I had a tough choice to make because I knew several real estate agents in San Diego (all who charged 2.5 - 3.0 percent) and a couple who were friends of the family. I didn't know LJ - I actually found him by accident looking for the name of our old real estate agent. I talked to other agents and they essentially said "you get what you pay for" and "there is a reason he is so inexpensive". I agree. LJ asks for a reasonable fee and works very hard for you doing a great job - he is not greedy and earns a fair wage for a fair amount of work - in my experience, likely better than someone making two and one half times more money for the same job. LJ was fantastic at communicating with me nearly every single day. LJ was always available and he was always very straight forward. I had a VERY EASY sale and close and I credit that to a great home - a great buyer - and LJ ensuring I was prepared and ready for every step along the way. As an FYI, if you have a nice looking home, DEFINITELY purchase the premium photo package - the photos were WAY BETTER than anything I ever took. I look at homes online all the time and the ones they took of "my home" blow away what I typically see on Zillow for other homes. LJ is MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
