of my racquets restrung here! Everyone in the shop was so friendly and knowledgeable. I have not touched my racquets, much less changed my strings, in 8 years & I didn't really have any idea of what strings I wanted. So I walked in, asked for a recommendation based on my current playing habits and asked for something that was more durable as I didn't want to have to change strings too frequently. They asked me when I wanted to pick it up and I said I would come in Wednesday (which was 2 days after I brought them in) sometime after 5 PM. When I went in on Wednesday to pick my racquets up, I was greeted immediately with friendly hellos and didn't even need to tell them my name and why I was there. They were putting the finishing touches on my racquets right as I walked in and had them in my hand within a minute of walking in. Honestly am so glad I decided to check out Tennis Factory instead of going to Dicks. Not only is the customer service here fantastic, the prices are also extremely reasonable. Can't wait to play with these freshly restrung racquets and will definitely be back next time for any of my tennis needs!

They moved to a new location across the street. Much roomier. Bought a tennis bag, racquet and had several strings done here. Great price and good quality. My go to shop for tennis items.

First time restringing my basically new blade v9 and it came back with two very noticeable chunks. The guy didn't even mention it and their carelessness also seems to be shown through their attitudes. I'm thankful it isn't a chip but pisses me off since racket was basically new Look at the photos the one with the orange grip is 5 days before the restringing and within those 5 days I played once very lightly and the third photo is today with the chip Edit: since I can't respond to the reply. I meant new as in absolutely NO PAINT CHIPS there were only scratches on the grommets and a small on the left side. The paints chips were 100% not there before I dropped it off. Yes, the racket was used but there were no paint chips at all when I brought it in and I inspected it beforehand. The paint chips were probably due to your mishandling since yes it obviously can't happen through just stringing

Best Tennis Gear and Equipment store I've ever been to. Discounted prices and amazing quality of service. I was lucky to stumble upon this place since they close pretty late for a tennis shop 7:30pm, perfect place to come to after work. I will continue to keep coming here for stringing services, and I definitely recommend this place!

They have a very nice selection of rackets, string and shoes. A very modern look as well. Definitely worth checking out when you are in the area.

The flex on these rackets takes me back to the best of the wooden rackets !

Ask the Community - Tennis Factory

Do you have Demo Racket program?

They don't have a demo program

Does the store carry rackets for young children (5 year old) and what is the price range?

Yes. Prices are comparable or cheaper to what you would find in a big box store. There's something for everyone.

How much do you guys charge for re stringing rackets?

My racket is super old and complicated but the price for string was only $20, probably $10 if you have a normal racket

How long would it take to restring tennis racket?

Usually I have been able to pick mine up within 24 hours.

Do they offer any deals or discounts on buying 2 or more Tennis rackets?

Give them a call, they are very responsive. Prices are the best I've ever seen so even without a deal I would just buy it from them.

How much does Tennis Factory charge to restring a racquet?

It may vary depend on quality of its type. Although I did mine for $25 which was decent. I hope this helps.

Does the Tennis Factory carry Assics Women's Tennis shoes?

As far as I know, I haven't seen them at the shop, but I believe that they can order for you.

It's very high ceiling and very spacious and they have tons of courts within the building. Parking was plenty as well. They have dedicated areas for that. From the outside it looks massive, and inside there are a bunch of trophies and pictures on the walls, which was cool to look at while we waited. The online waiver was easy and didn't take long at all. We had two courts next to each other and it didn't feel cramped, even as beginners. I liked that it still felt like we had our own space. But... there are definitely some things that could be better. There's a weird smell when you first walk in. You kind of get used to it after a while, but it's noticeable. The price was also kind of crazy , $42 for six people for one hour feels steep for what you're getting. The building feels a little outdated overall, and the restroom was honestly not great. The brown soap coming out of the dispenser was not it. Also, the lady at the front desk wasn't very friendly and rushed us off right when our time was up, even though there were empty courts. For what they charge, a little better customer service would make a big difference. We still had fun playing, but between the smell, price, and service, I'd say it's a solid 3 stars.

I came here to play on vacation because my nephew plays here. I did not bring my raquet or birds…read moreso I decided to rent the shoes and racket. Shoe rental $5 and raquet is $5. Drop in is $12 which is cheaper than the San Francisico area which is $20 and court rental $60 for an hour. I will say there is a small parking lot small and there is not many spaces. Maybe if it is full look for parking across the street. It was my first time there and there was one spot left, so I took it. The floor is pretty decent. It was a matted floor. In terms of playing games, from what the other players I asked how it works is: you have to put your bird on the little cones in the corner. If here are 2 of you, you have to put two birds there so people know there are 2 of you waiting. You are guarantee 2 games once you step on the court. After 2 games you have to get off. All this seem fair except that people at this club like to play with their friends so even when I had my birds on the cones and when they where done they all got off and people straight up would say "no" I don't want to play you. hmmmm... I guess that is a problem. I'm not sure management can do something about that. In Fremont area, and in the badminton community I think it happens very often which is very unwelcoming to newbies or even people who come in one or twos, who want to play. Unlike pickle ball. I get in people faces and ask them to play with me as if I'm a man asking a girl to dance at a club. And yes, guys walk away but someone eventually says yes, and I try to kick their ass because at this point I'm mad and fustrated. Since is it summer it is really hot, and I will say the temperature is the same outside as it is inside maybe hotter inside as everyone and their grandmother is in there running around. Overall, I would come back to play especially when I don't have my equipment.
