I went in…read morefor routine cleaning and had X-rays and met with Dr Christy who explained everything that showed up on the X-rays in detail. I have periodontal disease and have had it for years, so I knew what to expect. I went back last week and had a deep cleaning, on one side, which was done under local anesthesia (shots). Dr Christy has a gentle touch and a very calming demeanor, which helps with someone as nervous as I am in the dentist chair. My deep cleaning went well and I go back in a couple of weeks to have the other side done. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The office is clean, modern and has a very nice atmosphere. I am glad I found this dentist and feel like my dental problems will be well managed.

He was amazing. I had a new patient appointment with Dr Stewart to fix a filling that had come out. I was able to get the appointment in the same week. Shannon at the front desk was very accommodating and Dr Stewart was such a pleasant surprise. It had been a few years since my last dental visit and I was very nervous about my appointment. He was very friendly, and personable, kind, considerate, listened to my extensive medical history, explained everything as he went along during the appointment and was very gentle. I never felt the needle for the anesthesia! It was such a pleasure to have met Dr. Stewart, and he did a great job on replacing the missing filling, which was on a front tooth. The only problem with that is they did not tell us. We had appointments starting in January 2025 and then four more appointments ending in September. Five times we stood in front office and they never told us. We wound up with over a thousand dollar bill after all our yearly dental work was completed. They did give a twenty percent discount which is typical for someone with no insurance. No apologies. I called on a Monday to speak to the dentist about what happened and on Tuesday we received a call from the accountant saying we must pay now or risk collections. No call form the dentist. We paid the bill in full. Yes what they did is legal. Is it ethical or deceptive, you be the judge.

I was /am a very anxious patient and Dr. Psyszlak and her entire team are caring and compassionate. Dr. Psyszlak's dental assistant, Cynthia, is also terrific. They are true artists and take great pride in their work. I highly recommend them and the entire practice:)
