She went in the back and the stylist she brought to do my consultation was named Tee. I showed her the picture. I told her I wanted my hair like this. It was a blonde wig about shoulder length. I explained I wanted the color toned down, not that bright. I explained I like how they made the roots darker too. She told me the cost would be $175 if I got a front lace unit or $250 for a weave. She told me she would braid my hair. I asked if the price would include all that she said YES. So I go buy the unit from the same place the lady purchased her unit from in the picture. I went for my appointment and I should have walked out when she gave me a color chart! I showed her several pictures of what I was aiming for and she said here is a color chart. I'm asked her what is her professional opinion with my skin tone and how the color will take on the wig because the unit was 613. It's very light! Clearly, a second opportunity to grab my wig and walk out when she handed me the color chart. It came out too damn light. The price doubled! It wasn't what I wanted, what I pictured and what I expected. I wasted a LARGE amount of money thinking, I should be good because I'm going to the place who did the style on Instagram. I even asked during the consultation does she have a personal page show casing her styles, she said no... I'm not sure if that is a rule in the salon but what I do know. I'm highly disappointed. I can only assume the pictures on the Instagram page age all done by the owner...(Tee is not) Huge regret and disappointment..too much money spent to feel this way

I came here for a skin tag removal procedure and I am very pleased with the results…read more Dr. Kim performed my procedure. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was as comfortable as possible during the process. The procedure itself took about 15 minutes, not counting the additional time needed to let the numbing cream kick in. As she started the procedure, we realized that more numbing cream was needed, so that was another 10 to 15 minutes tacked on to the time. Unfortunately, the procedure was not as painless as was initially described, but it's not prohibitively uncomfortable. Dr. Kim checked in with me throughout the process and if I needed a break, she would take a pause and give me one. After the procedure, Dr. Kim gave me some wound care instructions as well as some ointment to put on the site as it healed. I'm happy to report that there was no pain or discomfort after the procedure. Procedure side, I love the energy of this place. There's all kinds of holistic, homeopathic, and ayurvedic materials in here including incense, tea, crystals, candles, sage bundles, palo santo, and all sorts of sprays and tonics to help purify your home or your environment. There are even gift sets for all the holistic homegirls in your life. They also sell accessories including ankle bracelets and custom waist beads imported from Ghana. Every single one of the staff members I've met has been absolutely wonderful. Warm, and friendly, and welcoming. I can't wait to come back and try some of the other services offered by this wellness spa-- I've especially got my eye on a good, long massage and guided stretch session.

The install that she provided was less than mediocre she cut all of the lace off the frontal and applied it across my hairline which was incorrect! When I contacted her to let her know I wasn't happy with my install and that my frontal was ruined she told me I watch to much YouTube and that it could be fixed but only by gluing down the frontal. I declined to have what's left of the frontal to be glued to my edges potentially cause damage to my natural hair I asked for half of the money toward the new purchase of my fronts and my request was not granted.
