I'm young enough to understand facts and I have never misunderstood a billing. I had a $200 credit from my insurance benefits. So I said sure let's do it. After hygienist was finished she said oh I was supposed have you sign this agreement for $400!! What!! she replies,"I verbally mentioned it at the beginning" while you were working on my teeth! I thought she said it wrong, I thought I heard her wrong! I'm in my 60's and now paying $200 out of pocket to have my teeth cleaned. NO ONE CARED...PAY THE BILL.... $400 later... Now I got a bill for $25 for a teeth cleaning and the bill just says an adjustment. Receptionist said don't worry about it. Accounting says it due. Never happened on previous visit and husband did not get an extra $25 charge!' THEY DON't take accountability. My annual cleaning is covered. An irrigation charge and don't tell the client checking in or checking out!!! BEWARE ASK ?'s

At almost 84 years old i had a tooth problem. Went to Sage and Dr. Cork examined me. He said…read morecould fix or remove. I am fearful of root canals and decided to have tooth extracted. The tooth was broken and the filling from my teen years was about 70 year old and was stating to fall out. Now i did not know how this procedure would work and of course we all want pain free, yes. Well i have only had one other Doctor work on my eye and i labeled my Retina Doc as the painless Doc after several needles in my eye LOL. What I have to say is I definitely rate Dr. Cork an my official second Doctor Painless. Very professional work and you can tell he cares about his patients. I could not be more happy with Sage and Dr. Cork. His assistant was wonderful too, sorry i forgot her name, but she was great and added to my most painless visit for tooth extraction. Now at one week from extraction it is healing great and the bone graph is helping and i am still pain free. I rate sage and Dr. Cork with a solid 10 plus. Marvin Ferebee

Be warned they take a very conservative approach to treatment, which works for some case just not all. They discharged me after i took my son to a sedation clinic to get work done (at their recommendation), then decided that there was to much work done and it would undermine the integrity of their treatment plan. this was the polite way of saying " since you went somewhere else, don't come back". When I questioned why we let a 4 year old sit with decay for 3 years I was met with the excuse of " Don't breast feed at night". Basically blaming the decay on breast milk, and our desire to avoid formula. My boys almost died from formula, to parent shame my wife for her decision to breastfeed them to then blame that for the cause of the decay is wild. After speaking with the office manger today for almost 20 minutes about our concerns and expressing our feelings in a civil way they decided that we should go elsewhere. so be warned that they don't like to be challenged and if you follow their instructions and seek outside care they will most likely kick you out as well.
