Fat, juicy, and fresh donuts here. Tried a handful like the lemon pistachio, traditional glazed, fruit pebbles, and Boston crème. While all were delicious, I personally liked the simple glazed one the best. Second was the lemon pistachio. Throwing these in the microwave for 10ish seconds took them to the next level. My go-to donut spot from now on if I wanna venture beyond the chain donut places

This was our first time trying Sourdough donuts. The place isn't too big, but it was packed the entire time we were there. They offer a wide range of donut flavors, cold and warm focaccia sandwiches, and coffee. The interiors were cute with the donut display being the focus point, and rightly so. There's also a window where you can see the staff measuring out and mixing ingredients. The taste of everything we ordered was delicious. The donuts were super soft and not too sweet (even with the icings and toppings). And the salmon lox sandwich was super fresh and tasty too. Definitely a must visit for anyone in the area.

Tepuy Donuts is a shop in Raleigh that specializes in sourdough donuts. We tried 4 different flavors. - The hibiscus donut had a fruity glaze that combined sweetness with tartness and was a beautiful purple color, though I'm not sure I could distinguish that it was specifically hibiscus. If you like a fruit/tart combo, go for this one! - The Dubai chocolate donut came with a chocolate glaze and was filled with a pistachio cream. This one was my favorite - the cream had a nutty/roasted pistachio flavor which balanced the donut nicely. - The chocolate peppermint donut had a chocolate glaze and crushed candy cane sprinkled on top and looked super festive. A great flavor combo as well. - The lemon pistachio donut had some bright acidity/tartness from the lemon but not super strong. The crushed pistachios added a nice crunchy texture. Overall, some of the donuts fell on the slightly drier/breadier side for my taste but I appreciated that they were not overly sweet. I would go back to try more of their filled donuts now that I know that the fillings don't seem to be too sugary. Each donut is large and they have a range of flavors to choose from. Service was quick and there is a large parking lot. Seating inside is very limited so would plan to grab and go!

Had a coupon for 5 dollars off so I tried one of their breakfast sandwiches. I ordered the sausage egg and cheese on brioche bun with tots. It was delicious

If you love donuts this is a place you need to try, their donuts are pretty good, they have a variety so there's something for everyone. They are little pricey than your normal donuts but they are big as well. Very small place but they have some space if you wish to eat inside. Service was good as well.

I was going to Greensboro, and decided to get a half dozen for my family to experience these doughnuts. Employee was helpful as I selected six doughnuts, including ones for two children. The Greensboro crew enjoyed the selections.

I stopped in again while on Capital Blvd and they are still my favorite sourdough donuts! I discovered them at Idle Hour cafe and then also saw that Daily Beer serves them on Sundays in Durham. The newest spot is a farmer's market in knight dale at oak city brewing. The capital market location is always clean and has such a variety. The staff is extremely friendly and I love getting my dose of delicious donuts when in the area.

Stopped in for lunch this time and I was not disappointed. The BLT was spot on. I could have used a little more bacon but that's only because it was so tasty! The garlic aioli was a perfect replacement to the usual mayo on BLTs, and the brioche bread was toasted nicely. Definitely eat it warm!

Stopped in to try this place out. I've passed by for weeks and decided why not. To start, the donuts are HUGE! You can literally share one. They have the most unique flavors: sweet potato, s'mores, & pumpkin latte. I went with your typical plain glazed doughnut . Although big, it was so fluffy and decadent! Definitely try this place out. I would definitely try the dozen special and bring it to friends giving or a holiday party. It will be a show stopper for sure with presentation and taste.

Tepuy Donuts is located in the Brentwood part of Raleigh. It is easy to get to from Capital Blvd/ 401and has plenty of parking. I had seen the sign near the road when driving home from Downtown Raleigh so it peaked my curiosity. So I was excited when we had a Yelp event there. When I arrived, I saw a large variety of unlabeled donuts that looked good but wasn't sure what was what. For the event, I was to get a coffee and two donuts. I assumed that would be a separate transaction as I decided to buy some extras. When I saw the online receipt, I saw that the lowest priced donuts were given for the freebie rather than the one that I had ordered for the event as the freebie. I thought that was a bad business practice as I had declined the coffee and was spending extra at the business and got shortchanged as the idea was to get repeat business. I didn't realize the donuts had different prices at the time or were so expensive at $3 to $5. The toppings on them are good and they were trying to be creative but the dough/topping ratio is off and they are very chewy and dry. I expected a sourdough donut to be light and fluffy. I didn't like these. The cinnamon sugar was ok but the rest I tried were not for me. I'm not sure if their was a bad batch the day I was there but I wouldn't want another.

I saw an ad on social media for Tepuy Doughnuts and am so glad I did! They had a fun variety of donut flavors and they all looked amazing. We tried 3- the Berries and Cream donut, Lemon Pistachio donut, and Chocolate Candy Cane donut. All three were large enough to share and SO fluffy! They had a great density, very soft, and fantastic flavors. Each of them had bold flavor without being overly sweet or overwhelming. There was a good amount of glaze and toppings and you could tell great care went into their preparation. The staff was incredibly friendly and kind, very helpful and patient with my questions as a first time customer. I can be pretty picky about my donuts, and I would absolutely recommend Tepuy if you're in the Raleigh area.

Overall: A really cool place for donuts, I would definitely stop by at least once to see what they are about. Food: The donuts here were very unique; a lot of them were flavors that I had never tried before. It's similar to duck donuts, but I would say less oily. The flavors that stood out to me were the creme brulee and Dubai chocolate. I've never had Dubai chocolate before; it had a very dark and nutty flavor. The creme brulee donut was just very interesting as a concept; a hard outer shell on the donut gave it a really interesting texture. Service: The service was great! They do their best to help get you in and out of the line as quickly as possible. If you are just ordering donuts, it shouldn't take too long. If you get a coffee or other breakfast items, it may take a bit longer for them to make them in the back. Ambiance: There is some window seating, but I would say not really enough to sit down with a group. If you are coming by yourself, it will be ok, but otherwise, I would order to-go.

Food: unique flavors wonderful texture Service: people were kind and helpful Ambiance was relaxing and smelled like heaven Parking is easy The donuts were a hit with the kids that I ditched to get some meditation time, lol This place is a gem and the donuts speak for themselves Shop is located on the end of the shopping center, I went through the side entrance from capital blvd across the intersection from flower shop.

The glazed doughnut was out of this world. Vibe. They are just a provider of the donuts within a different coffee shop.
