These guys where not great. The bulk of the fence is correctly made. So job technically done. Now…read morethe bad: 1. They need closely watched, I have an almost brand new fence on the left span on my yard, I paid them to do the front and right span, when I came out to check on them they had dug 16 post holes and laid out the post on the side that already had a fence, they just moved out 8 inches and were in the process of building a fence in front of the fence. Luckily I caught them before they poored the concrete. 2. I had them build me a gate. They cut the post too short before installing the hinges so the hinges looked bad (see photo) 3. When they came back to fix the hinge they just hammered them over the top of the post and stuck a bolt in. Still looks like awful and now the hinge is jacked. (See photo 2) 4. They required 2/3s of the money up front. So there was not much is could do about their bad workmanship. 5. They where comparatively more expensive, I thought paying more would mean better quality. I was wrong. I am not mad enough to fight them in cort over it. But I would not recommend them. Update. They sent someone back 3 times to fix the hinge issue. This is what they settled on. They took a saw to the bottom and hacked it away until gate cleared the higher outside ground. Also I didnt want to pay them before it was 100% complete but they threatened to lay a 21% fee if I didn't pay them when they decided it was done Before the gate was even fixed. So, beware that as well. They consider the job done whenever they please. Ive lowered the stars down to 1 star.

They did a phenomenal job replacing the fence along our property's back perimeter. In addition,…read morethey were quite helpful assisting us in our permit application and subsequent correspondence with our local municipal gov. (the fence is built within our property's easement, so we needed the city to sign off). Very satisfied with their price point AND final product... the fence truly looks fantastic. However, I am withholding one star from my final rating due to the two following reasons: * it took 3+ phone calls to their office before they finally came back to remove the pile of wood from the old fencing ... AND... * when deconstructing the old fence, they piled the old wooden planks on top of a kindling holder we had crafted months earlier (nothing fancy, just a DIY using a couple of cement blocks and wooden planks)... when they came back to remove the old wood, they inadvertently also hauled off our kindling holder (initially choosing to pile wood on top of it likely wasn't the best judgement call) Yet, despite these two hiccups, I WOULD STILL COMFORTABLY RECOMMEND Big Jerry's Fencing to anyone currently in the market for a fencing crew!

They left piles of rock, concrete and dirt on our lawn. They replaced 3 of the wrong posts, then charged us more money to do the correct 3. They did not cut the tops off so the posts were even. When we asked them to do this, they seemed annoyed. I don't recommend Antonio's crew at Big Jerry's.
