The walk from the entrance to the restaurant itself is gorgeous with lush greenery, and the restaurant feels like an extension of all the surrounding natural beauty. Both of these dishes were so delicious -- the hamachi crudo was fresh and light, and the crispy rice bites were decadent especially with the addition of caviar on top. Then, my husband and I shared the signature short rib with a side of truffle fries (which are shaped like the filmstrip fries at Disneyland if you know what I'm talking about!). Both of these items were solid and the short rib was super tender, though I wish the fries came with more aioli on the side. Finally, since we were on our minimoon post-wedding, the staff gave us a complimentary panna cotta dessert to celebrate! The gesture was very kind, but the panna cotta itself was a bit too stiff and not as soft as I would have liked.
