This event space has been open for around a year or so. Located on Bush Dairy Road it is about 1/2…read moremile from Hwy 15. They serve lunch on weekdays ( Tuesday - Friday). I went there for lunch last week. The daily menu offered two meats and I chose lasagna. I picked green beans and peas as the two sides that came with the meal and it cost $10. They also served a basket of small buttered rolls that were quite good. Overall I thought the meal was good and worthy of a 3 score which is A-OK. Table service was good. The meal was served in their grand banquet hall. It is a large room with a high ceiling. There are two grand staircases coming from the second floor. This is a building that could seat several hundred people for a wedding, party, etc. There are also several French doors that open onto a large outdoor patio overlooking a small lake. The patio has attractive decorative lighting. I would rate the venue as a 4. Laurel can always use another place to eat so the Tuesday through Friday lunch is welcomed. They also offer a Sunday lunch buffet on the first Sunday of each month. The event center is really nice for Laurel and I am sure it will be used but I am not sure what the rental prices are. Parking lot is large.
