Be warned they take a very conservative approach to treatment, which works for some case just not all. They discharged me after i took my son to a sedation clinic to get work done (at their recommendation), then decided that there was to much work done and it would undermine the integrity of their treatment plan. this was the polite way of saying " since you went somewhere else, don't come back". When I questioned why we let a 4 year old sit with decay for 3 years I was met with the excuse of " Don't breast feed at night". Basically blaming the decay on breast milk, and our desire to avoid formula. My boys almost died from formula, to parent shame my wife for her decision to breastfeed them to then blame that for the cause of the decay is wild. After speaking with the office manger today for almost 20 minutes about our concerns and expressing our feelings in a civil way they decided that we should go elsewhere. so be warned that they don't like to be challenged and if you follow their instructions and seek outside care they will most likely kick you out as well.

After they finished, they billed EACH of my kids over $300 when our TRICARE DENTAL PLAN should've PAID THIS IN FULL. It is my opinion that this association is engaged in DISHONEST PRACTICES and I can only assume all providers in the association give approval to it. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK.
